警察伤亡逐年上升和患病高发暴露出警察训练中存在的不足。应建立以“警务活动”为中心的培训模式,把理论与实践紧密结合起来,把理论知识融入到警务活动中去,激发学员学习的兴趣,促进民警能力的提高。     

利用区域文化资源开展道德实践活动

少先队组织充分利用区域文化资源,组织开展教育活动,引导队员通过参与社会实践,吸收人类优秀文化,使自己在文化、道德、思想等方面得到提高.     

Demanding Service or Servicing Demand? Charities,Regulation and the Policy Process

Charities in the Victorian era were characterised by the notions of service and pressure, acting as a shield and a sword for social change. Charities continue to pursue such policies, but do so at the behest of state agendas on public service provision and civic engagement. This article examines the regulatory and policy challenges of the service and pressure dynamic, focusing upon the provision of public services by charities, considering the decision of the Charity Commission in the cases of Trafford and Wigan , and the hurdles faced by charities wishing to pursue a political agenda alongside the state's concern with protecting against terrorism. The article concludes by considering the arbitrary choice made within the regulatory framework between acceptable and unacceptable political conduct and the focus upon good governance in charities and the issues which arise under section 6(3)(b) of the Human Rights Act 1998.     

Genetic Variants in KCNE1, KCNQ1, and NOS1AP in Sudden Unexplained Death During Daily Activities in Chinese Han Population

Fifty‐six sudden unexplained death (SUD) cases were collected from Chinese Han population, which occurred during daily activities and were autopsy negative in comprehensive postmortem autopsy. The coding exons of potassium channel genes KCNE1, KCNQ1, and nitric oxide synthase gene NOS1AP were sequenced. A synonymous mutation, KCNE1 F54F T>C was identified in 2 SUD cases, which was absent in the control subjects. Neither genotype nor allele frequencies of KCNE1 and KCNQ1 exhibited a significant difference between the SUD and control group. In contrast, the allele frequency (p = 2.7 × 10⁻¹⁰) and genotype frequency (p = 5.9 × 10⁻⁷) of rs3751284, and the genotype frequency (p = 2.9 × 10⁻²) of rs348624 in NOS1AP of SUD were significantly different from that of controls (p < 0.05). Our study suggested that rs3751284 and rs348624 might be susceptibility loci for SUD during daily activities. Larger sample sizes and further molecular studies are needed to confirm or exclude an effect of the NOS1AP SNPs on SUD risk.     

Join the club: effects of club membership on Japanese high school students’ self-concept

Extracurricular clubs are widely believed to be an important part of education in Japan, and Japanese students devote an enormous amount of time and energy to them. Until recently, however, there has been very little research examining either the content or the outcomes of participation in such clubs. In this paper, based on a nationally representative survey of Japanese high school seniors (n = 3753) we examine the relationship between participating in extracurricular clubs and Japanese students' self-concepts. Our findings demonstrate that students who join extracurricular clubs have more positive self-concepts than those who do not join clubs, and students in sports clubs have higher self-concepts than students in non-sports clubs. This paper, therefore, offers important data for scholars interested in non-academic aspects of Japanese education in general, and demonstrates the impact that extracurricular activities have on Japanese students' self-concepts in particular.     

利玛窦在华经济活动及其经济伦理观分析

著名耶稣会士利玛窦在中西文化交流史中的地位以及所做的贡献,学界已有相关研究,但关于利玛窦在华经济活动及其经济伦理观的研究,学界所论不多。利玛窦作为第一批进入中国的耶稣会士,其生活状况、经济活动与世俗社会有着千丝万缕的联系,他秉持"量入为出""谨慎地消费每一个铜板"的原则,探索出适合中国教会发展的支出原则。他"受俸不做官",开传教士供职朝廷之先河,体现了"以出世之精神,做入世之事业"的传教理念。     

浅论党的群众路线

人民群众是历史的创作者。中国共产党充分认识并高度重视人民群众的历史地位,在革命和建设的过程中形成了自己的群众观点。群众路线是党的根本工作路线,脱离群众是党面临的最大危险。在新的历史时期在全党深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,必将密切党同人民群众的血肉联系,巩固党的执政地位。     

略论我国反恐怖法中反恐侦查体系的构建

恐怖活动犯罪与普通刑事犯罪相比,在犯罪目的、犯罪对象、犯罪手段上均有其特殊性。普通刑事案件的侦查,以案件成功侦破为终结,而恐怖活动一旦实施,恐怖效应即已产生,有效防范制止恐怖活动犯罪必须将恐怖活动摧毁在行动之前,这也对涉恐案件侦查提出了特殊要求。为确保侦查机关依法侦查,在反恐怖法中有必要从时间节点、侦查手段、队伍建设、保障措施、工作体系等方面构建专门的反恐侦查体系。     

少先队活动课程“县域顶层设计”的实践与思考

教育部《关于加强中小学少先队活动的通知》要求全国各义务教育段学校要充分认识加强少先队活动重要性,采取有力措施,切实予以落实。县级少工委、教育行政部门是最基层、最直接、最有效的少先队工作机构和教育行政管理部门。强化“县域”一级职能,探索少先队活动课程的县域顶层设计与实践,对推进少先队活动课程常态化,具有重要的实践意义和研究价值。     

中国共产党抗日游击战研究

对中共抗日游击战的地位和作用,过去曾有比较广泛的研究,但在近年有关抗日战争史的研究和评论中,出现对其忽略、甚至低估的现象,因此就形成了如何认识和评价中共抗日游击战的问题;另外,关于中共抗日游击战方针的内涵、演变及其原因,该方针与国民党的关系等,还存在值得深入研究的空间.有鉴于此,本文围绕这些问题,尝试进行一些学理上的探讨.
