1999年北京人的经济生活态度

通过抽样调查显示，1999年北京人的经济生活态度主要表现为三个特点：市民对客观经济的满意度与去年相比略有提高；以个人的经济生活状况的预期表现出明显的不确定感；人们的经济行为体现出更多的务实倾向。     

关于建立犯罪被害人调查制度的构想

犯罪被害人调查是解决犯罪黑数问题 ,弥补刑事司法统计不足的有效方法 ,同时 ,也将为犯罪和被害问题的研究提供翔实的材料。犯罪被害人调查应明确调查的内容、案件类型、对象、方法、程序和机关 ,对调查资料的管理、使用和发布也要具体规范 ,以使全国犯罪被害人的调查能够正常运作。     

关于全国基层民政工作者基本情况的调查与思考

本文在调查统计的基础上,对全国基层民政工作者的现状进行了分析,指出了其中存在的主要问题,对如何提高我国基层民政工作者素质提出了若干对策.     

Quantitative criminology in The Netherlands

This article briefly describes quantitative criminology in The Netherlands since the seventies. Dutch quantitative criminologists have been active in most fields of the discipline of criminology: research has been done on the etiology of crime and, in relation to this, the self-report methodology. A number of victimization surveys have been executed, and in relation to this, attention was given to fear of crime, victims in the judicial system, and situational approaches to crime. There has been research on policy evaluation, sentencing, and differential treatment in the criminal justice system, and alternative sanctions. Recently three major international studies have been coordinated by Dutch criminologists: an international self-report study, an international victim survey of households, and an international survey of victimization among businesses. In this article we describe the first two studies and briefly compare some of their features. Overall, it appears that Dutch quantitative criminology is embedded in the international mainstream of criminology and, in general, has been strongly related to policy concerns.     

国内行政道德研究综述

近年来,国内学术界在行政道德研究上取得了丰硕的成果,行政道德理论框架体系基本确立,对有关行政道德实践问题的研究也在不断深化、细化。当然,目前的研究也存在一些不足,在深度和广度上都还有很大的拓展空间。今后,行政道德研究的内容将进一步深化和扩展,研究视角将走向多个维度,研究方法也将从单一走向多样化。     

近十年中国新闻传播研究的基本情况

最近10年中国的政治家、媒介主办者和新闻传播学者各自有了相对的活动空间.政治家们异乎寻常地关注新闻传播业,强调把握舆论导向;大众媒介的主办青除了编务上保证贯彻党的方针外,言谈中更多的是媒介自身的经济效益问题;新闻传播学研究则趋向于学术化,规范化.     

广东黑社会问题再探：近年来广东反黑工作的回顾与思考

当前，黑社会性质犯罪已在广东省部分地区形成一定的势力，为非作恶、贻害一方，严重地扰乱了当地的社会管理秩序和危及了人民生命财产安全。针对日趋猖獗的黑社会性质犯罪，广东各级公安机关都将”打黑除恶”作为重要的日常业务工作来抓，坚持日常业务和专项行动相结合的反黑工作原则，从严从重、适时及时地打击黑恶犯罪。我们在查证黑社会性质组织时，应具体地内看其组织特征，外看其行为特征，在此基础上，抽象出其属性特征。     

安徽银杏资源调查

目的：调查安徽银杏的分布与资源。方法：对全省银杏分布及现代栽培基地进行实地考察。结果：发现安徽是银杏自然分布中心区之一，也是栽培较为集中的地区，资源丰富。结论：产区应进一步开展利用银杏资源，并加强银杏栽培管理。     

Domestic violence: A national study of the nature, size and effects of domestic violence in the Netherlands

This article reports on a large-scale nation-wide study conducted by Intomart among 1,000 randomly selected Dutch adults (male and female) about their experiences with domestic violence. An important goal of the survey was to generate general information on domestic violence. It turns out that nearly half of the Dutch population (45%) has at one time been a victim of some form of non-incidental domestic violence. It was also demonstrated that both men and women become victims of domestic violence, and the high percentages of victimization during childhood are particularly striking. Furthermore, it turned out that domestic violence often involves a combination of physical, mental and sexual forms of violence.
