关于提高女性劳动者退休年龄的探讨

关于提高中国退休年龄问题,近来引发了社会各界的广泛关注。文章深入分析了广泛关注的几个因素:平均余命变化,世界的退休年龄变化趋势以及对于劳动力市场的影响,并进一步分析了当前制度规定下女性退休年龄偏低产生的低收益及退而不休现象及其影响。在此基础上,文章建议:中国应当提高女性退休年龄;结合劳动力人口变化趋势,采用小步渐进的方式进行调整。好处在于:在一定程度上解决女性退休后低收益问题,因而可以缓解退而不休现象;在一定程度上优化劳动力市场供给。     

Fagerholm Goes Oprah: Minor Literature,Global Market,and Gender in Literary Exchange

Abstract

In this article, I study the journey of the Finland-Swedish author Monika Fagerholm’s (b. 1961) novel The American Girl to the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine. This event, here called “Fagerholm goes Oprah”, offers an illustrative example of the global movements of literature today, and of the ongoing negotiation of relations between local and global, the Nordic countries and the USA, minor literature and the global market. The article describes the different phases of the transmission of this novel, studies the means by which a novel from a minor body of literature transgresses its geo-linguistic position and, in this specific case, demonstrates the role of gender. In this way, the novel not only creates fictive, transnational spaces for its female characters and readers, but it also enters and contributes to a network of female agents in widely different geographical and cultural contexts. The event “Fagerholm goes Oprah” is a sign of the ongoing globalization of the literary field, but its reception also reveals the presence of an opposing tendency: the continuing significance of localization in literary exchange. All in all, the novel and its reception illustrate the many strategies used to create a connection between two different cultures, and also display the importance of various cultural currents in the transmission of the novel, such as feminism and Nordic Noir.     

全面二孩政策下女性就业面临的问题及应对策略 —— 基于社会工作的视角

全面二孩政策是我国人口发展史上的一个重要里程碑。在强调二孩政策积极性的同时,也应看到二孩政策所带来的问题,尤其是对二孩政策的真正实施者——女性带来的影响。文章致力于分析全面二孩政策下女性在就业方面可能会面临的困境,并尝试从社会工作的角度进行介入,发挥个案工作、小组工作和社区工作等方法在其中的作用。     

Ethiopian returnee women from Arab countries: challenges of successful reintegration

ABSTRACT

This paper explores the Ethiopian female migrant’s change, sustainability of gains, and problems of adjustment and reintegration upon return from the Middle East. Data was gathered from 87 returnees. The income they earn is contributed to their households. However, remittance management and saving strategies were ineffective to bring remarkable changes. Much of the remittance sent home was spent on basic needs. Savings at home and in the Middle East were insignificant. Employment and involvement in investments in the post-return period were limited, and most were leading lives either similar to before or lower level than prior to their departure. Using a methodological classification ‘success’ or ‘failure’, one-third of them achieved relative success. Efforts should be made to develop pre-migration awareness via media such as telecom alerting radios, televisions, and posters. Interventions in skills training and counseling should also be the norm.

《源氏物语》与《蜻蛉日记》两部文学作品之间关系密切,《源氏物语》是《蜻蛉日记》的继承、扬弃与超越。本论从两位女性作家的执笔动机、文论观念、女性意识3个方面推考两部著作的内在联系。两部作品中的若干相同与相似重申了被男性主流文学掠过边缘经典女流文学的价值,正是这一边缘经典文学更为真实记录了当时社会现状、女性思想、男女的情感生活,两位女性作家的叙事才情更是勿容忽视。

随着社会经济、文化的多元化发展,女性犯罪问题凸显,更有效地预防和控制女性犯罪,是推进社会和谐的要义之一.通过实证材料的分析,从生理、心理、社会、家庭等多角度分析女性犯罪的原因,进而剖析女性犯罪的特征及其危害,提出有针对性的女性犯罪防控措施,以建立较为系统、完善的女性犯罪防控体系.     

THE REPRODUCTIVE AND PARENTAL RIGHTS OF INCARCERATED MOTHERS

Acknowledging the explosive growth in the number of incarcerated women in the United States, this Note critically examines the current treatment of mothers and expectant mothers in the U.S. prison system. This Note highlights the severe inadequacy of current prison policies and accompanying maltreatment of incarcerated women and their children, especially with regard to the frequent separation of mothers from their children and the poor health care available to expectant mothers. The damage inflicted by current prison policies must be comprehensively redressed through the creation of prison nursery programs, halfway houses, the provision of optimal prenatal care, and the elimination of the draconian practice of shackling pregnant women. Such reforms will not only benefit incarcerated women and their children, but will also deter recidivism and promote the welfare of the community at large.

根据2005年全国1%人口抽样调查数据推算,当前全国女性流动人口数量已达到7385万人,占据全国流动人口的半壁江山。本文采用2005年全国1%人口抽样调查数据,对女性流动人口的基本状况及流动特征进行全面分析,为更好的服务女性流动人口提供参考。
