浅论江泽民关于培养跨世纪年轻干部的思想

江泽民同志非常重视对年轻干部的培养 ,他把建设一支能够适应新形势与新任务要求的高素质的年轻干部队伍作为党的重大和紧迫的战略任务。为了培养高素质的一批接班人 ,江泽民同志对年轻干部提出了新的要求 ,指出了一条培养年轻干部的切实可行的途径 ,并且强调干部人事制度改革在培养年轻干部方面的重要性。这些理论对于世纪之交的共产党选择和培养接班人具有极其重要的指导意义     

企业“大学生青年”价值观的现状、成因及对策

大学毕业生到企业工作后,相当长一段时间里,其思想行为与企业要求之间总是存在许多不适应,这些不适应大多集中地反映为与企业价值观的矛盾,这些矛盾是当代大学生价值观中负面倾向的延续.除了社会转型的影响和市场经济的负面作用外,教育与企业需求的脱节、就业方式的多样化,应该是更为直接的原因.要教育引导企业大学生青年树立正确的价值观,必须从知行结合、尊重企业的发展阶段规律以及多方位引导等方面多多给予帮助.

变迁中的社会分层现象是改革开放二十余年来日益凸现的一种社会格局,造成这一现象的原因是多方面的。它对当代青年的价值观产生了持久而深远的影响,其中,有积极的一面,也有消极的负面影响。为此,我国应尽快完善市场经济体系,树立新的公平观,并继续加大反腐力度,加强青年价值观教育,引导青年树立新时期的正确价值观。

大龄女青年的婚配问题成为社会学研究的一个重要领域。通过对征婚启事的量化分析 ,发现初婚与再婚择偶的大龄女青年在外貌、性格与人品、家境、学历与职业等择偶标准方面存在着差异 ,而在兴趣爱好方面没有差异     

Physical Violence Between Young Adults and Their Parents: Associations with a History of Child Maltreatment

This study investigated the relationship between maltreatment during childhood, parental conflict tactics and the tactics employed by young adults during a disagreement with their parents. Four hundred and sixty nine university students completed the Conflict Tactic Scale and a Childhood History Questionnaire giving details on tactics employed during the previous year and information about their childhood respectively. Overall, 14.5% of students reported using violent tactics with their mother and/or father and 3.8% of them admitted to being severely violent to one or both of their parents. The conflict tactics used by the respondent were found to be significantly related to the reported tactics of their parents and the experience of being maltreated by parents in earlier years.     

日粮中维生素D3含量对笼养蛋鸡骨矿含量及骨显微结构的影响

将 175只 10周龄伊莎蛋鸡随机分为A、B、C、D、E共 5组 ,分别在每千克饲料中添加维生素D3(VD3) 0、10 0、2 0 0、5 0 0和 10 0 0IU ,试验期 10周。试验期间每隔 2周测定骨矿含量。试验开始及结束时杀鸡取胫骨 ,进行组织学检查。试验结束时 ,A、B、C、D、E组骨矿总平均值分别为0 .6 6 8g/cm2 ± 0 .0 82g/cm2 、0 .6 79g/cm2 ± 0 .10 2g/cm2 、0 .6 92g/cm2 ± 0 .10 3g/cm2 和 0 .6 6 8g/cm2 ± 0 .0 81g/cm2 、0 .6 47g/cm2 ± 0 .0 79g/cm2 。C组骨矿含量显著高于A、D、E组 (P <0 .0 5 )。骨组织学检查亦显示 ,试验开始时 ,青年蛋鸡皮质骨、骨小梁正常 ;试验结束时 ,低VD3组和高VD3组皮质骨都出现了不同程度吸收腔增多的现象 ,且严重程度与VD3缺乏或过量程度呈正相关性。试验结果表明 ,青年蛋鸡日粮中添加适宜剂量的VD3,可增加骨量 ,维持良好的骨结构。     

Diversion in youth justice: a pilot study of effects on self-reported mental health problems

As part of a larger study to evaluate the effects of a Liaison and Diversion scheme in community youth justice services, staff of newly established Youth Justice Liaison and Diversion (YJLD) teams undertook observational ratings and administered self-report mental health and risk measures to young people referred to this pathway. The overall objectives of the YJLD project were to divert young people from the criminal justice system and to coordinate other services in order to reduce their likelihood of reoffending and the extent of their mental health problems. Data were collected from five local authority areas in different parts of England. Young people thereby referred had an average of 5.4 h of contact with youth justice staff. For a sample of young people on whom data were available at the beginning and end of that process, there was evidence of a significant reduction in problems and a small but significant correlation between the amount of individual contact time with YJLD staff and the extent of change observed. Absence of a comparison sample limits the drawing of firm conclusions; however, recommendations are made for future controlled experimental studies.
