结构神经症与自身分裂：广义自身心理学的阐释

广义自身心理学认为,自身是人格的核心,驱力从属于自身,孤立的驱力是自身分裂的产物,焦虑是对自身分裂的恐惧,俄狄浦斯情结、阉割焦虑、阳具妒是由俄狄浦斯期自身对象因本身具有人格障碍而不能运用神入满足个体的俄狄浦斯期自身对象需要,从而导致俄狄浦斯期自身分裂引起的,结构神经症本质上也是一种自身障碍.重新阐释结构神经症及其相关概念,把古典精神分析理论纳入自己的理论架构,是广义自身心理学普遍化和范式化的重要步骤.     

新形势下推进依法行政的思考

依法行政是指行政机关行使行政权、管理公共事务,必须由法律授权并依据法律规定。依法行政要求各级国家机关必须依照法定的权限和法定的程序履行职责。一切政府机关都必须按照我国法律和WTO的规则办事。     

广东省猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒主要结构蛋白基因的变异分析

根据GenBank中猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)美洲株(ATCC VR 2332)基因序列分别设计合成了针对PRRSV ORF3、ORF5和ORF6 基因的引物,利用RT PCR从广东省送检的5份病料中均分别扩增得到了大小约787、630 和550 bp的片段,将扩增的cDNA片段克隆入pMD 18 T载体并测序。应用DNAStar软件分析,并与国内外已发表毒株和疫苗株(RespPRRS/Repro、RespPRRS MLV)、LV4.2.1 株的序列进行比较。结果显示,这5 个毒株与CH 1a、HB 1(sh)、BJ 4、ATCC VR 2332、疫苗株等毒株ORF3、ORF5、ORF6 的核苷酸同源性分别为87.2%~98.7%、85.4%~96.8%、91.8%~98.9%,推导的氨基酸同源性分别为84.6%~97.6%、84.5%~95.5%、94.8%~98.9%;而与LV4.2.1株的核苷酸同源性分别为56.1% ~58.3%、54.4%~57.0%、62.2%~64.4%,推导的氨基酸同源性分别为53.9%~56.7%、54.0%~57.0%、78.0%~80.3%。基因系统发育树表明,广东省流行的PRRSV 与HB 1(sh)株的亲缘关系比较近。     

The Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Negotiation Outcomes and the Mediating Effect of Rapport: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach

Although early research on negotiation focused on cognition and decision‐making processes, recently, negotiation scholars have started to pay attention to the importance of emotion in negotiation and have suggested that emotional intelligence is likely to improve negotiation performance. Few studies, however, have tested the relationship between emotional intelligence and negotiation outcomes. This study contributes by empirically testing the influence of emotional intelligence on specific negotiation outcomes (joint gain, trust between parties, and the desire of parties to work together again) and also examines the mediating effects of rapport. We used a laboratory experimental design with 202 participants to test the hypotheses. We found that a negotiator's emotional intelligence was correlated with his or her counterpart's trust level and desire to work again but had no effect on joint gain. In addition, rapport fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and desire to work again, and between emotional intelligence and trust.     

中国上海 自由贸易试验区建设与政府职能转变

中国（上海）自由贸易试验区的成立,标志着我国经济体制改革进入了深水区。其成立的意义绝非在于短期刺激经济之举,而是在于推动我国政府职能转变,继而为整个行政体制改革积累宝贵经验,最终目的则是使其在全球化背景下正在构建的国际经济新秩序的竞争中立于不败之地。与此同时,自由贸易试验区建设充分说明,现代政府只有具备充分的应变能力,才能在法治国合法性的要求之下解决不断出现的新问题。     

基于结构方程模型的高校辅导员职业认同度影响因素研究

应用结构方程模型对高校辅导员职业认同度中的个人认同、学生认同、学校认同、社会认同4个潜变量以及辅导员工作积极性、辅导员对大学生思政教育专业知识掌握程度、辅导员工作成就感等14个观测变量之间的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明此模型拟合效果较好,可应用于分析实践。同时从加强辅导员的分类引导,为辅导员提供职业发展空间,健全辅导员激励机制,提升学生、行政人员对辅导员职业认同度三个方面提出辅导员职业认同度的建议。     

Would Bigger Councils Yield Scale Economies in the Greater Perth Metropolitan Region? A Critique of the Metropolitan Local Government Review for Perth Local Government

Forced amalgamation is a ubiquitous feature of Australian local government reform – compulsory council consolidation programs have occurred in all states and territories, with the sole exception of Western Australia. However, the Final Report of the Metropolitan Local Government – released in October 2012 – called for a reduction of about 60 per cent of the local authorities in the Greater Perth metropolitan area. The Western Australian Government responded by announcing that the number of Perth councils will fall from 30 to 14 from 1 July 2015. The Final Report recommended amalgamation on seven main counts, including scale economies. However, apart from citing work on Tasmania by commercial consultants Deloitte Access Economics (DAE) (2011), no econometric evidence was produced in support of claims on scale economies. This paper seeks to remedy this deficiency by estimating a number of econometric models on the impact of amalgamation on Perth local government. The results of our empirical modelling suggest that scale economies, cost savings and other pecuniary gains are largely illusory. Indeed, only two of the ten main local government functions provide evidence to suggest potential economies of scale.     

甘肃省装备制造产业结构的发展演化：2002—2012

该文通过构建结构相似系数、产业需求弹性系数以及比较劳动生产率等统计量,探寻甘肃省装备制造产业发展演化过程中的特征和规律。研究发现,甘肃省装备制造产业结构整体上呈现出趋同性,但也有部分产业与其他产业间存在分化的迹象;金融制品产业市场容量存在进一步缩小的趋势,交通运输设备制造业在多数年份的市场容量均较小;产业内部的劳动生产率存在明显的差异性,且其变动趋势也不尽相同。     

言语识别技术发展概述

本文着重综述并探讨了文件检验技术的重要组成部分——言语识别技术的学科发展历程、近30年学术成果现状、存在问题以及未来的发展思考.     

Evicting the Speaking Subject: A Critique of Latvian Concepts of Language

This paper highlights some peculiarities of the nation–language conflation in Latvian linguistics and traces their evolution. Treating language as the perfect structure consolidating ideal speakers, linguists perceive native speakers as a homogenous community whose task is to reproduce the normative language structure. Speaking subjects are denied social agency, and divergence from the norm in communication is treated as an error. The paper argues that empirically observed language use can be explained by taking into account the pragmatic intentions of speaking subjects.
