变造图像的压缩率变化规律研究

目的研究变造图像的压缩率变化规律。方法选择不同数码相机不同分辨率进行拍照,将拍照所得图像经过PHOTOSHOP7．0．1软件分别进行色阶、自动色阶、曲线、锐化、USM锐化、锐化边缘、进一步锐化处理。利用ACDSee6．0查看并记录原图像和处理后的图像的文件大小和压缩率。结果探索经过处理的数字图像压缩率的变化规律,根据其变化规律来鉴定数字图像的原始性。     

Introduction to the Symposium on Exploring the Complexities of Performance Management

ABSTRACT

The editors of this symposium hope that this collection of articles can help advance the public administration literature stream across the multiple organizational and cultural settings in which these performance management studies were conducted. However, this symposium also focused on articles that can help advance the practice of performance management, where specific recommendations are needed to help public officials collect, analyze, and use meaningful outcome measures specifically for the benefits for making better management and policy decisions.     

Big expectations, small outcomes: The impact of leaders' personal appeal in the 2004 Greek election

The 2004 Greek election provides an interesting case study for examining the impact of party leaders on the vote. A change in governing party leadership a few months before polling day had two important implications. First, it generated a highly favourable context for the emergence of decisive leadership effects. Second, it made it feasible to grasp empirically how voters form their evaluations of new leaders. Regarding the first question, the findings indicate that even in the most favourable environment the impact of leadership evaluations on the overall electoral outcome is only slight. Regarding the second, it seems that the change of leader at the start of an election campaign can be a mixed blessing. Whereas it can help a party to divert media and public focus from other less favourable issues, the party pays a corresponding price when its new leader has to learn the job in the full glare of an election campaign.

中国国家形象的建构是与中国国力不断提升,国际地位不断提高密切相关的.国家形象的建构引入空间概念,并从空间维度进行审视和阐释,不失为理解国家形象的一条途径.对国家文化形象的空间审视应当着眼于内空间建构和差异空间的控制,在可持续性的文化发现和播撒中实现新世纪中国文化形象的重建.

行政诚信是行政机关在公共行政中必须具备的理念和责任。行政诚信对公共行政健康运行具有重要的支撑作用。它是行政功能发挥的重要保障,是维持和拓展公共行政秩序的重要因素。行政诚信还有利于维系行政机关与社会公众之间和谐的结构关系, 也是良好的行政形象的重要组成部分。公共行政活动不仅是行政制度的需求和供给的过程,而且也是行政诚信的需求和供给的过程。各级行政机关应努力保持和提高行政诚信, 以利于公共行政工作顺利进行。

诗歌意象的组合是诗歌话语的组织,可以从语言学角度对意象跳跃的成因、定义、存在基础及功能进行分析.以李白诗歌中意象跳跃为例,话语的语用含义是其存在的基础,能够起到丰富话语意义的作用.意象跳跃的大量出现以及用来构成跳跃的意象,使李白诗歌形成了意蕴丰富的特点.     

Secondary Traumatic Stress in the Courtroom: Suggestions for Preventing Vicarious Trauma Resulting from Child Sexual Abuse Imagery

The internet and social media have added to an increase in sexual imagery. As a result, law enforcement, judicial officers and court ordered counselors will be exposed to an increase of images. While not every individual will experience post‐traumatic stress symptoms, it is anticipated there is risk for impact. The impact of viewing images can include an increase in vicarious trauma symptoms, burnout, and a possible decrease in impartiality. This paper offers suggestions for self‐care in the services of preventing collateral damage.     

府际结构下领导注意力的议题分配与优先:基于公开批示的分析

注意力成为政策过程研究的关键要素,领导注意力的分配与优先性表达是理解政策变迁与体制运作的新维度。论文通过构建中央-省-市级政府首长的批示文本数据库,比较了府际间领导注意力在政策议题上分配的稳定性和多样性,并检验了议题优先性在中国府际结构中的呈现。研究结果表明:核心议题作为领导注意力焦点对其他议题具有挤出效应即存在议题优先性,并且随着领导层级的降低,其挤出效应愈发显著;府际间领导注意力在议题分配上的稳定性、多样性分别与领导层级呈现出正相关性,这亦与政府职责分工体系特点深刻关联;政治周期变化对于领导注意力变迁具有显著的“间断效应”。论文探索了多层次主体的注意力比较研究,为解释中国体制运作中的“议题优先”及其运作提供了注意力层面的证据。     

19世纪末至20世纪初古巴华人形象的构建与塑造

古巴华侨华人是中国在古巴形象的代言人,也是中国在古巴形象的塑造者。19世纪末至20世纪初,古巴华人群体经历了华工、华商及自由移民者等不同历史阶段。在特定历史背景下,华人在古巴社会中作为“他者”的形象构建与塑造是存在一定差异的。而古巴社会对华人形象的认知,既有对其正面形象的肯定,也有一定程度上对其负面形象的误读。
