中国共产党推进中华民族凝聚力发展的构想与实践——以早期民族政策与民族法制建设为中心

中国共产党从成立之日起,就高度重视中华民族凝聚力问题,并把推进中华民族凝聚力的发展,提高到中国革命能否取得胜利的战略高度来加以认识。在新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党对解决中国民族问题的政治形式一直进行着与时俱进的变革,通过实行少数民族区域自治实现了中国境内各民族联合起来,并最终以少数民族区域自治作为解决中国民族问题的根本政策、国家制度和政治形式。     

关于保护性开发西部少数民族传统文化的思考

保护性开发是解决西部大开发中少数民族传统文化服务于当今社会的理性选择。“保护”和“开发”之间是辩证的关系。本文以少数民族传统文化成功的开发个案说明:保护性开发西部少数民族传统文化可以做到现代性与传统性的结合、经济效益和社会效益的结合。应该根据传统文化的类型和功能进行开发,坚持可持续的科学发展观以保护其使用的后续性要求。最后还要通过法制手段有效遏制各种对于传统文化的掠夺性开发、破坏性建设的现象。     

Middle School Aggression and Subsequent Intimate Partner Physical Violence

This study examined the relationship between middle-school aggressive behaviors and young adults’ experiences as victims and perpetrators of intimate partner physical violence. As part of the Reach for Health longitudinal study, surveys were conducted with 977 8th graders who were resurveyed as young adults, when lifetime partner violence was assessed. In this economically disadvantaged sample, the prevalence of middle-school aggression and subsequent partner violence are high among both males and females. In middle school, 32% of girls and 42% of boys reported being in a recent fight and 12% of girls and 17% of boys had threatened another with a weapon. By the time they were 19–20 years old, about 35% of females and males reported being the victims of one or more forms of partner violence; 35% of females and 22% of males reported one or more forms of perpetration. Controlling for socio-demographic characteristics, middle-school aggression is a significant risk factor for partner victimization and perpetration. Early aggression remains an independent predictor of partner violence perpetration and victimization for males and perpetration for females when other middle-school risk behaviors and exposures to physical aggression in the childhood home are taken into account. To reduce partner violence through young adulthood, findings suggest the importance of early interventions that help adolescents learn non-violent strategies for resolving conflicts in cross-gender relationships.Principal Investigator for the study.Co-Principal Investigator and Senior Methodologist.Responsible for developing the survey instrument.Responsible for pilot testing the survey instrument and overseeing field operations.Responsible for data management and conducted statistical analyses.Responsible for convening the Community Advisory Board and developing the survey instrument.

今年年初以来,泰国政坛发生了一场政治危机。本文首先回顾了此次泰国他信政府政治危机的由来与发展过程,然后分析为什么颇有作为和成就的他信政府会面临一场自1992年以来大规模的反政府示威活动,最后作者试图从这场危机中找出一些令人深思的教益。     

论少数民族习俗文化的伦理价值与教育意蕴

习俗是少数民族进行道德教育的传统形式,在习俗文化耳濡目染的熏陶中,伦理道德自然而然地渗透到人们的心里。习俗文化融汇于少数民族社会生活的各个方面,其承载的道德内容涉及少数民族精神文化活动的整个领域。将优良的民族习俗文化与现代社会的道德观念协调起来,有利于建立起民族地区社会主义道德的新体系。

在中国进行社会主义现代化的伟大历史时期,如何继续弘扬五四精神,发挥好共青团的作用呢,共青团组织必须引领当代青年继续高举爱国主义的伟大旗帜,用邓小平理论武装头脑,永远跟党走;在两个文明建设中建功立业;努力推进社会主义民主建设;努力学习科学文化知识,永攀科学高峰。     

The Italian Five Star Movement during the Crisis: Towards Normalisation?

Abstract

The Movimento Cinque Stelle (M5S) represents the most significant occurrence in Italian party politics during the economic crisis that commenced in 2008. Founded in 2005, the party caused a major upset at the 2013 national elections, with a subsequent major impact on the Italian party system, which is analysed along four dimensions: amount of change; number of relevant competitors; alteration of the political space; and degree of nationalisation. The sudden electoral success, in turn, presented the party with a number of challenges that forced it to adapt its organisational nature. Moreover, the anti-establishment nature of the M5S is questioned by its activities in the legislative arena. As with other outsider parties, this poses the dilemma of being part of the establishment while criticising it. The M5S has thus been forced to redefine its main goals and style of communication in order to adapt to the new institutional environment without losing the palingenetic aspiration of its original message.     

中国15个少数民族面部形态标志点的差异

通过对15个少数民族3182例（男女各半）成年人的头面部27个标志点进行测量及形态特征观察,以汉族男女成年人的标准为基准,同各受试民族进行研究和比较,结果表明：各民族的面部形态特征、标志点测量值均有程度不同的差异存在。与汉族差异较大的是哈萨克族、维吾尔族和蒙古族。     

Believing in Conspiracy Theories: Evidence from an Exploratory Analysis of Italian Survey Data

Beliefs in conspiracy theories have attracted significant international media attention in recent years. This phenomenon has been studied in the US but while anecdotal evidence suggests it is also widespread among the Italian public, little evidence has been collected to assess it empirically. Using data from a 2016 survey, this pioneering study of the Italian case investigates the extent of diffusion of conspiracy theories among Italians and tests several hypotheses concerning individual determinants. The paper finds that conspiracism is indeed widely diffused in Italy. It is negatively associated with education and positively with religiosity, while no correlation is found with political trust. Beliefs in conspiracies are also related to rightwing orientation and support for the populist Five Star Movement.
