青年高级技术人才的现状分析与对策研究

青年高技人才是我国技术工人队伍中的技术骨干,是推动技术创新和实现科技成果转化不可缺少的重要力量.加强青年高技人才的培养将是我国人才队伍建设的重要任务.     

韩剧热播对中国青少年的影响探析

进入新世纪以来,“韩流”就以更加不可阻挡的态势汹涌而至。追逐“韩流”的主体以14~18岁的中学生为核心,以19~30岁的大学生和社会青年为外延。作为“韩流”重要组成部分的韩剧,自然也在青少年中掀起了不小的浪潮。本文试图主要从以下三个方面分析韩剧的热播对中国青少年的影响:韩剧在中国青少年中流行的原因;韩剧对青少年的影响;以及韩剧对我国建设青年文化带来的启示。     

用五四精神培养青年的时代意识

五四运动开启了现代文明,唤起了中国青年和广大民众的觉醒。五四精神,一直是百年来中国人民奋斗的强大精神动力。在当代中国社会主义现代化进程中,五四精神对中国青年依然有着强烈的感染力。用五四精神培养当代青年的时代意识,对于正确引导青年文化的发展方向,发挥青年在社会主义现代化建设中的生力军作用,意义重大,应当成为中国青年工作发展战略的一个重要内容。

Much has been made of declining turnout in elections. This is due to a number of factors, and several remedies have been proposed. Voting behaviour seems to depend largely on socioeconomic factors. Partly due to the inordinate expense of household‐level statistics, however, little is known of the demographic breakdown of voting and non‐voting. An effective way of overcoming this would be to crudely estimate the demographics involved by allocating households to consistent voting groupings. Large geographic groups are unwieldy and probably not sufficiently accurate; however, postcode‐level definitions can allow similar but non‐adjacent households in the same general area to be treated as a unit for statistical purposes. The truth about youth? Media portrayals of young people and politics in Britain

Some forms of political participation in Britain appear to be in crisis. Official rates of turnout are alarmingly poor and the sub‐population least likely to participate in general—and vote in particular—is the youngest section of society. Moreover, the way that the media and and politicians have responded to the apparent crisis of youth participation has become a self‐fulfilling prophecy. A full review of young people's place in the political environment is needed. This requires the application of different criteria for evaluating youth interests, and the avoidance of some of the most routinely used phrases to describe young people's attitudes to politics. 社会排斥:停在青少年"乙肝群体"胸口上的痛

当前青少年乙肝病毒携带者面临着就业、婚姻、教育、社会交往等各种排斥,其主要原因是社会公众缺乏对乙肝病毒携带者的科学认识,乙肝病毒携带者缺乏对自身疾病的科学认识和健康心态,相关法律、法规和社会政策不健全。因此,必须建立社会公共卫生预防机制,减少社会公共安全成本,从根本上消除偏见和歧视。

毛泽东的青年观从根本上突破了中国几千年传统青年观的束缚,正确认识、科学分析了青年的特点和社会历史作用,强调组织形式必须适合新的形势需要,共青团工作必须围绕党的中心工作等,形成了正确对待、引导和教育青年等方面的比较系统的理论,从而发展了马克思主义青年观。     

Schweizer Welten des Sozialkapitals. Empirische Untersuchungen zum sozialen Leben in Regionen und Kantonen

To what extent do the Swiss Regions and Cantons differ with regard to their stock of social capital? Based on the data of the Swiss Household Panel this article presents the first empirical investigation of the accumulation of social capital in Swiss sub‐national units in a comparative perspective. Empirical evidence implies that the cantons of the German speaking region show more social capital than the French and Italian speaking parts of the country measured by the engagement in voluntary associations, or the interaction with colleagues and the neighbourhood. However, the Latin cantons show a greater stock of social interaction among family and close friends. Furthermore, our findings provide evidence for the existence of five Swiss worlds of social capital varying among the various types of social interaction.     

Staatsbürgerverständnis und politische Mobilisierung: Einbürgerungen in Schweizer Gemeinden

Seit längerer Zeit kommt es in der Schweiz immer wieder zu heftigen Debatten über das schweizerische Einbürgerungsverfahren und die Diskriminierung gegenüber Gesuchstellern aus gewissen Herkunftsländern. Dieser Artikel präsentiert erste Resultate einer Umfrage in 207 Schweizer Gemeinden zu den Ursachen unterschiedlicher Ablehnungsquoten von Ein­bürgerungsgesuchen auf lokaler Ebene. In der Schweiz spielen die Gemeinden eine zentrale Rolle im Einbürgerungswesen. Es soll aufgezeigt werden, dass die jeweils verfolgte lokale Einbürgerungspolitik auf kulturelle und politische Faktoren zurückgeführt werden kann. Die zentralen Hypothesen besagen, dass Einbürgerungsverfahren politische Entscheidungspro­zesse darstellen und sowohl von kulturellen und institutionellen Strukturen wie dem vorherr­schenden Staatsbürgerverständnis und den Entscheidungsmodi wie auch von mobilisierenden politischen Akteuren abhängt. Die Erteilung der Staatsbürgerschaft soll dabei als Instrument sozialer Schliessung betrachtet werden, welches in den Gemeinden unterschiedlich eingesetzt wird und das dominierende Verständnis der Staatsbürgerschaft sowie aktuelle politische Kräfteverhältnisse widerspiegelt
