韩国青少年网络游戏问题研究

互联网的迅猛发展和普及引发了韩国青少年游戏文化的变化。调查显示,网络游戏是韩国青少年最喜欢和最常玩的游戏,网络游戏与青少年交友、网瘾和网上问题行为等关系密切。游戏成瘾是韩国青少年中最普遍化的网瘾类型。为预防和改善网络游戏的负面影响,有必要转变社会对游戏的认识,研究制定优秀游戏认证制等政策,开发具有教育和心理治疗功能的游戏等。同时,父母应提高认识,发现问题并及早采取对策。

母亲群体素质的高低影响着全民的素质 ,直接决定我们民族社会化的进程和质量 ,因而提高母亲的群体素质势在必行。可以通过创建“母亲群体素质工程”、认真实施义务教育、办好妇女培训班和母亲学校等来提高母亲群体素质     

A Prospective Study of Individual Factors in the Development of Weight and Muscle Concerns Among Preadolescent Children

The present study was designed to assess body mass index (BMI), self-esteem, parent and peer relations, negative affect, and perfectionism, as predictors of dieting, food preoccupation, and muscle preoccupation, in 326 preadolescent children (150 girls and 176 boys) aged between 8 and 10 years. Preadolescents were tested twice over a 10-month period. BMI was found to be the main predictor of girls' and boys' dieting, both cross-sectionally and longitudinally. Perfectionism was an important predictor of boys' dieting and muscle preoccupation, while self-esteem, peer relations and negative affect predicted girls' muscle preoccupation. The findings are discussed in relation to past research with both preadolescents and adolescents. Marissa Saling is a registered clinical psychologist. She received her Doctor in Psychology (Clinical) in 2003 from Deakin University, Melbourne Australia. Her major research interests include eating disorders and chronic fatigue syndrome. Lina Ricciardelli is a Senior Lecturer at Deakin University. She received her PhD in 1990 from the University of Adelaide, Australia. Her major research interests include disordered eating, body image concerns and substance abuse among youth. Marita McCabe is a Professor at Deakin University. She received her PhD in 1981 from Macquarie University, Australia. Her major research interests include disordered eating, body image concerns, sexuality and chronic illness across the lifespan.     

The Direct and Indirect Effects of Domestic Violence on Young Children's Intellectual Functioning

This study examined the direct and indirect effects of domestic violence on preschoolers' intellectual functioning. The sample consisted of 100 women and their 3–5-year-old children (44 boys and 56 girls) recruited from the general community. Forty-three percent of mothers had experienced domestic violence within the last year, defined by at least one physically aggressive act by an intimate partner. Children who had witnessed domestic violence had significantly poorer verbal abilities than nonwitnesses after controlling for SES and child abuse, but there were no group differences on visual–spatial abilities. Domestic violence also indirectly affected both types of intellectual abilities through its impact on maternal depression and the intellectual quality of the home environment. Strengths and limitations of the study are discussed, as well as the implications for interventions for young child witnesses.     

农村留守儿童人格教育刍议

儿童是人格形成的关键时期,农民工家庭由于亲子教育的缺失而对儿童人格的形成产生了不利影响。留守儿童的人格发展问题不仅关系农民工的下一代能否健康成长,而且关系到农村教育事业的和谐发展,加强农村留守儿童的人格教育具有十分重要的现实意义。     

Attitudes of Omani early childhood preservice teachers toward bilingual early childhood education: Benefits,challenges, and solutions

Compared to earlier times, many Omani parents have become more enthusiastic about bilingual education for their young children. To fully understand and improve early bilingual education, it is critical to start with an inquiry into prospective practitioners' attitudes toward bilingualism in early education as they are the ones who will work in bilingual education programs. Therefore, this research investigated the attitudes of early childhood pre-service teachers in Oman, toward bilingual education during children's early years. The data were gathered using qualitative survey methods with a focus group and analyzed using thematic analysis. Hence, essential themes and sub-themes were extracted from the data and an exhaustive analysis of pre-service teachers' attitudes toward bilingual education in the early years was conducted. The findings revealed that participants tend to favor such programs. Although they believe there are a few challenges in the field, they reported possible solutions that are presented in this study. Implications are discussed and recommendations are made.     

Peace education and childhood

Peace studies and peace education are multifaceted processes focusing on diverse audiences from children in elementary grades to those involved in political negotiations at the highest levels. This paper addresses the foundational importance of including conflict embedded in adult-child relationships in peace education. It conceptually grounds assignments for university level courses designed to teach concepts linked to peace education through the vehicle of understanding violence against children. Such learning is designed to liberate students from the hegemony of adultism, the colonial relationship between adults and children and in turn to contribute to the advancement of peace education. Such pedagogy reflects the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child’s call for educational measures to protect and support children’s human dignity. Such an approach is especially relevant for peace education, as a large body of research across disciplines has provided substantial evidence of a significant relationship between childhood experiences of violence and subsequent juvenile and adult behavioral and social problems including conflict and violence. The approach and assignments described in this paper reflect insights about the use of narratives of childhood experiences, the etiology and effects of violence against children and the reproduction of conflict and violence across generations.     

收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童罪探析

收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童罪是指不以出卖为目的而收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童的行为。它侵犯的客体是被收买的妇女、儿童的人身自由和身心健康 ,其犯罪主体是一般主体 ,在客观方面表现为行为人实施收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童的行为 ,在主观方面表现为行为人必须出于直接故意 ,即行为人明知要收买者是被他人拐卖的妇女、儿童而仍决意予以收买。在认定收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童罪时 ,要分清其与拐卖妇女、儿童罪的界限 ,要分清罪与非罪、一罪与数罪的界限。收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童的 ,处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。如兼犯有强奸、非法拘禁、伤害、侮辱、虐待等罪 ,应当以收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童罪与所犯其他罪实行数罪并罚。对于按照被买妇女的意愿 ,不阻碍其返回原居住地的 ,或者对被买儿童没有虐待行为 ,并且不阻碍对其进行解救的 ,可以不追究刑事责任     

中国儿童社会福利需求探析

从某种意义上讲,我国目前儿童福利在政策、机制、社会意识等方面的需求已经超过了单纯物质上的需要,成为制约儿童福利发展的重要因素.构建现代中国儿童社会福利整体框架要从有中国特色的儿童福利理论建设、政策法规制定、专业队伍训练、发展社会性服务团体等多方面着手,将儿童社会福利纳入社会发展建设的总体布局中.     

Context from a social semiotic perspective: a discourse analytical study of the children TV show,Bubble Guppies

In mainstream linguistics, context is either entirely ignored or dominantly viewed as an objective property of the external world. For instance, in sociolinguistics or pragmatics, scholars frequently attempt to learn about the meaning of words or sentences given certain social context. The social semiotic method presented in this paper challenges the objectivity of context and explores the dynamic between content and context from the perspective of Peircian semiotics. An episode of a children animations series, Bubble Guppies, where human-like mermaids learn about the mysteries of ancient Egypt, is used as a point of departure to show that content and context recursively co-construct with viewers’ participation. For instance, while there is little physical similarity between where the Guppies meet in the show’s story and a typical classroom, the context of a classroom is clearly established through the way the Guppies interact with each other and with objects they encounter. Additionally, the results indicate that learning is an important product of such context-construction, as TV viewers must constantly elaborate on events and link interactions that are perceived not as objects but as signs entangled in a growing web of symbolic system.
