我国农村法律服务制度的问题与对策

为农民提供良好的法律服务是实现依法治农的重要前提之一。我国农村法律服务制度正处在改革完善时期 ,但问题较多。其根本原因 ,一是农村经济的不发达 ;二是传统文化的巨大影响。而管理者、有关立法者对农村法律服务的特性认识不甚清楚 ,导致制度建设的一些失误 ,同时对农村法律服务的市场定位把握不准 ,是产生这些问题的直接原因。解决这些问题 ,应当以法制宣传教育为基础 ,以农村法律服务所为主体 ,大力加强有偿服务和法律援助两大职能 ,适当补充律师法律服务 ,形成一个良性循环、内部互动、相互促进的综合服务体系。     

Using “The gun act”: Federal regulation and the politics of the strike threat during World War I

This study examines the working-class custom of “can rushing,” a.k.a. “rushing the growler,” which was the common saloon-era practice of carrying alcohol (usually beer) from a saloon in a pail for consumption elsewhere. The ubiquitous saloon served as one of the most contentious spaces between the middle class and a burgeoning working class during the Gilded Age/Progressive Era, and reformers attacked it as a blight on their communities and working-class drinking customs as a threat to a moral and orderly society. Reformers' efforts to restrict can rushing was part of a larger effort to impose middle-class control over workers' leisure activities and their parental prerogatives. For much of the working class the saloon and the cultural mores that surrounded it were a mainstay of their culture. While men were the primary customers of the saloon's interior, “rushing the growler” turned women and children into saloon customers as well. Reformers portrayed this practice as the lowest form of saloon patronage for men, while at the same time arguing that it was a dire threat to the moral welfare of women and children. Much of the working class, however, viewed this practice as an efficient and economical way to consume alcohol in the workplace, on the street, and in the home. This study will consider how the struggle over can rushing politicized this cherished working-class leisure activity.     

我国保安队伍现状分析

文章对我国当前保安队伍现状做了市场调查,进而根据各种调查数据进行研究,分析了我国当前保安队伍的现状,指出保安人员数量短缺、从业人员文化程度偏低;年龄、性别比例不合理;保安公司相关保障不到位,从业人员流失率高;岗位培训形同虚设,职业技能欠缺;相关法律救济手段欠缺等五个问题制约了我国保安公司队伍的成长和发展。     

《军人保险法》立法的若干问题分析

《军人保险法》是一部以立法确认军人保险制度的法律,为建立科学、规范的有中国特色的军人保险制度体系提供了法律保障。但是不可否认,《军人保险法》并非尽善尽美,仍存在进一步完善之处。因此,有必要对其中的立法依据、立法前瞻性、基金与监督在总则中的缺失及法律救济的设定等立法问题进行深入分析研究。

招收外国留学生是学校扩大国际影响、提高办学质量和多元化、多层次办学的一个重大举措之一。近年来国内医学高校相继开始招收留学生,但国内现有的医学教学模式并不能完全满足现代留学生医学教育的要求。要提高留学生的课堂教学质量,首先要了解他们的需求、知识背景及学习特点;其次是选用先进教材,再次是尝试更有效的课堂教学模式。     

Sensory speculations:Visual discourse and the vision of visuality

It is now commonplace within the discipline of art history and visual culture to speak to theories of vision and visuality. Recent questions concerning the subject of vision, sexed positionalities and discourses of viewing are indebted to theories of visuality, which now occupy a privileged place within the study of visual culture. Theories of visuality have revealed both the terms of cultural visibilities and significantly the how of what we see. And yet despite this engagement of the opacity and duplicity of the visual, recent work into visuality has been plagued by a re‐occurring myopia regarding the corporeal This oversight within the visibilites of visual discourse is the unchallenged idea of a ‘human vision’ within the social constructivist project. In this article I assess how this universal operates as the matter for theories of visuality and of the ramifications of this for the project of the critique of vision.     

浅议面对我国青少年犯罪问题的政府作为

时代高速发展的今日,伴随着人们生活水平的提高的同时,城市犯罪率也节节攀升,而其中犯罪更有向年轻化发展的趋势。犯罪年轻化问题,特别是青少年犯罪,严重威胁了我国的正常运行,具有不可预计的潜在危害性,急需政府采取失当行为应对。究其原因,除了与社会环境、思想观念的变化密切相关外,更涉及社会制度、家庭管理和个人素质等各个层面的原因。政府在面对犯罪年轻化问题时,可通过完善社会制度、改善社会风气、强化各方监督体系等方面加强管理,以减少青少年犯罪为突破口,达到从源头上控制犯罪的目的。     

安徽不同产地野生丹参性状与脂溶性成分相关性研究

目的 探索安徽省不同产地野生丹参花、叶、根的颜色与其脂溶性成分含量的相关性。方法 采用野外调查和样本采集方式,对安徽省14个产地野生丹参性状特征进行观察;利用高效液相色谱法测定各地区丹参脂溶性成分含量。结果 安徽不同产地丹参在花冠颜色、复叶颜色及根皮颜色上存在明显的差异,表现为花淡紫、紫红、深紫,叶黄绿、绿色、深绿,根皮棕褐、砖红、赤红。以花深紫、叶深绿、根皮赤红的丹参脂溶性成分含量高,以花淡紫、叶黄绿、根皮棕褐者为低。结论 安徽不同产地野生丹参的性状特征和脂溶性成分存在一定差异,性状特征与脂溶性成分含量高低紧密相关。
