美国的世界秩序观与东亚国际体系的演变(1900-1945)(Ⅰ)

本文从美国的国际秩序观入手,通过考察20世纪上半期东亚国际体系的演变,尝试为这一时期的东亚国际关系建立一个多国的、宏观的分析框架。作者认为:美国从世纪之交就开始谋求在东亚建立一个不同于欧洲权力政治的新的国际秩序,这是美国从建国之初就萌生的改造国际秩序思想的延续;20世纪上半期东亚国际关系的演变过程是美国不断推行和实施其国际秩序思想的过程,美国新的国际秩序思想集中体现在华盛顿体系的建立上;从30年代初直至二战结束,东亚国际关系的演变可以被视为美国捍卫、中国认同、日本挑战华盛顿体系的过程;战后初期美国试图建立的东亚国际秩序不过是华盛顿体系的修正版;华盛顿体系并非仅仅是帝国主义的工具,相反在很多方面有助于中国国家利益的维护。     

儒学与当代社会研究的简要回顾

20世纪80年代以来，人们就儒学与现代市场经济、儒学与精神明建设、儒学与世界和平与发展问题展开了认真热烈的讨论，总的倾向是摒弃简单的否定，进入理性地思考和批判地继承。

世界经济发展的规律表现为从国际化起步,发展到全球化,最终成为完全一体化.从经济全球化到一体化是一个长期的渐进过程,对一个主权国家的安全利益、政治利益、经济利益和文化利益等都将产生重大而深刻的影响.作为最大的发展中国家中国,应以积极主动策略应对,以维护和发展国家利益.     

大国协调:21世纪大国关系的主旋律——兼论中国在大国协调中的作用

近代国际体系建立以来,大国始终占有独特的地位。特定历史时期大国的战略走向及其相互关系在某种程度上决定着人类的前途和命运。当今大国关系发生了重大变化,走向合作、协调是时代发展的主旋律。全球化的大背景下,国际形势的发展越来越把世界各大国拉到了一起,大国之间不应是敌人和对手,而应是合作共赢的伙伴。各大国唯有合作、协调,积极参与全球治理,方能应对共同面临的全球性问题。正在实现伟大民族复兴的中国将在国际舞台上扮演举足轻重的角色,在增进大国协调共创和谐世界的伟业中发挥独特的作用。     

What can a government do? Government issue ownership and real‐world problems

Despite major interest in issue ownership, what shapes it remains a puzzle. In his pioneering work on issue ownership, John Petrocik emphasises the importance of a party's performance. Recent research acknowledges this by pointing to the role of real‐world problems and incumbency for issue ownership. However, if performance truly matters, it should be difficult to understand the impact of such problems without taking into account the government's response to it. Based on novel data on issue ownership, policy development and government attention across five issues in nine countries over time, the analysis shows that the government's issue‐handling reputation is associated with the policy development, and the government's attention to the problem is important for this association. This is especially true for parties with no history of issue ownership on the issue and if the government is a coalition or in minority.     

The contested spaces of civil society in a plural world: norm contestation in the debate about restrictions on international civil society support

Civil society organizations are facing increasing political restrictions all over the world. Frequently, these restrictions apply to the foreign funding of NGOs and thus curtail the space for external civil society support, which, since the 1990s, has become a key element in international democracy and human rights promotion. This so-called ‘closing space’ phenomenon has received growing attention by civil society activists, policymakers and academics. Existing studies (and political responses), however, neglect the crucial normative dimension of the problem at hand: As we show, the political controversy over civil society support is characterized by norm contestation, and this contestation reveals competing perceptions of in/justice and touches upon core principles of contemporary world order. Taking this dimension into account is essential if we are to academically understand, and politically respond to, the ‘closing space’ challenge. It is also highly relevant with regard to current debates on how to conceptualize and construct order in a world that is plural in many regards and in which liberal norms are fundamentally contested. Empirically, the paper combines an assessment of the global debate about closing space in the UN Human Rights Council with an analysis of a specific controversy over the issue in US-Egyptian relations.     

Fagerholm Goes Oprah: Minor Literature,Global Market,and Gender in Literary Exchange

Abstract

In this article, I study the journey of the Finland-Swedish author Monika Fagerholm’s (b. 1961) novel The American Girl to the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine. This event, here called “Fagerholm goes Oprah”, offers an illustrative example of the global movements of literature today, and of the ongoing negotiation of relations between local and global, the Nordic countries and the USA, minor literature and the global market. The article describes the different phases of the transmission of this novel, studies the means by which a novel from a minor body of literature transgresses its geo-linguistic position and, in this specific case, demonstrates the role of gender. In this way, the novel not only creates fictive, transnational spaces for its female characters and readers, but it also enters and contributes to a network of female agents in widely different geographical and cultural contexts. The event “Fagerholm goes Oprah” is a sign of the ongoing globalization of the literary field, but its reception also reveals the presence of an opposing tendency: the continuing significance of localization in literary exchange. All in all, the novel and its reception illustrate the many strategies used to create a connection between two different cultures, and also display the importance of various cultural currents in the transmission of the novel, such as feminism and Nordic Noir.     

魏晋时期多元化法学世界观论析

文章从玄学、佛学、法家学说和儒学四个层次入手,剖析了魏晋南北朝时期法学世界观的内涵、相互关系以及对法和法学发展的影响。指出多元化的法学世界观是该时期立法和律学研究的基础,也是隋唐时期中国法律走向昌盛的历史渊源。     

建设和谐世界与民族主义趋势探析

构建和谐世界离不开全球民族问题的解决。全球化背景下,世界民族主义出现了新动态,不同类型的民族主义呈现分化走势,即极端民族主义受到一定程度的遏制,而求生存图发展的经济民族主义和文化民族主义出现了强化态势;各民族国家以和平方式解决民族问题成为大势所趋;霸权主义和强权政治虽然有发展苗头,但国际社会的反霸斗争也在加强;极端民族主义诉诸恐怖主义手段的抗争方式短期内不会杜绝。因此,构建和谐世界任重而道远,需要国际社会的共同努力。     

基于人文关怀的大学生思想政治教育路径探寻

人文关怀是当代思想政治教育的灵魂，是思想政治教育工作的题中应有之义。当前思想政治教育工作有效性不足，其重要原因就是人文关怀的缺失。因此，在人文关怀视阈下，增强思想政治教育的效果，要发挥学生的主体作用，尊重学生的个性差异，完善教学内容，创新工作方法，优化育人环境，突出心理疏导。
