解读历史叙事的包公断狱故事

历史叙事中的包公形象主要以忠孝、清廉、明察、刚毅为特征 ,而流传至今的 1 0个包公断狱故事 ,除了体现这些特征之外 ,还暴露了包公偶尔也有的断狱不明和刚愎自用的弱点。通过这一研究 ,可以提供一个与文学叙事和民间传说中的包公形象与断狱智慧进行比较研究的前提。

《憩园》隐性主题探微

巴金的小说《憩园》不是在狭隘层面上批判家和家族制度，而是探讨造成家庭悲剧的深层原因——金钱对人性的戕害和毁灭。当金钱成为维系家庭关系的纽带时，必然会导致家的分崩离析，甚至会付出生命的代价。小说隐性结构与显性结构互相重叠，相克相生，构成作品的巨大张力。     

Political entrepreneurship and the Ko-P phenomenon in Taiwan’s democratization*

Taiwan’s economic modernization and political democratization after World War II have been praised as good examples for emerging countries. As of 2014, Taiwan has successfully gone through four direct presidential elections and two rounds of peaceful transfer of power. However, continuing sectarian quarrels between the ruling Kuomintang and the opposition Democratic Progressive Party cast doubt on the suitability of democracy for a Confucian society. This pessimism is challenged by the emergence of a new political star. A political novice, Ko Wen-je (aka Ko-P), won a landslide victory in the 2014 Taipei mayoral election, which is seen as a phenomenon. It has significant political implications and has so far inspired changes in the political landscape. The adoption of entrepreneurial strategies, such as identifying problems, leading by example, and team creation, are unprecedented in Taiwan’s political campaign. The Ko-P phenomenon demonstrates a self-correcting mechanism in Taiwan’s political system and bodes well for the future of new democracies, particularly for the Greater China Region.

党内“一把手”体制的由来、危害与治理

"一把手"现象是党内长期以来普遍存在的一种现象,而且已经演变为事实上的党内"一把手"的体制形态,从而对发展党内民主、建设社会主义民主政治造成了诸多不良后果,严重破坏了党的民主集中制原则,阻碍了党内民主的健康发展,背离了社会主义民主政治的发展趋势。亟待引起各级党组织足够的重视,深刻认识"一把手"体制的严重弊端和危害,痛下决心根除这一顽疾。需要建立健全监督机制,尤其是要加强制度监督,完善制度体系,增强制度的可操作性。     

韩国人心目中的中国形象——基于焦点集团访谈的研究结果

本研究以生活在首尔的韩国青壮年中的意见领袖为对象,通过FGI方法调查了他们心目中的中国形象。研究结果表明,受访者对中国非常关注,但对中国的认识和情感都偏向负面。如,他们对社会主义制度持有偏见;认为虽然中国经济有巨大潜力,但发展水平仍很低;认为中国社会存在诸多问题,例如贫富差距大、食品不安全、治安差、不注重环保、市民修养低等。受访者对中国崛起充满担忧,认为中国崛起后会成为霸权国而威胁韩国。在中韩关系方面,他们不认为中国是可信任的合作伙伴,虽然希望强化与中国的经济合作,但不愿承认韩国从中国的发展中受益。韩国人对中国的上述认识中有一部分是刻板印象,其成因是社会制度差异以及诸多历史原因。他们对中国流露出不信任、自尊、自卑以及受害意识等复杂情感,也促成了其对中国的负面评价。     

《孽子》中“家”的意象与“父亲”形象的异形同源

小说《孽子》是白先勇唯一的一部长篇小说，它代袁了台湾同性恋小说的最高成就。目前的研究对白先勇小说中月亮和冬日等意象群落有所研究，但是作为“家”的意象提到不多，而且“家”与“父亲”形象的异形同源未曾有人提到。在《孽子》中，“家”和“父亲”的形象合二为一，且“父亲”形象在超越道德感后带来了人性回归。     

The United States,Japan, and the power to block: the APEC and AMF cases

This paper argues that the evolution of APEC and the rejection of Japan's 1997 AMF proposal reflect a failure of Japanese and US leadership. Not only have the two countries failed to exercise either individual or shared regional leadership. Instead, both have used their considerable structural power negatively to block the other's proposals for regional collective action, rather than positively to exercise leadership. After developing the concepts of leadership and blocking power, the paper provides case studies of the APEC and AMF. It concludes that if a post-hegemonic US no longer has the willingness and/or the ability to undertake collective action single-handedly, and if in a post-Cold War world neither the US nor Japan has sufficient incentives to bridge their differences and sacrifice some interests to achieve a unified stance, then continued stalemate and under-supply of regional collective goods can be expected.
