《电子知识产权》投稿须知

1.稿件内容应与知识产权密切相关。2.论文类稿件应在10000字左右(含脚注),须有英文标题、200字左右的中英文摘要、3-5个中英文关键词。摘要应简明扼要地陈述文章内容,不宜用“我认为”、“本文认为”等写法,不加注释和评论。评论、书评类稿件应在1500-3000字之内,须有英文标题,要求观点明确,语言精练。

王辰(中国工程院院士,中国工程院副院长,中国医学科学院副院长,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院校长。)报告题目:一个西医眼中的中医药报告摘要:我眼里对中医药有自己的一点想法,是属于一个不懂中医药的以西医为主的大夫的想法,但是我对中医深存敬意的。中医医学模式,总体而论,至少在传统上,更多是趋向于自然哲学的医学模式。

本刊欢迎广大读者踊跃投稿,来稿请遵循以下技术规范:一、每篇稿件不超过10000字,用A4纸、16开纸单面打印清晰。二、稿件作者的署名之下标注作者的工作单位全称及所在地的省或直辖市或自治区的地名、市或县的地名、邮政编码。三、稿件正文之前须有摘要。摘要以100—300字为宜,不用"本文认为、作者指出"等语词,仅简介主题范围、目的方法、内容梗概、创新之处、主要结论。同时附英文摘要。     

投稿要求及注释体例

一、投稿要求(一)来稿应是未以任何形式公开发表过的论文,亦不接受一稿多投的文章。对一稿多投给本刊造成不良影响和后果的,本刊将予以严肃追究。(二)论文应严谨遵守学术规范,内容表述清晰通达,不欢迎缺乏规范、晦涩难懂的稿件。(三)来稿篇幅一般应在8千~2万字之间,特别优秀稿件视具体情况可以突破字数限定。(四)编辑部有权对来稿进行技术处理或技术删节,不同意者请在来稿时说明。(五)来稿请附中英文的篇名、论文摘要(200~300字)及关键词(3~5个)。论文标题以不超过18个字为宜,可另加副标题。摘要应客观体现文章的内容和观点,不作解释和主观评价、自我评价,不要使用第一人称,避免出现"本文"、"作者"、"笔者"等主语。关键词由反映论文主题、主旨或观点的重要、核心词或词组组成。     

Abstract

The Current China-EU Relations as Seen from the Trade Disputes over the Photovoltaic by Prof. Fang Lexian, a researcher at the Center for European Studies with Renmin University of China in Beijing, and a guest researcher of CPDS. Since July 2012, China and the European Union have been drawn into a trade dispute about the PV between the two sides. And up to early June of this year, quite a few world opinions even believe that a trade war between them can hardly be avoided. On the 10th anniversary of announcing the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and the European Union, it is of practical significance for us to understand and make correct judgment about the future developments of this relationship.

The Kazakh traditional social basic architecture mainly formed in the Kazakh khanate period. After the disintegration of Kazakh khanate, its national tradition and social system have been reserved as a continuation of the nomadic life and have played a vital role in Kazakh social and political life. Since its independence, tribal consciousness, tradition, politics and culture are strengthened further in Kazakhstan. And these tribal ones have become a very important factor that influence political situation and contemporary society of Kazakhstan

The Historical Context of the Ukraine Crisis and Its Revelation, by Ding Yuanhong, Former Chinese Ambassador to EU and Former Director of Policy Research Department of the Foreign Ministry, PRC. The Ukraine crisis has quickly evolved into a fierce contention over Ukraine between Russia on the one side and the U.S. and Europe on the other side, and resulted in Crimea merging with Russia. This is a significant event in recent years that would further change the global political pattern and have ensuing effects on the future world. The outbreak of the Ukraine crisis has its profound historical roots and cultural background, which was coupled with internal political, economic and social dismays as well as the intervention of the West.
