通过梳理产品从创意构思到用品这一系列过程,解读设计沟通及影响设计沟通的重要因素,剖析设计师应该具备的沟通素质,从而建立全新的沟通模式,使设计师从创意的作用到生产交付的整个过程保持与每个环节的和谐交流,是解决目前设计师所处的尴尬境地与设计沟通中现存的行业问题的重要途径。

论公安机关网络舆论危机管理沟通机制及改进

如何应对公安机关网络舆论危机,已经成为公安工作中必须面对和亟待研究与解决的问题。一个基本的共识是沟通应当成为公安机关网络舆论危机管理中最重要的工具。然而,公安机关只有梳理当前危机沟通中存在的问题,树立民主宪政、行政法治、执法为民等理念,增强网络危机的沟通技能,培植网络危机沟通的中坚力量以及推进网络危机沟通的制度化建设,才能保障危机沟通的有效性。

日本吸收中国文化养分的历史源远流长,中国文化核心"礼"的内容也随着文化交流浪潮大量涌入日本。文章通过探讨日本传统礼仪中中国经典礼仪思想及礼仪行为的吸收情况,考察中国对日本传统礼仪的影响作用。首先探讨日本吸收中国礼仪文化的历史轨迹,以期明确中国对日本传统礼仪产生影响的宏观历程,进而使用理论探讨与实证研究相结合的方法,通过考察经典礼仪书中日本吸收中国礼仪思想和礼仪行为两个方面的论证加以论述,得出了日本传统礼仪在礼仪源流、礼仪理论、礼仪实践三个方面均受中华礼仪深刻影响的结论。     

建党90年来农村基层政治沟通的嬗变和发展

农村问题的解决离不开政治沟通,农村基层政治沟通研究对农村政治建设乃至社会主义和谐社会的建设都具有重大意义。本文总结梳理了建党以来农村基层政治沟通的演变历程,分析了当下农村基层政治沟通运行中存在的障碍,并从沟通主体、沟通制度、沟通渠道等视角对农村基层政治沟通的健全和完善进行了探索。     

Negotiation and Nonviolent Action: Interacting in the World of Conflict

Negotiation and nonviolent action are arguably the two best methods humanity has developed for engaging constructively with conflict. Both have played central roles in helping manage or resolve seemingly intractable conflicts, sometimes sequentially and sometimes in tandem. But experts and practitioners in both fields often underestimate the relevance and effectiveness of the other. This article explores the interface between the fields of negotiation and nonviolent action, their mutual commitment to engage constructively with conflict, and the concern both methods share for leverage, power, and strategic preparation and action. After examining the shared linkages, this article highlights how the two fields have synergistic qualities when utilized together in the same conflict. Using examples from a diverse set of conflicts, the overlap explored in this article lays an important foundation for the future convergence of the two fields.     

Do competitive districts get more political attention? Strategic use of geographic representation during campaign and non-campaign periods

MPs are elected as delegates of their electoral district to represent their constituents' interests. Geographical representation is considered a central quality indicator for legislative systems. Yet whether the strategic use of geographic representation is affected by tactical campaign considerations has received less attention. The availability of social media data on a fine-grained level allows us to fill this gap by studying the following question: To what extent do politicians strategically use geographic representation during electoral campaign and non-campaign times? I combine literature comparing campaign and non-campaign periods with studies on strategic incentives for MPs to geographic representation. Empirically, I rely on quantitative text-analytical tools to study German politicians’ tweets from the entire 19th legislative period (2017–2021). My findings have important implications for the geographic representation literature as they imply that MPs use geographic references strategically, especially during campaign periods. Prospective competitive districts receive substantially more political attention already during non-campaign periods, yet further amplified during electoral campaigns.     

Political Communication and Disagreement Among Citizens in Japan and the United States

Patterns of interdependence among and between citizens add an additional level of complexity to a comparative analysis of democratic politics. In this article we examine communication and disagreement among citizens in Japan and the United States. We argue that a majoritarian bias in political communication operates in both settings, but it tends to perpetuate a system of one-party dominance in Japanese politics. Comparative studies of democratic citizenship have focused generally on the variation across national contexts in the political beliefs and values held by individuals. Our argument is that citizenship and the alternative cultures of democratic politics have less to do with the idiosyncratic beliefs and values that individuals carry with them and more to do with the contextually embedded nature of political communication. We address these issues using two community-based studies, one conducted in South Bend, Indiana, in 1984 and the other in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, in 1997.
