外来族群影响下的东南亚妇女的经济角色:历史的探源

东南亚妇女在前殖民时期就从事经济生产,在外来族群的楔入和影响下成为区域经济体系的重要参与者,经历了以性关系为基础向家庭关系为基础的经济角色转换,再朝着以社会关系为基础的经济角色发展。探悉东南亚妇女经济角色的发源为其在当代社会经济活动中的积极角色提供了历史的解释,展现了其在前殖民时期至殖民时期的嬗变过程,并揭示了影响这一过程的外部因素。     

中国社会分配制度改革的经济法学分析

针对当前分配领域中存在的失范现象，学界提出了“机会公平”和“结果公平”两种矫治方案，但由于陷入过多的理论化、哲学化争论，缺少对其可实施的条件和制度改造的分析，难免流产。倘若换一条思路，基于“问题-解决”方案，从“市场-政府-社会”和“问题-原因-对策”框架切入，在尊重市场、政府和社会三种不同的分配原则前提下，将法律作为政策的工具来执行，通过构建市场、政府和社会之间相互协调补充的分配法体系，规范当前不同领域的分配失调行为，将有可能改善贫富差距过大现象.     

警察社会化的内容浅析

警察社会化是指新警员或警察学员学习警察文化,养成警察职业群体的社会个性,内化警察职业群体的思想、行为、价值规范,获得并胜任警察社会角色的过程。其内容包括警察基本生存方式和技能社会化、政治社会化、行为社会化、个性和生活目标社会化以及角色社会化等。     

From Interactional Justice to Citizenship Behaviors: Role Enlargement or Role Discretion?

An organizational field study examined the mechanisms through which supervisors’ interactional justice influences employees’ individual-directed organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs). Although, previous research supports the relationship between interactional fairness and OCBs, the mechanisms of operation remain unclear. Separate frameworks, based on role enlargement and role discretion exist, with no prior attempts to compare them. In this study, I examine two competitive models, (a) a role enlargement model, using employees’ role definitions as a mediator and (b) a role discretion model, using employees’ role definitions as a moderator. The results, based on data collected from 141 employee-manager dyads in a work organization, confirm that role definitions moderate the relationships between interactional justice and OCBs. The findings are discussed to derive theoretical and practical implications and directions for future research.

Determinants of the Psychosocial Adjustment of Southern Sudanese Men

Our study examines the psychosocial adjustment of 164 SouthernSudanese men who are resettling in a western Canadian city.Special emphasis is placed on the role of financial and emotionalstrain associated with their sending money to relatives in Africa.Key findings point to the importance of religiosity in predictingtheir psychological adjustment, and social support and reducedfinancial role strain in predicting their social adjustment.Findings serve to guide the provision of culturally appropriateservices and policies for African immigrants and refugee claimantsin Canada.     

Role Effects in Negotiation: The One-Down Phenomenon

Role is a concept that underlies most studies of human behavior in negotiation as subjects take on the roles of buyers and sellers or labor and management contract bargainers, for example Naturalistic studies also focus on such roles as teacher and administrator contract bargainers, hostage takers and hostage negotiators, Palestinian and Israeli peace negotiators, and husbands and wives in divorce mediations. This article examines these role effects and finds consistent patterns across both experimental and naturalistic contexts. Specifically, a "one-down effect" emerges when individuals in lower power roles assume more aggressive negotiation strategies that are significantly less effective in achieving desired outcomes. The article concludes by identifying the theoretical frameworks that might explain these role differences.

当今世界,各国政府都面临着各种各样的挑战,公共安全危机事件就是其中的一种。各国政府之所以重视危机事件的处理,其原因在于危机事件的处理关系到政府的公信力和执政地位。鉴于我国政府对于危机管理的研究起步较晚,与西方发达国家相比,政府在危机管理能力和水平上还有一定差距。为了提高我国政府在危机事件管理中的能力,我们需要明确,在危机事件的处置中,政府应承担何种责任;在危机事件处理的不同阶段,政府应担当何种角色。

从世界发展趋势看,所谓国际体系的转型期即指目前的国际体系向世界体系转换的过渡期。这一转型期客观地要求各个大国的正确的角色定位,即由以往的霸权模式向主导型大国模式的转换。中国欲成为引领世界发展方向的主导型大国,不仅要从文化深层确立"类本位"意识体系,而且也要建构以"和谐世界"为核心并由正义、公正、合理、民主、共赢、和平为其结构的理念体系。
