性骚扰之民法研究

当前 ,性骚扰已成为各国较为普遍存在的法律问题 ,对此 ,各国立法情况不一。我国目前尚无明确规定 ,如何从民法角度理解性骚扰的含义 ,采取哪些预防措施以及怎样对受害人救济等已成为迫切需要解决的问题。     

女性发展障碍成因分析

阻碍女性发展的原因是多重的,传统文化中的陋习在现实中的延续是束缚女性发展的历史原因,女性自身素质亟待提高是阻碍女性发展的内在因素,社会主义初级阶段的基本国情是女性发展难以逾越的现实。     

对峙与和解——性别诗学视野下的两性关系

性别维度是人存在的一个重要维度,性别诗学探讨的是性别因素在社会现象中的种种表现,这包括女性主义对男性压迫女性历史的梳理.性别诗学又是超越女性主义的,它更关注两性的和谐相处,暗示两性间要走向对话、达成伙伴关系的趋势.尽管伙伴关系具有强烈的乌托帮性质,但性别诗学指向的却是对理性逻各斯的否定以及对诗意艺术精神的追求.

湖南高校女大学生遭受性骚扰现状与对策研究

本文考察了女大学生在学习、求职的过程中所碰到的性骚扰问题,发现性骚扰已经成为危害女大学生的一个重要因素,它严重危害了女大学生的正常生活和身心健康。文章从女大学生自身、社会环境以及法律制度缺乏等方面分析了女大学生遭受性骚扰的原因,并提出有关建议。     

Rap Music Genres and Deviant Behaviors in French-Canadian Adolescents

This study investigated the links between the preference for 4 rap music genres (American rap, French rap, hip hop/soul, and gangsta/hardcore rap) and 5 types of deviant behaviors in adolescence (violence, theft, street gangs, mild drug use, and hard drug use). The effects of peers' deviancy, violent media, and importance given to lyrics were statistically controlled. A self-report questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 348 bilingual French-Canadian adolescents (age: M = 15.32; SD = 0.9; 185 girls and 163 boys). Results indicated that rap music as a whole was linked to deviant behaviors, however the nature of the relation differed according to genres. Preference for French rap had the strongest links to deviant behaviors, whereas preference for hip hop/soul was linked to less deviant behaviors. Results are discussed within the psychosocial and sociocognitive perspectives on music influence in adolescence and also within the perspective of normative deviant behaviors in adolescence.     

两性平等和谐基础上的妇女发展--五四先进分子的追求

五四先进分子认为,妇女发展关系着妇女解放、人的解放和社会的全面发展。他们要求对女性进行德、智、体等方面的培养;要求妇女走向社会广泛地参加社会劳动和创造。先进分子还设计了理想的性别关系模式,并以其作为妇女发展的基础。     

Behavior Problems in Sexually Abused Children of Depressed Versus Nondepressed Mothers

Children's psychological adjustment following stressors, such as sexual abuse, is impacted by environmental variables. One such factor is parental support, which can be hampered when a caregiver suffers from psychopathology. The purpose of this study was to determine whether maternal depression would impact the children's adjustment to sexual abuse. It was hypothesized that depressed mothers would report more behavior difficulties for their sexually abused children than nondepressed mothers. Participants were 58 children (and their mothers) who were referred for trauma symptoms related to sexual abuse. Mothers completed the Beck Depression Inventory as a measure of their depression and rated their children's behaviors on the Revised Behavior Problem Checklist. The children completed the Children's Depression Inventory and the Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale. Results revealed that depressed mothers reported more conduct problems, inattention/immaturity, and psychotic behavior than nondepressed mothers. Differences were not observed for mothers' report of depressive or anxious behaviors across groups. The children of depressed mothers reported increased levels of depression, but not anxiety, when compared to children of nondepressed mothers. Although both groups of mothers reported symptoms to be clinically significant, the children did not endorse their symptoms in clinically significant ranges.

随着中国法治建设的深入和公民法律意识的增强,性骚扰受害人寻求民事司法救济的情况不断增多。笔者从社会性别的视角,挖掘了性骚扰产生的根本原因,探讨了对性骚扰受害人进行民事司法救济的具体措施,分析了性骚扰民事司法救济中的难点,并提出了解决这些难题的相应对策。     

服务业发展中政府行为的制度分析

我国服务业发展不足,政府干预是重要的影响因素。本文从制度经济学的角度分析了在服务业发展过程中的政府行为,探讨了服务业发展的必然性,提出了如何发挥政府的积极作用,以推进服务业健康发展的对策。
