当前台湾股票市场的特点分析

台湾股票市场创立至今已近半个世纪，并成为亚太地区的重要资本市场。本文尝试对当前台湾股市的特点进行归纳总结。

In a watershed moment for regional cooperation, the ASEAN Framework for Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership（RCEP） was endorsed by leaders at the 19th ASEAN Summit in November 2011. Just as APEC and CAFTA did many years ago, the new ASEAN initiative drew immediate, widespread attention, triggering talks on its future influence on the regional economy. After all, this flee-trade arrangement covers half of the global population and a third of global GDP. People have concerns about the potential influence of the new initiative on the Asia-Pacific region＇s cooperation structure.

奥巴马政府执政以来,美国更加借重以"巧实力"战略来整合国际格局的新变量,以求实现遏制世界"多极化"、塑造"多伙伴"世界并捍卫美国领导地位的战略目的。在亚太地区,奥巴马政府感到美国的传统优势地位正在面临由中国崛起带动的区域一体化的严峻挑战,并将拓展少边安全组合作为调整其亚太安全布局的重要支撑。美国编织的以双边同盟为核心、少边安全组合为结点、多边安全参与为外围的多层次新亚太安全网初现端倪。少边主义外交体现了美国通过扩大合作为其霸权减负和将中国"嵌入"关系网络的政策取向。

This article aims to reexamine relations between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations （ASEAN） after recent moves by the U.S. to intervene in the relationship. First, it looks at how the global financial crisis has affected relations; it then analyzes the effect of U.S. interference; and, finally it wraps up with a prediction of the fate of the ASEAN way and its impact on the Asia-Pacific region.     

Western Pacific Naval Symposium and Asia-Paciflc Multilateral Cooperation on Maritime Security

The Western Pacific Naval Symposium （WPNS） was founded in 1988 and is the only multilateral mechanism in the Asia Pacific region that pushes forward cooperation among naval forces.1 Even though it already has a 26-year history, the WPNS has not attracted enough attention, and very little information has been released on its activities among naval forces,

China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations （CICIR） hosted an international symposium on China and the Changing World on September 4-5, 2010 to commemorate its 30th anniversary. Four panel discussions were held on China-U.S. relations, the emerging powers, China-Europe relations and Asia-Pacific cooperation.
