公务员的道德水平关系着行政活动的成效、经济社会的发展和全社会道德水准的提高。建设与中华民族伟大复兴的要求相适应的中国特色公务员道德体系,对当代中国公务员道德水平的提高具有重要的现实意义。     

Patient termination of a life-sustaining medical device: Suicide or natural death?

Medical technology has made tremendous strides in extending the lives of patients who have suffered organ failure. Machines can now replace the function of the kidneys, the heart, and other vital organs. Much has been written about a patient's right to refuse or direct the withdrawal of medical treatment, especially at the end of life, under the guise of “death with dignity.” However, little attention has been paid to the situation where a patient elects to deactivate their life-sustaining medical device without a physician's involvement. This raises the challenging question of whether the patient's manner of death should be classified as suicide or natural. Surprisingly, common law, statutes, medical ethics, and public health practice are not in alignment on the answer. This article will explore the ramifications and far-reaching impact that such divergence has on the survivors and the medical community, as well as recommend corrective actions and practical approaches for the medical and legal practitioner.     

公安院校《警察职业道德》模块化教学探析

公安院校的警察职业道德课程是一门非常重要的学科。为了不断提高警察职业道德的教学实效，需要对传统的满堂灌式的教学方式进行变革。从2010年开始，我们积极探索，教学方式逐渐转化为模块化教学。实践证明，模块化教学不仅拓宽了课堂教学的广度和深度，而且有助于提高学生学习的积极性和主动性，提高了警察职业道德教学的时效，提升了学生践行警察职业道德的能力。

在与艾柯、卡勒等人有关“阐释的限度”的论争中，罗蒂不仅以富于反讽性的论说策略对实用主义的阐释观做了生动的演绎，还通过一系列兼具力度与新意的论辩，将实用主义的哲学逻辑、文学诉求与政治考量渐次展开。其“阐释即使用”的主张提供了一条极有价值的思路：阐释的焦点不在限度而在目的和需要，因为后者关联着更大的难题，既是伦理难题，更是政治难题。     

Troubling frames: Zapiro’s iconography on Oscar Pistorius as traumics

ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the comics form in relation to its representation of perpetrator trauma. Specifically, the study considers a selection of Jonathan Shapiro’s iconography on Oscar Pistorius as biograph(y)ics, since the artist ‘commixes’ Pistorius’s life from his rise to athletic fame – through the court trials for his alleged murder of Reeva Steenkamp on 14 February 2013 – to his conviction followed by a thirteen-year jail sentence on 24th November 2017. In my reading of the panels, I draw on Hilary Chute’s notion of the ethics of testimony in illustrative art and Jacques Derrida’s theorising on hauntology and the revenant to argue that wrongdoers can also experience their crimes as trauma. This critical engagement enables me to read Shapiro’s panels as not merely reinforcing dominant interpretations of the fallen hero, but also as a means by which the cartoonist destabilises and reconfigures socially accepted notions of the villain.     

《道草》与日本近代知识分子的生存困境

夏目漱石的自传小说《道草》是作者根据1903年从英国留学归来之后的生活体验而写成。小说主人公健三是困守书斋的知识分子形象。本文着眼于人物内在的精神层面，从欲望与伦理意识两个方面入手，分析“无余裕”状态下人物内部世界与外部世界的矛盾冲突，考察日本近代知识分子在与“世俗”的现实世界交往中的自我认识和自我否定。     

从先秦到两汉中国复仇伦理的转变

复仇行为的基础是西周以来的忠孝伦理观,复父之仇与复君之仇被认为是孝与忠的体现,因此受到表彰。先秦到两汉之际,中国的复仇伦理发生了重大的变化,开始由绝对主义向相对主义转变,国家本位代替了家族本位,强调忠高于孝,严禁向君主复仇。出现这种转变,是因为统一中央集权的建立,国家法制的逐渐完备,以及两汉经学争鸣的结果。     

无道之德: 黑色电影的艺术伦理

艺术与伦理的关系是历代美学聚讼已久的话题，这在黑色电影中显得尤为突出。问题的关键在于，不能在理论层面上进行永无休止、坐而论道的争论，而得落实到具体作品中展开分析。如果说缺乏起码的游戏元素会损害作品的接受性，那么拥有必要的伦理性则是优秀作品的共同品质。黑色电影之所以“黑”，在于其主角行为处事往往显得离经叛“道”，但这类电影之所以也能产生一些脍炙人口的艺术杰作，则在于其有一种特殊的“德”性，满足了审美实践对于艺术伦理的基本诉求。
