高职院校开展国际交流与合作，搞好内部建设是关键

随着全球经济一体化趋势的发展,世界范围内各大学之间的跨国界、跨民族、跨文化的双边或多边交流与合作活动日趋频繁。对此,高职院校只有顺应世界高等教育的发展趋势,认真搞好内部建设,不断提高和完善自身条件,才能主动参与和应对高等教育国际化。     

论幼儿交往生活的缺失

交往对于幼和的成长具有重要意义,它不仅是幼儿情感、个性发展的重要条件,也是幼儿整个生活的组成部分。幼儿之间的理解以及幼儿对成人的理解、成人对幼儿的理解,都必然通过交往活动来实现。然而,幼儿的上境和幼儿教育的现实,造成了幼儿交往生活的缺失,其主要表现在功利社会背景下幼儿正常交往生活的剥夺,竞争状态下幼儿的孤立化,城市化生活中幼儿交往活动的丧失以及独生子女教育策略的失调。满足幼儿的交往权利是教育的重要职责之一。     

The Implications of Framing Effects for Citizen Competence

Social scientists have documented framing effects in a wide range of contexts, including surveys, experiments, and actual political campaigns. Many view work on framing effects as evidence of citizen incompetence—that is, evidence that citizens base their preferences on arbitrary information and/or are subject to extensive elite manipulation. Yet, we continue to lack a consensus on what a framing effect is as well as an understanding of how and when framing effects occur. In this article, I examine (1) the different ways that scholars have employed the concepts of framing and framing effects, (2) how framing effects may violate some basic criteria of citizen competence, and (3) what we know about how and when framing effects work. I conclude that while the evidence to date suggests some isolated cases of incompetence, the more general message is that citizens use frames in a competent and well-reasoned manner.     

E-government gateway project and authentication： The case of Turkey

Parallel to the advancements in information and communication technologies, certain risks and security problems also arise, one of which is the authentication problem. In order to control who can have access to information sources, it is of utmost importance to develop an advanced authentication mechanism. It is through this mechanism that one can protect personal information, and prevent unauthorized access to the information or services provided. Likewise, this mechanism can block unauthorized persons to change or release information that is not public. All the work being undertaken in this field can be named as access control. The concept of authentication is among those concepts that have been studied for a long time in Turkey in the context of rapidly growing e-transformation efforts. In the process of e-transformation, the transformation circle is completed by first defining the concept of modeling business processes, followed by the formation of automation process, and lastly, providing services in electronic medium.

人民警察的职业特点决定了其与群众沟通的重要性。沟通是一门艺术,如果人民警察不懂得恰当使用沟通,会给人民警察的工作带来很大麻烦。如果人民警察懂得使用一些与群众沟通的技巧、有意识地改变自己平时的沟通方式。在说、听、问和看等方面有所转变,并学会摆正自己的角色等．会达到与群众更好沟通的效果。     

信息互动视角下“情感过滤”成因探析与对策研究

语言是一个负载信息的符号系统,交际是一个信息在交际者之间双向或多向的互动过程,信息的共享是交际活动的目的,信息的互动是交际活动的本质,语言的运用是交际的主要形式。“情感过滤”是一个人情感因素对语言习得和信息输入、输出产生的影响。学习动机、语言焦虑、语言态度、自我意象、自信心和移情等是造成“情感过滤”的主要因素,关注交际意义而非形式、关注交际情境、实现可理解性信息输入是降低“情感过滤”的有效策略。     

从数字资源开发看公安特色数据库的建设与发展

公安文献信息数字资源主要来自公安机关、院校、协会等建立的特色数据库;建设特色数据库应全面掌握公安业务信息,深入了解公安学科专业设置状况,在与其它公安院校合作的基础上,建立起具有鲜明学科、专业特色的数据库体系,以便更好地为用户提供高质量的专业化服务。     

日本电视剧通过互联网在中国大陆传播现状

互联网已成为日本电视剧在中国大陆传播的新平台,但对该平台的研究却与其受关注程度不对等。日本电视剧通过互联网在中国大陆传播的主体是将日本电视剧上传至互联网的字幕组及个人,客体是通过互联网在中国大陆传播的所有日本电视剧,受众以日语学习者、偶像剧迷、年轻白领为主。日本电视剧通过互联网在中国大陆的传播具有先行快速便捷、客体数量庞大却制作不够精良、受众范围小、影响力大等特点,在中国的影响遍及语言、服饰、饮食、旅游等社会生活的方方面面,也面临着版权保护难度高、跨文化传播等问题。     

Calling on Jefferson: the ‘custodiary’ as the fourth estate in the Democratic Project

Aimed at reinforcing the democratic values of freedom of speech and increased diversity in civic access to the means of communication, this paper examines the concept of democracy within an information and communication technology-mediated context. Discussion proceeds with an analysis of orthodox views adopted by Jefferson and the architects of the American Constitution. Building on the Jeffersonian tradition, a critique is presented of present-day, non-transparent constraints on the democratic values of freedom of speech, information access and the structural constrains mitigating unfettered public access to critical information and debate on fundamental social and political issues of the day. The proposed ‘custodiary’ model for the new Democratic Project is premised on the development of a constitutional framework which encourages information diversity and freedom of access and expression as a way of bringing back ‘discourse’ into democratic praxis.     

重型颅脑损伤数字计算ERP特征及与智商的相关性

目的 根据ERP理论和韦氏智力量表内容建立数字计算ERP范式,探讨正常人与重型颅脑损伤患者数字计算ERP特征及与智商的相关性.方法 采用Neuroscan-ERP仪和韦氏智力量表对29名重型颅脑损伤患者(外伤组)和46名正常人(对照组)进行ERP及智商检测,比较引出的ERP成分特征及与智商的相关性.结果 数字计算范式的题目、正确、错误答案3类刺激引出的ERP波形包括外源性成分N1c、P2c及内源性成分N2c和P3c;对照组引出的N1c和P2c波幅和潜伏期相近,但N2c和P3c有明显差异,其中正确答案的P3c波幅最高,错误答案的P3c潜伏期最长;外伤组引出的各ERP成分波幅降低、潜伏期延长,N2c和P3c具有显著性差异(P＜0.05);对照组错误答案引出的P3c潜伏期与言语智商和总智商呈中度负相关,高于题目和正确答案;外伤组P3c潜伏期与言语智商、操作智商和总智商的相关系数分别为-0.64、-0.46和-0.60(P ＜0.05),明显高于对照组.结论 数字计算ERP范式可引出特征性ERP波形,其P3c潜伏期与智商有一定相关性,可作为评价重型颅脑损伤后数学能力损害程度的参考指标.
