围绕勾画结构框架 扎实推进新经济组织党建

构筑新经济组织党建的结构框架体系,必须关注新经济组织党建的价值意义、困境问题和路径设计等基础性问题.开展新经济组织党建有利于引导和促进非公有制经济健康发展、壮大党的力量和影响力、激发人力资源优势、营造和谐发展环境.但新经济组织党建并不尽完美,还面临着一系列的困境问题.我们必须从分析解决这些困境问题入手,科学设计和选择新经济组织党建的发展路径.     

Afterschool Youth Program Design and Structural Quality: Implications for Quality Improvement

This study examined quality and afterschool program designs with a focus on conditions of persistent low quality. Using an action science case study method, data from a quality-improvement project were examined to explore circumstances and reasons for low quality. Four identified program designs varied by emphasis on academics, school alignment, physical space, resources, and grouping strategies, as well as by the operationalization of youth choice. These program design features were found to be dynamically interrelated and key elements of structural quality yet were not found to be targets of state, funder, or agency quality improvement interventions guided by the current broad theory of change for quality initiatives. Structural quality, conceptualized as dynamic and interdependent, may be a prerequisite condition for self-directed quality improvement or a focus of targeted quality interventions.     

海滨大戟化学成分研究

目的 研究海滨大戟Euphorbia atoto Forst.地上部分的化学成分组成.方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Rp-18反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及重结晶方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及核磁共振波谱和质谱数据鉴定化合物结构.结果 从海滨大戟地上部分95％乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为mayolene-16(1)、(+)-(R)-脱-O-甲基拉西奥地丁(2)、熊果烷(3)、α-香树脂醇(4)、伪蒲公英甾醇(5)、(3β,24R)-大戟烷-7,25-二烯-3,24-二醇(6)、29-nor-21-α-H-hopane-3,22-dione(7)、Hollongdione(8)、5α-豆甾醇-3,6-二酮(9)、22E,24R-麦角甾烷-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(10)、菜油甾醇(11)、豆甾醇(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、芹菜素(14).结论 首次从海滨大戟中分离得到14个单体化合物,其中化合物mayolene-16(1)为新的天然产物.     

Female Officers and Community Policing: Examining the Connection between Gender Diversity and Organizational Change

This study aimed to evaluate the temporal relationship between gender diversity and the adoption of community policing. The results from three separate structural equation models suggest that gender diversity is the stronger temporal predictor. The findings highlight the potential importance of gender diversity in organizational change. In theory, increasing the number of female officers may increase organizational agility through the creation of an alternative cultural ethos. More research is needed to understand how gender diversity affects police agencies, as well as how calls to reform the institution of policing affect women in law enforcement.

中国禽呼肠孤病毒番鸭分离株的纯化及其核酸与结构蛋白分析

将番鸭呼肠孤病毒国内分离株在番鸭成纤维细胞 (DEF)上克隆纯化 3次后 ,在鸡成纤维细胞 (CEF)上增殖 ,收获的细胞培养物经 3次冻融 ,采取差速离心、超速离心、非线性蔗糖密度梯度离心和脱糖处理相结合的方法进行提纯 ;对不同梯度区带的蛋白提取物经电镜观察、毒价(TCID50 )和含毒量测定得到病毒纯化物 ;最后对病毒纯化物进行琼脂糖核酸电泳和SDS PAGE蛋白电泳分析。结果 ,核酸电泳得到 10条RNA带 ,分列呈“334”形式的 3组 ,其迁移率除M 3基因外无明显差异 ;蛋白电泳得到分子质量分别为 14 9.0、12 9.0、111.0、79.0、75 .0、5 0 .0、4 2 .0、39.0、37.0、35 .9、32 .0、2 9.0ku的 12条蛋白带 ,其中 5个蛋白的分子质量与参考株S1133相近。该分离株具有禽类呼肠孤病毒核酸和蛋白电泳图谱的共同特征。     

What is procedural justice: Criteria used by Dutch victims to assess the fairness of criminal justice procedures

The study examines the meaning of procedural justice to Dutch victims of crime. Using victimological research and the group-value or relational model or procedural justice developed by Lind and Tyler, a model for procedural justice judgments is developed and tested using the structural equation model. Data used for the analysis consist of 221 interviews with victims regarding their experience with the public prosecution. Although the emerging model differs from that of Lind and Tyler, results support Lind and Tyler's assertion that procedural justice judgments are normative and not instrumental. Victims are particularly concerned about being treated with dignity and respect and are not interested in influencing the outcome of their case.

本文着重综述并探讨了文件检验技术的重要组成部分——言语识别技术的学科发展历程、近30年学术成果现状、存在问题以及未来的发展思考.     

金尼阁的语言学思想和礼仪之争

1610年后，在华耶稣会会长龙华民在耶稣会内部掀起了著名的“礼仪之争”，它的一个核心问题，即是 Deus 的中文翻译。拉丁文 Deus 有两种译法：意译和音译。龙华民和其他一些传教士支持音译，而金尼阁则支持意译。本文通过对金尼阁的《1610年中国年报》、《1616年给耶稣会总长的报告书》和《西儒耳目资》三份历史文献的分析，从语言学的角度，来探讨金尼阁与“礼仪之争”的关系，特别是他对于 Deus 之翻译问题的看法，以及原因。本文并不赞同将“礼仪之争”简单地归之于欧洲传教士如何理解和对待中国文化的问题，它更是欧洲传教士如何对待欧洲文明与世界其他文明之间关系的问题。
