“社会关系”:把握马克思理论整体性的关键范畴

既有的马克思理论整体性研究缺少历时性视角与共时性视角相统一的探讨,导致此种现状出现的原因在于贯通整合马克思各理论的中轴性概念的缺位。以"社会关系"概念为中心范畴对马克思各理论的形成、丰富及其相互关系进行考察,可以在纵向维度的历史发展和横向维度的理论互动中展示马克思哲学、政治经济学、科学社会主义思想的联结和统一。在马克思那里,从唯物主义的艰难转向到科学世界观的巍然创立、从政治经济学的系统研究到资本逻辑的全面解构、从社会主义的深层基础到科学社会主义的核心任务乃至此三者的耦合,"社会关系"都发挥着桥梁和纽带作用。立足"社会关系"概念把握马克思三大理论的生发过程及其内在关联,对揭示马克思主义整体性的初始构境、推动马克思主义整体性的研究具有重要的意义。     

WHO OWNS INDIA’S HISTORY? A CRITIQUE OF SHASHI THAROOR’S INGLORIOUS EMPIRE

The historiography of Britain's colonial past has always been problematic, shaped by conflicting mythologies about Britain's role as benefactor or exploiter. In the wake of Indian independence in 1947 it was in the interests of India's national identity to present what had gone before as a period of unmitigated oppression challenged by a united people. The consequence was widespread ignorance about the realities of British rule and of the Indian economy prior to and after British rule, exemplified by a current best-seller written by a well-known Indian political figure, Dr Shashi Tharoor, whose main arguments are examined; in particular, his central claim that India was a wealthy nation prior to Britain's colonial intervention reduced to poverty by Britain's ‘depredations’.

Can twitter change the Iranian legal landscape for women?

ABSTRACT

This article explores the effectiveness of international social media (Twitter) campaigns, as a modern form of transnational advocacy networks, seeking domestic legal change in Iran for women’s rights. Using the spiral model of human rights change and second wave normative theories, the article critiques current thought on social media as an advocacy tool using evidence from two Iranian campaigns. Gathering empirical data from the #stopstoning and #letwomengotostadium campaigns, the research finds that Twitter campaigns may be linked to regression in some areas of women’s rights. Early evidence indicates that social media may lead to amplified government backlash, lack of campaign persistence and foreign overshadowing of domestic voices, which all contribute to the ongoing problematisation of the role of transnational advocacy networks in domestic human rights change.

Suits and Frocks: Dressmakers and the Making of Feminine Identity in Postwar Australian Society

In a context of heightened domestic ideology post–World War II, self-employed dressmakers contributed significantly to the making of the identity of Australian women. Through the skilled work of interacting with their clients and sewing their clothes, dressmakers both supported individual women’s presentation of “self” and operated at the intersection of gender and class relations. Working at home, they were not only making women’s clothes but also producing the social world. Drawing on interviews with thirteen women, this paper explores how such dressmakers’ work constructed a visual representation and interpretation of a feminine identity particular to their time, place, and local cultural context.

20世纪50～60年代的技术革新运动是一场开展广泛、影响深远的群众性运动，妇女作为重要的劳动力参与到这场运动并发挥了不可忽视的作用。妇女参与技术革新不仅为满足生产需要、推进工业化进程作出了重大贡献，而且通过技术革新也向社会展示了自身的独立性和创造性，提升了妇女作为社会主义建设者的自豪感和自信心，对妇女解放有着极为重要的意义。     

论警察执法过程中的自由裁量权

警察行政自由裁量权作为警察权中一种具有特殊地位的行政管理权，有其存在的客观必然性。警察自由裁量权有许多积极方面的贡献和价值，但在警察自由裁量权行使的过程中，也存在着滥用、乱用和私用行政自由裁量权的问题？因此，在保证警察自由裁量权的同时，如何对其进行必要的控制便显得尤为重要。应针对目前我国警察自由裁量权使用的现状以及行使过程中存在的问题．提出相应的规范建议，从立法、司法、行政三个方面做出具体的规范要求，以期使警察自由裁量权在法制规范的前提下，发挥更好的作用，     

论女性学专业学生法律素养的培养--基于“法理学”或“法学概论”的教学思考

女性学是最具有女子高校特色的专业，法律是我国妇女争取自身解放的武器。基于女性学专业自身的学科特点、毕业生今后就业的主要方向及作为其他专业课程的基础等多方面考虑，培养该专业学生的法律常识、权利意识、法律思维等法律素养非常重要，而开设“法理学”或“法学概论”课程则是其最主要的路径。它作为女子高校女性学专业的必修课，不同于法学或其他文科类专业的同名课程，具有该专业独特的特点。因此在教学过程中应根据本专业特点，精心选取教学内容、增强学科知识融通，不断提高教学效果、提高学生法律素养，培养出合格的女性学专业人才。     

新加坡华文旧体诗的作者构成、写作特点及其影响

东南亚华文文学的研究领域中,关于新加坡华文旧体诗的论述极少。事实上,新加坡有大量华文旧体诗的文本,这些旧体诗的作者主要由新加坡的"过客"、新加坡的"流寓"者和土生土长的新加坡人 3 类人构成。他们的写作特点体现在:一是新加坡地域文化风貌的体现;二是语言的杂糅;三是受中国文化的影响。这一类诗作的研究具有比较文学和文化交流的意义,同时也是新加坡本土文学的重要组成部分。
