文本阅读与文化经验

文本是现实存在与人类理解之间的中介 ,而阅读行为是文本与人类的理解之间的桥梁。有什么样的阅读方式 ,就会有什么样的理解方式 ;有什么样的理解方式 ,就会有什么样的存在方式。在特定文化背景下阅读所形成的集体记忆最终构成了其文化的一部分 ,且通过对民族文化的语文经验的解读 ,可以在一定程度上理解一个民族的文化思想     

论当代文化背景下倡导经典阅读的意义

当代中国,经典阅读呈衰落之势,其既因现实情势的引导作用,也有历史上印刷文艺发展不充分的传统原因。在目前所有的各种文化———特别是文艺———接受形式中,阅读在调动和强化接受主体的能动性、想象力、创造意识等方面所具有的优势和独特意义,是其他任何形式都不可替代的。阅读对拓展与涵养主体精神世界的特殊意义主要在于:文本特有的表现手段对主体参与再创造的能动性的触导与培养;阅读活动对主体审美心态的特别要求与陶冶;阅读品位对主体精神品格的潜在影响。     

信用卡诈骗罪罪态界限探讨

犯罪形态是犯罪构成要件的具体表现形式 ,任何犯罪现象都呈现出一定的犯罪形态。罪态问题既涉及某种犯罪形态的认定问题 ,又涉及该种犯罪形态内部若干具体犯罪形态的界限划分问题。根据不同的标准和角度 ,信用卡诈骗罪也呈现着不同的犯罪形态 ,主要有未完成形态、罪数形态、共犯形态和错误形态。     

山东女性人才发展的人口学研究

女性人才资源的开发程度是一个国家或地区物质文明、精神文明和政治文明整体发展水平的一个重要标志.目前山东女性人才资源开发在其规模、比重、质量水平、分布结构等方面指标都偏低.从世界各国人才发展的几种模式考察,山东正处在第一阶段后半期即由"金字塔型"向"枣核型"的过渡阶段.制约女性人才发展的人口经济学因素主要是女性人口整体文化素质、教育收益、城市化水平、就业水平等几个方面.     

“[A]ll just surface and veneer”: the challenge of seeing and reading in Ishtiyaq Shukri’s I See You

This article considers challenges posed to reading practices and hermeneutics by Ishtiyaq Shukri’s I See You. The content of the novel is at times didactic, and surface reading might seem an appropriate means of analysis, yet the form is experimental: it includes radio reports, characters’ reflections and journalistic work. The connection between these “documents” is not readily apparent, thus one is obliged to study the gaps between them to make sense of the text. Symptomatic reading might seem apposite, but the protagonist’s photographic work reveals the limits of this form of reading, too. I argue that Shukri’s text demands a process that interweaves symptomatic and surface reading in complex ways that require the reader to assess the ideological position from which s/he reads. The novel therefore draws attention to the ways in which reading, like seeing, is a political act.     

‘There Can Be No Revolution without Culture’: Reading and Writing in the Bolivarian Revolution

Under Hugo Chávez's ‘Bolivarian Revolution’, the government made itself present in all stages of literary production, applying the official idea of reading and writing as ‘socialist practices’. The Bolivarian government envisaged a popular counter‐hegemony, courting popular support while delegitimising cultural elites and reinforcing class tensions. Bolivarian cultural policy is anachronistic in an age of global literary markets, while the emphasis on a national collective of writers over internationally promoted representative writers of the revolution is particularly radical.     

Bargaining When the Future of an Industry Is at Stake: Lessons from UAW–Ford Collective Bargaining Negotiations

The 2007 American automobile industry labor negotiations involved fundamental challenges for labor and management, including a historic shift of responsibility in the management of retiree health care, a need for new approaches to core employment security issues, identification of ways to create new unionized jobs in the industry, and a joint commitment to the competitive viability of U.S. operations. Less visible, but no less important in the United Auto Workers–Ford case, has been unprecedented levels of information sharing and unique innovations in the bargaining process designed to enable problem solving even when tough issues were on the table. More than 300 people were directly involved in the negotiations, serving at the main table and on twenty‐four subcommittees. This case study covers the context for the negotiations, key events leading up to the bargaining, a unique process of “bargaining over how to bargain,” the actual negotiation process, and the results achieved. Implications are generalizable to the broader concept of pattern bargaining and many other types of negotiations when transformation is on the table.     

基于转变经济发展方式视角下的地方政府改革

在与艾柯、卡勒等人有关“阐释的限度”的论争中，罗蒂不仅以富于反讽性的论说策略对实用主义的阐释观做了生动的演绎，还通过一系列兼具力度与新意的论辩，将实用主义的哲学逻辑、文学诉求与政治考量渐次展开。其“阐释即使用”的主张提供了一条极有价值的思路：阐释的焦点不在限度而在目的和需要，因为后者关联着更大的难题，既是伦理难题，更是政治难题。     

高等职业法学专业实践教学的调查和研究

经过多年的发展,我国高等职业法学专业实践教学取得了一定的成效,但现有法学实践教学环节仍存在定位不准确、内容设置不合理、配套制度不完善等不足。对高职法学实践教学的完善应从实际情况出发,牢牢把握培养应用型人才的目标,规范传统的实践教学模式,探索新型的实践教学模式,并夯实教学管理活动的支撑作用。
