民办高校学生党建工作探赜

民办高校学生党建工作是关系到能否全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持社会主义办学方向,培养德智体美全面发展合格人才的根本性问题。民办高校学生的特殊性决定了学生党建工作的特殊性和难度。我们积极探索民办高校学生入党积极分子的培养、教育途径和模式,夯实学生党员发展基础,将学生党建工作与思想政治教育有机结合,促进了学生健康成长和全面发展。     

社会主义核心价值体系在文化产品中的实现途径探析

文化产品代表着当代经济文化一体化的客观趋势,正在成为表达和传递社会主义核心价值体系的强大文化载体。在学理上以抓牢党的文化领导权为前提、以文化产品的内容构建为核心、以提高受众基本文化素养为依托,深入挖掘文化产品实现社会主义核心价值体系的现代生产方式和传播方式,探索、拓宽文化产品实现社会主义核心价值体系的各项具体实践途径,是我们卓有成效地推进社会主义核心价值体系建设、开展社会主义核心价值体系教育的重要工作。     

Transformational Leadership and Organizational Outcomes Evidence From Vietnamese Workers

The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically the impact of transformational leadership on organizational outcomes （OCB---organizational citizenship behavior, OC---organizational commitment, and job satisfaction）, and the mediating role of trust in the leader in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational outcomes in Vietnamese employees. The results showed that, first, transformational leadership had a significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Second, there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership and trust in the leader. Third, trust in the leader was positively and significantly related to OCB, affective organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Fourth, a moderating role of trust in the leader was identified in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational outcomes. Finally, some practical recommendations for developing leadership competencies in Vietnamese managers are suggested.

党的十八大提出了“实行党代会代表提案制”,并把实行党代会代表提案制作为党的建设改革创新的重要举措之一。党代会代表的是广大党员的意志,因此实施党代会代表提案制意义深远。党代表提案制的实施,使党代表在任何时候都可以对人民群众关心的热点和难点问题向代表提案委员会提出,这就成为新时期整合人民群众利益诉求的一种新机制。     

Local political leaders and context awareness: identifying perceptions of autonomy and efficacy

Leadership theories fail to explain how leaders acquire and interpret context. This article claims that political leadership styles articulate a choice of action that results from the leader's discerned possibilities to act. In order to explore these interpreted contextual determinants of leadership styles and the degree to which “possibility” has an influence over them, our research used a multiple case study design, with extensive interviews. Focusing on context awareness as a way of unveiling style determinants, I claim that it will produce different effects on leadership styles as a consequence of the leader's sense of autonomy and of political efficacy.     

Problems of the Turkish Political Parties and Turgut Ozal＇s Motherland Party （ANAP）

Many political parties have been established in Turkey so far. But a large majority of these parties were dissolved or could not stand long-term. In this respect, the Turkish political history is also the history of short-lived political parties without Republican Populist Party （CHP）. Both in the Ottoman Period and the Republican Period, there were no durable political parties. Whereas, glancing over the United States and European Countries, it is seen long-lived and durable political parties, e.g., Republican Party in U.S., Conservative Party in U.K., etc. Within this context, Turgut Ozal＇s Motherland Party （ANAP） can be considered as one of the most excellent examples of a short-lived party in Turkey. This party was established in 1983 and then, it finished its life in 20 years. It was the reason why this finished. In this view, this study aims to indicate the common problems of the Turkish political parties by analysing ANAP as well as the weakness of institutionalism, extreme leader-oriented party, and the patronage system.
