1案情简介1997年8月20日,某食堂管理室发生一起入室盗窃案。案犯破开室内办公桌、钱柜上“将军不下马”挂锁,盗走存放在柜内的全部现金。勘查现场中,在锁体、桌子、柜子上未见明显的撬压痕迹;挂锁也无较明显的变异,而且挂锁仍能正常锁闭和使用。后经反复细致地观察现场被破开的挂锁,发现挂锁的锁键开启后微呈“仰状”。在锁键上部的内弧中部、锁体顶部有两道平行的横细纹线。不仅出现在锁体的同一侧,而且呈对应状。为探明锁体横纹线形成的原因,首先将现场被破开的两把锁置于放大镜下比较观察。发现两挂锁上所留平行横纹线的… 相似文献
