腐败造成对政治、经济、社会等领域的巨大腐蚀与破坏,是我们这个时代面临的最大挑战之一。研究腐败的成因、现状、对策等问题,提出遏制腐败的对策,是历史和社会提出的重要课题。国内学界对此进行了深入研究,并且有大批学术成果面世。为推动腐败研究的深入进行,通过对发表于国内行政学界主要期刊上的近一百多篇学术论文的实证分析,总结与综述现阶段腐败研究现状的若干特征和理论观点,并由此分析得出相关的研究结论。  相似文献

Achievement, engagement, and students’ quality of experience were compared by racial and ethnic group in a sample of students (N = 586) drawn from 13 high schools with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic student populations. Using the Experience Sampling Method (ESM), 3,529 samples of classroom experiences were analyzed along with self-reported grades. Similarities and differences in achievement, engagement, and quality of experience among white, black, Latino, and Asian students were examined. The most marked differences found were between black and white students. Consistent with several previous studies, an engagement–achievement paradox was found in which black students reported higher engagement, intrinsic motivation, and affect in classrooms, but lower GPA relative to white students. A similar engagement–achievement paradox was found for students from low SES communities compared to those from high SES communities. Analyses also revealed racial and ethnic differences in the relationship of engagement with on-task behavior and contextual factors. Being on-task when in classrooms had a more positive effect on the engagement of black students relative to white students. The contextual effect of being in school versus home or in public on engagement was also more positive for black students than white students. Contextual factors and measurement issues are emphasized in the interpretation of findings and suggestions for future research.

David J. Shernoff   is an Assistant Professor of educational psychology at Northern Illinois University broadly interested the relationship between human development and education. He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Chicago and the Sloan Center for Working Families, where he applied Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's theory of flow and Experience Sampling Method (ESM) to the study of engaging educational contexts. From 2000 to 2003, he served as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His recent publications include “Engagement in after-school program activities: Quality of experience from the perspective of participants” in Journal of Youth and Adolescence (Shernoff and Vandell 2007). Jennifer A. Schmidt   is Associate Professor of Educational Psychology at Northern Illinois University. Her research focuses on the nexus of subjective experience, context, and individual development by examining the ways in which social, cultural, and situational circumstances mold experience, which in turn affects development. She earned her PhD. in Psychology: Human Development from the University of Chicago in 1998, where she studied how adolescents’ daily experiences with challenge fosters resilience among adolescents facing adversity. Following the completion of her doctoral studies she was appointed Research Director for the University of Chicago’s Sloan Center on Parents, Children and Work, housed within the National Opinion Research Center. In 2001 she joined the faculty at NIU, where she teaches courses in Educational Psychology and Child Development, Research Design, and Motivation.  相似文献

刑事司法中,对被害人研究的关注早在我国宋代便有记载。"被害人研究"是"三定侦查法"理论体系的有机组成部分,从属于"定性质"范畴,并贯穿于整个"三定侦查"体系。被害人的研究意义体现在:一是可以推断案件的起因和背景,发现犯罪行为人与被害人之间的相互联系,解读犯罪行为人;二是可以推断犯罪行为人的犯罪动机和惯技行为,为案件串并提供帮助;三是可以更好地预测犯罪行为人下一个最可能的侵害目标,对侦查破案及安全防范均有益处。被害人研究应该重视被害调查研究,重视被害预防研究,重视人才培养。  相似文献

What determined Russia's national interests and grand strategy in the first decade after the Cold War? This article uses aspirational constructivism, which combines social psychology with constructivism, to answer this question. Central to aspirational constructivism are the roles that the past self and in-groups, and their perceived effectiveness play in the selection of a national identity and the definition of national interests. This article explains why Russian political elites settled on a statist national identity that focused on retaining Russia's historical status as a Western great power and hegemon in the former Soviet Union and in engaging the country in bounded status competition with the United States.  相似文献

The goal of scientific work is to understand more and more by less and less. In this effort, theoretical unification plays a large part. There are two main types of theoretical unification—unification of different theories of the same field of phenomena and unification of theories of different fields of phenomena. Both types are usually a surprise; even when vigorously pursued, their form, when they finally appear, may differ radically from preconceptions. This paper examines a series of 21 unification surprises in the study of justice and beyond, 16 in the study of justice and 5 in the unification of 3 fundamental sociobehavioral forces—justice, status, and power—and the subsequent unification of the three sociobehavioral forces with identity and with happiness.

住房供需矛盾的根本问题在于住房需求规模和需求结构如何。本文分析了外来常住人口的居住现状与居留意愿二者联动下对外来常住人口居住需求的影响,并利用灰色模型和马尔可夫(Morkov)转移概率的组合法对大城市外来常住人口的居住需求规模进行预测。通过Logistic模型分析发现,大城市外来常住人口的居住现状质量与居住需求成反比,居留意愿与居住需求成正比,通过灰色模型和Morkov转移概率矩阵方法预测得出一线城市外来常住人口的居住需求呈现上升趋势,2017年到2022年期间,总居住需求从1241万上升到1352万平方米,其中其他住房、政府提供住房和自购住房的居住需求逐年上升,租住私房的居住需求逐年下降。租住私房的居住需求最大,占比60%左右。外来务工人员的总居住需求下降,青年人员和引进人才的总居住需求上升,对比2017年四大城市外来常住人口的住宅供给与居住需求,得出目前四大城市的居住供给已超过居住需求。  相似文献

The importance of status concerns on Russia's foreign policy agenda has been increasingly observed. This preoccupation with status is particularly visible in Russia's relations with the West. Although strong claims about status in Russian foreign policy are frequently made in public and private by researchers, journalists, politicians, diplomats and other commentators, such claims often lack any closer theoretical or empirical justification. The aim of this introductory article is, therefore, to outline the basic components that form the research agenda on status. Status, if properly examined, helps us understand not only Russian foreign policy, put also present-day international politics and its transformation in a broader sense.In a first part, we identify the theoretical voids concerning the study of international status. In a second part we outline the drivers and logic of status concerns, considering in particular identity theories, psychological approaches and existing research regarding emotions. The presented research agenda on status, derived from International Relations and related theories, provides a well-structured tool-box for investigating the link between status, identity and emotions in Russian foreign policy vis-à-vis the West. In a third part we present the key questions rose by the contributors to this Special Issue and summarize their main findings.  相似文献

我国西北多民族地区的稳定与安全问题一直是中央政权面临的治理难题。成立新疆生产建设兵团正是中国共产党总结历史上屯垦戍边传统与革命根据地建设经验而创造的应对之策。开国元勋的政治指示、党中央的政策领导与兵团的政治功用构成了其存在的正当性基础,但在依法治国成为我国治国理政基本纲领的今天,兵团法律依据缺失、法律地位不明成为阻碍兵团继续存在与发展的瓶颈。为应对屯垦戍边的客观发展规律与适应我国当前的政治、经济体制改革走向,建议全国人大制定《新疆生产建设兵团法》,以明确兵团党政军企四位一体的特殊政权性质和相应的职责权限,理顺兵团的对内对外法律关系。  相似文献
