马克思主义大众化视域中的延安整风运动

延安整风运动是党的历史上一次深入、普遍的马克思主义教育运动,更是一场马克思主义大众化的运动。用大众化的视域来审读这场运动,可以发现,这场运动端正了全党对马克思主义的态度,树立起了实事求是的思想路线,尤其是全党掀起的学习、研究、宣传马克思主义的热潮,使这场运动不仅提高了全党的马列主义水平,而且极大地推动了马克思主义大众化,同时也使中国化的马克思主义普及化。     

从群众运动反腐到网络民意反腐——中国共产党反腐的路径取向回顾与现实思考

中国共产党在不同的历史时期,采取不同的路径不断加强反腐倡廉工作。从新中国成立初期的群众运动反腐到权力反腐,再到坚持综合治理,建设科学严密、完备管用的反腐倡廉制度体系,以及网络反腐的兴起,都显示出党不断更新反腐理念,改进反腐方式的决心。汲取以往党反腐倡廉建设路径取向的经验,对于我们在新时期更好地反腐败有重要的现实意义。     

从反对数理英化运动看马来西亚华人社团的政治参与

在海外,马来西亚具有最完整的华文教育体系,这是马来西亚华人积极参与政治的功劳,近年来他们利用各种途径最大限度地维护华文教育的地位。在持续7年的反对数理英化运动中,以董教总为主的华人社团主要通过政治表达、政治接触等政治参与形态来维护华族子女接受母语教育和中华文化的权利。

兴起于20世纪40年代的延安新秧歌运动，是对民族民间艺术的一场大规模的挖掘、继承和革新。以广场为中心的秧歌剧的演出形式，使得改造后的陕北秧歌在表现内容和艺术形式两方面出现了重大转型，凸显了延安新秧歌运动的历史意义。     

A “Quick and Dirty” Approach to Women’s Emancipation and Human Rights?<Superscript>1</Superscript>

During the past decade, women’s and human rights ‘language’ has moved from the margins to the ‘mainstream’ of international law and politics. In this paper, the author argues that while feminists and human rights activists criticise the ‘mainstream’s interpretation of women’s and human rights, ‘we’ do not question what becoming part of the mainstream and the cosmopolitan classes has meant for us. Drawing on examples of how women’s and human rights arguments have been used in the post-conflict state-building process in Afghanistan, the author attempts to show how international women’s rights and human rights advocacy campaigns planned by well-meaning humanitarians in Western capitals can backfire when implemented in politically complex environments. Dr. Sari Kouvo is a post-doctoral scholar in the Department of Law, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. She is also affiliated with the Center for Global Gender Studies at the University of Gothenburg. Dr. Kouvo has several years experience of working with human rights and gender issues in Afghanistan. 情报信息主导的监狱安全模式探析

监狱安全是保障监狱执行刑罚的基础。要建立长期有效的监狱安全机制,情报工作极为重要。建立情报信息主导的监狱安全模式,是监狱适应现代社区警务发展的需要,也是监狱安全从传统向现代转变的切入点。情报信息主导的监狱安全模式需要建立监狱情报的收集、传递、分析、研判与应用机制。在落实具体的情报运用机制中,要注意强化情报主导的理念认识,加强基层干警的情报信息素质,以逐步实现监狱安全情报的规范化发展。     

四肢关节活动度测量方法研究

目的研究有效的四肢关节活动度的测量方法。方法以被测关节为原点,在构成该关节的“两边”上各取一点组成一个三角形,分别以两脚规测出“各边”的长度,运用数学原理,分别测出被测关节最大及最小限度活动的度数,计算出该关节的实际活动度及失能度。结果提高了准确度,减少误差,弥补了其他方法的不足。结论三角形法简便易行,克服了四肢因体态、制作工艺等因素造成的误差,是一种客观、精确、有效的新方法。     

人民公社运动兴起的历史探寻

新中国建立初期,人民群众在社会主义建设中焕发的极大热情和中国共产党人取得的一系列巨大成就,使一部分党的领导人尤其是毛泽东同志产生了骄傲情绪与激情冲动。因此,促成了＂在生产战线上来一个大的跃进＂和＂人们公社运动＂,这是夸大生产关系对生产力的反作用,对未来美好政治制度理想化的追求,传统农民的均贫富小农意识所导致的人民公社运动兴起的原因。     

Social movements,protest movements and cross-ideological coalitions – the Arab uprisings re-appraised

This article explores the utility of social movement theory, reviewing conceptual developments and its application to Middle East cases before examining its relevance to the Arab uprisings. The initial youth-led new social movements were non-ideological, leaderless, and lacking in clear organizational structures. As the protest movements spread, they grew to encompass a diverse array of other movements and actors: The breadth and diversity of these coalitions made the successful achievement of their core demands for regime change possible. However, the persistence of ideological cleavages within them made agreement on the post-regime change political order near impossible.     

Justice through defiance: political prisoner support work and infrastructures of resistance

This essay outlines the justice work done by the Anarchist Black Cross (ABC) in the US, an organization that provides material and symbolic support to political and politicized prisoners. The history of this organization is briefly explored to contextualize its current composition, tactics, and goals in its mission to support political prisoners, as well as the way its driving philosophies distinguish the ABC from other organizations that are engaged in political prisoner-related issues. Unlike more well-known, mainstream organizations that use a human rights discourse, the ABC contributes to an overall ‘infrastructure of resistance’ to defy systematized exploitation. This essay situates this project within a broader anarchist strategy to creatively and actively construct justice alternatives that work to establish mutual aid and needs-based economies.
