通过对成就目标的定义、分类,影响成就目标的因素,成就目标与学业求助,成就目标与动机的关系等几个方面的分析,及对成就目标理论的研究现状进行总结,旨在揭示它对我国现行课程改革的启示作用。     

FAMILY LAW EDUCATION REFORM PROJECT: A FACULTY PERSPECTIVE

The Family Law Education Reform Project Report calls for shifting the family law teaching paradigm from a focus on case‐based analysis toward a problem‐solving, interdisciplinary approach. This essay encourages law professors to take seriously this shifting teaching and learning paradigm. Aligning family law curriculum with the realities of practicing family law is a critical step in this process. This essay discusses the numerous intellectual challenges family law professors will face as they reflect on the proposed FLER Project curriculum.

对当前公安院校研究生教育的思考

研究创新是在全面了解和掌握前人积累的知识和经验的基础上发现新知识和形成新理论的活动。创新性正是通过大量的科学研究和实践活动反映出来的,是研究生教育的生命源,是研究生培养体系形成和发展壮大的基础,是强化研究生创新能力和实践能力的前提。我国现代公安院校研究生教育必须担负起传授公安专业知识、进行技术创新的使命,通过调整课程设置、更新科研理念等切实性措施,培养具有创新精神、创新能力的高层次人才,将创新作为自身发展的永恒主题。

Public Administration Education in South Korea: Developed but Still Evolving

Korean public administration (PA) education has developed substantially since the Second World War in both quantitative and qualitative dimensions, but there is still a considerable way to go with further development. Korean PA education was heavily influenced by the United States for many years, but Korea’s interaction with other parts of the world was relatively limited. This article deals with the following three issues of Korean PA education. First, a historical background of the development of PA as a discipline will be briefly reviewed to provide a comparative sense, followed by an overview of the development of PA education in Korea. After that, the current status of Korean PA education will be examined based on aggregate data, followed by an assessment of the impacts of New Public Management and globalization.     

The absence of a home curriculum in post-apartheid education in South Africa

Abstract

While it is important that education be relevant to the context of students, education systems struggle to introduce curricula that relate to the context of students. In South Africa the national curriculum, which is outcomes based, attempts to address the local context of students by introducing critical outcomes restricted to learning areas, and guide classroom methodology, the selection of content and the motivations for teaching and learning. In this article I argue that due to centralisation and bureaucratisation, the national curriculum does not sufficiently address the context of students. In the analysis, I discuss critical aspects of the curriculum development process, and argue that in order to address the local context, the home curriculum must be introduced in schools. In this way the education system will be striving for the Africanisation of education.     

高职民事诉讼法课程教学改革与研究

通过对我院民事诉讼法教学现状与存在问题的调研,揭示并分析教学实践中存在的教学方法陈旧、教学效果不理想等问题的原因.以高职教育的教学理念为指导,提出对该学科教学进行改革的思路,探索课堂教学目标与方法,就实践教学模式的建立和完善提出建议,以实现教学内容、方法、手段的规范化.     

面向课程组的教学资源管理平台设计

提高教学质量一直是高校的中心问题,对教学资源进行综合管理是提高教学质量的一个重要环节,也是我们教学改革的一个重要内容。教学资源主要包括课件、讲稿、试题、参考资料、教学文件,优秀的学生作业、作品和毕业设计。基于Web方式的教学资源综合管理主要包括两方面的内容:课程组教学资源建设(收集和整理)和课程组教学资源管理平台建设。面向课程组的教学资源管理平台建设主要利用计算机和Web系统。
