对甘肃东部赵村择偶问题的人类学调查--甘肃山区择偶过程中的女性

赵村是甘肃省东部地区一个典型的山区村庄。因社区闭塞,交通不便,生活条件艰苦(2000年赵村年人均纯收入780元),赵村青年男子的择偶面临很多困难。外村女子不愿嫁到赵村来,包括赵村在内的山区女孩希望嫁到地理条件相对较好的村落去,这样,地理条件和经济条件等作为负面资源一方面影响了赵村男子在婚姻市场上的配偶供给,另一方面提高了妇女在婚姻市场上的价值。但是,赵村的情况说明,妇女在婚姻市场上的高价值并不等同于其在社会生活中的高地位。     

全球化语境下民族文化交流、发展的理论思考

在经济全球化的语境下,生产—技术的行为和观念文化作为文化构成要素在民族文化系统中的作用日益重要。民族文化的转型打破了传统上文化交流变迁中的渐变性、稳定性、民族性等规律,呈现出突变性、趋同性和多元交叉的局面。就文化交流中的情况而言,大致可将文化系统中的11大类文化要素区分为三种:非人力和文化的内在力量可以改变的文化要素;被主动或被动地抛弃、开始迅速转型的文化要素;具有一定的保守性和排他性,不自觉地、或快或慢地发生转移、变化、融合的文化要素。     

关于人民币升值预期下我国货币政策有关问题的思考

在人民币升值预期下,中国要扩大对外开放,从中国自身的利益角度出发,应该实施由市场供求决定的灵活的汇率制度。政府不要干预过多,否则不可能存在比较独立的货币政策。因此,在我国建立一个有效的货币政策体系前,必须保持汇率稳定,以减少风险和波动。     

The politics of bank ownership and currency policies in Central and Eastern Europe

This paper argues that state-owned, private domestic, and foreign banks have different preferences for exchange rate policies. More specifically, I posit that governments will be less willing and able to maintain fixed exchange rate arrangements in closed banking systems dominated by government-owned banks than in globalized banking systems with a large presence of foreign banks. The article’s principal claim rests on the notion that ownership structure of the banking system empowers different types of banks, affects their interests, and shapes the responsiveness of government politicians to bank demands. The bank ownership types further influence the stability of the domestic monetary system and financial regulation that are of paramount importance in the determination of exchange rate regimes. An empirical investigation of data on exchange rate regimes for 25 Central and Eastern European countries provides strong support for the theory. The results are robust to alternative estimation techniques, instrumental variable analysis, and the inclusion of several economic and political variables.     

Fagerholm Goes Oprah: Minor Literature,Global Market,and Gender in Literary Exchange

Abstract

In this article, I study the journey of the Finland-Swedish author Monika Fagerholm’s (b. 1961) novel The American Girl to the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine. This event, here called “Fagerholm goes Oprah”, offers an illustrative example of the global movements of literature today, and of the ongoing negotiation of relations between local and global, the Nordic countries and the USA, minor literature and the global market. The article describes the different phases of the transmission of this novel, studies the means by which a novel from a minor body of literature transgresses its geo-linguistic position and, in this specific case, demonstrates the role of gender. In this way, the novel not only creates fictive, transnational spaces for its female characters and readers, but it also enters and contributes to a network of female agents in widely different geographical and cultural contexts. The event “Fagerholm goes Oprah” is a sign of the ongoing globalization of the literary field, but its reception also reveals the presence of an opposing tendency: the continuing significance of localization in literary exchange. All in all, the novel and its reception illustrate the many strategies used to create a connection between two different cultures, and also display the importance of various cultural currents in the transmission of the novel, such as feminism and Nordic Noir.     

Norway as an Example in the UK Women’s Suffrage Campaign

This article analyses the character and meanings of references to Norwegian experiences in the UK women’s suffrage campaign. It argues that the references to Norway served two main purposes. Firstly, they served as evidence of all the good things that would happen as a result of women gaining the vote, such as wage equality and social reform. Secondly, they played a significant part in establishing a counter-narrative to the anti-suffragist warnings of all the terrible things that would follow women’s suffrage. The study also discusses the limitations of political exchange and shows how different political contexts came into play in the debates on the validity of the Norwegian example.

如何走出西化的文论话语--从"世界文学"命题的遮蔽性说起

“世界文学”与“民族文学”是相反相成的概念 ,互证对方的合理性。“世界文学”不仅是对“民族文学”的否定 ,而且是对自身的否定 ,只要与“民族文学”相对立 ,就被抽取具体内容而被普遍化、抽象化 ;倘具体化 ,就会转化为最高级的“民族文学” ,这隐含了对其他民族文学的遮蔽。从“世界文学”命题切入 ,可以揭示西方文论的遮蔽性。中国文论成为世界性文论的路径不仅是吸收、拿来 ,更是推出、拿去。     

准确把握农地流转中集体组织与农户间的委托代理关系

在当前的农地流转制度与实践中,农村集体组织与农户间构成了一种委托代理关系。但由于农地产权不清晰、农地流转市场不健全、农村集体组织的不完善导致无法建立有效的激励机制、监督机制和制约机制,使得委托代理关系低效。要建立高效的委托代理制度安排,就必须清晰界定农地产权,建立健全农地市场,改革规范集体组织。
