手机无线增值服务是移动通信运营商与服务提供商(SP)联合向手机用户提供的增值服务,属于电子商务的范畴。在这种商务活动中,移动通信企业和服务提供商赚取了巨额利润,却忽视甚至严重侵害了消费者的合法权益,引发了不少矛盾与纠纷。集中分析了有关消费者权益保护六大问题,试图引起人们对这一领域的关注。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate parental satisfaction and acceptability of Project SafeCare, an intensive parent training program to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect with a focus on three areas of intervention: (1) home safety, (2) infant and child health care, and (3) bonding and stimulation. Social validation questionnaires were employed to evaluate the acceptability, the effectiveness, and the outcome of treatments based on parents' perspectives. The questionnaires were divided into four categories: outcome measures, process and procedures, staff performance, and training modes. Overall, Project SafeCare was reported to be very successful and parents reported high satisfaction with all three training programs. Parents rated the procedures, staff, and outcomes very positively. Although parents liked the videos and rated them positively, they seemed to prefer training by counselors to training by video. Data were collected on 45 families and the training was conducted over 15 weeks.  相似文献

With the world's largest population and growing concerns that increasing energy consumption threatens the environment, the economy, and social stability, the Chinese Government has identified improving the physical environment as a priority. One way consumers can assist in this effort and save money is to invest in energy efficient appliances. Despite efforts to encourage consumers to purchase energy efficient appliances, consumer adoption of these money and energy saving devices is quite low. The authors contend that energy efficient appliances are less popular in China than in the West due to poor marketing of the cost savings of these devices coupled with lower levels of purchases with credit versus cash. A survey given to Chinese consumers seeks to answer these queries and provides evidence of ways to improve the adoption of energy efficient appliances. This benefits manufacturers (who make money selling more expensive items), consumers (who save money over the life of the appliance since the cost of ownership is not just the cost of purchasing the item but also includes the cost of using it), the Chinese Government (which is currently engaged in a campaign to lower the amount of energy used), and the world (which benefits from a cleaner environment).  相似文献

Abstract

This article examines the construction of the homo economicus in Argentina in the context of the last military dictatorship (1976–83). While the worldviews of the military and neo-liberal economists of the time were very different, their common concern for distortions in economic and political life made them translatable. These economists provided a new economic identity that would be in tune with monetarist theory, replace ‘distorting’ collective identities and allow individuals to be governed from a distance. I argue that the homo economicus was performed through two sets of tools: consumer campaigns and the financial press. However, individuals did not always behave as expected. The contradictions of neo-liberalism, between its liberalism and its quest to create self-regulating spheres through active government intervention, led to the financial crisis of 1980. Economists later blamed the crash on the irresponsibility of market actors and expressed doubt regarding the self-regulating model they had promoted. In the conclusion, the legacy of the attempt to perform the homo economicus is assessed.  相似文献

基于社会参与和社会教育视角,文章利用日本综合社会调查数据实证分析了团体成员身份对环保消费行为的影响。结果表明,除了人口统计学和环境意识变量之外,团体成员身份也是预测个体环保消费行为的重要变量。另外,文章也发现不同团体的作用不尽相同,志愿者团体、市民运动团体和消费者团体成员身份变量显著正向影响环保消费行为,而政治团体和宗教团体成员身份对环保消费行为则不显著。  相似文献

近年来,西方一些国家的消费者政策发生了转换,消费者的知情权、消费者教育以及消费者的义务得以强化。国际社会还兴起了"消费者社会责任行动"。消费者责任实际上指的是消费者的义务,它分为消费者对自己的责任、对经营者的责任和对社会的责任三个方面。消费者保护法中应规定消费者的责任,但应仅限于消费者对自己和社会的责任,而不是对经营者的责任。作为消费者中的一个类别,金融消费者也应负相应的责任。  相似文献

对"金融消费者"进行法律定义,应充分挖掘概念与制度之间的理论逻辑,根据制度内容来推导概念的内涵与外延。"金融消费者"概念的提出以及相关倾斜性保护制度的构建,是基于其与金融经营者之间"实力不对等、信息不对称"的理论预设。根据这一制度逻辑,顺应金融消费者保护的国际立法和监管趋势,并考虑我国国情,我国金融消费者应该是指"已经、正在或正打算购买、接受金融机构提供的金融商品或服务的自然人、法人和其他组织,但专业投资者除外"。  相似文献
