对运用多媒体课件进行应用写作课教学的思考

运用多媒体课件能进一步提高应用写作课的教学质量.教师应在对应用写作课内容深入研究的基础上,根据课程内容的特点选择恰当的表现形式,同时应注意调动学生自主学习的积极性.另外,要注意与传统教学手段相结合,合理地运用多媒体课件.     

中日水法体系与管理机制的立法比较

日本的水法体系是在整体环境观指导下的统一水环境立法,在调整客体和调整方式上体现了整体环境保护观。从法律调整方式上看,整体环境观指导下的调整方式体现为水资源开发、利用和消费全过程的环境保护。日本的水资源管理体制能够及时有效地协调人力资源,有利于对污染源的及时处理。总结日本的经验,立足于我国国情,抓住我国当前治理水污染的重点,形成水资源开发利用、水环境污染控制、生态系统保护基本政策和原则的环境与资源统一的综合性的水法体系。同时依靠科学加强国际交流合作,培养高素质的环保人员从事环保工作,普及水资源保护知识,最终实现水资源的可持续利用。     

Development and Validation of a Technique for Casting Anatomical Features and Toolmarks

Time may elapse between examination of marks inflicted on the body and comparison with a potential weapon. Two‐dimensional photographs may be inadequate for effective comparison of a three‐dimensional mark with a putative instrument. Taking a cast and producing a positive image results in a lasting three‐dimensional record. This project aimed to develop and demonstrate the accuracy of an easy technique for production of long‐lasting positive images (using plaster of Paris and dental alginate). Casts of facial features of embalmed cadavers were used to produce a positive image of the face (death mask). Measurements of distances between facial anatomical landmarks were compared with measurements of distances between the same landmarks on the death masks to assess accuracy of reproduction. There were no significant differences between cadaver and death mask in 6 of 9 measurements, indicating this technique has high accuracy with less mobile facial features, but produces deformation of pliable features.

Brief mental health screening of prison entrants: psychiatric history versus symptom screening for the prediction of in-prison outcomes

While prisoners are known to suffer very high rates of mental illness, evidence is often lacking to inform the development of effective approaches to prison mental health service provision, including the approach to mental health screening. In addition, research to date has been dominated by prevalence studies and little is known about the mental health needs of prisoners over time. A random sample of prison entrants was recruited from a large remand and reception prison in New South Wales, Australia (n = 707) for the completion of a brief health survey. A second survey was completed during the subsequent six months (n = 317) in order to examine the effect of timing of assessment on mental health status. Those followed up within three months (n = 182) were further included in an analysis of predictive validity comparing the performance at baseline of self-reported history of previous diagnosis versus current symptom screening for psychological distress, in predicting subsequent mental illness. When assessed over six months from prison entry, mental health status was found to vary by timing of assessment. At prison entry, self-reported history of previous diagnosis of a mental health disorder was found to be a better predictor of mental illness over three months than screening for psychological distress.

经济学方法论比较研究

本从经济学方法论的角度,研究了马克思主义经济学和西方经济学这两大经济学理论体系产生、发展的秫络,阐明了它们在哲学基础、对人的假设、研究的出发点和侧重点等方面的根本差异,并从研究对象的互补性以及某些具体研究方法的共同适用性等方面阐述了这两大理论体系之间的联系。在此基础上,本最后还探讨了我国经济学方法论的合理发展趋。     

The impact of mining rights on the local communities in Limpopo Province, South Africa： A comparative study

The paper aims to give an account of the substance and support the development of community based organizations in balancing their interests against the interests of the mining industries. It further examines the issue of the protection of social and economic right in the context of the globalization of the activities of multinational mining and petroleum companies, as illustrated by different instances of increasing state withdrawal and with regard to specific African countries. In Africa, economic liberalization has been accompanied by a programmed redefining of the role of the state withdrawal from certain areas： planning, production and social reform, a reorientation of state intervention from certain other areas, redistribution, regulation and mediation etc, with a view of promoting a particular type of growth strategy based on promotion of private economic interests. This process has led to the delegitimation and weakening of states which were already characterized by fiscal crises, notably in countries under structural adjustment. While the process of reconceptualisation of the role of the state is not specific to Africa, its impact has been particularly significant with regard to the possibility of implementing developmental strategies designed to protect social and economic rights.     

基于视频透视吞咽功能研究评价针刺阿呛组穴联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效分析

目的 基于视频透视吞咽功能研究（video fluoroscopic swallowing study, VFSS）评价针刺阿呛组穴联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法 将50例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组仅采用康复训练,治疗组采用针刺阿呛组穴联合康复训练,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗30 d后VFSS评分及功能性经口摄食量表（functional oral intake scale, FOIS）评分。结果 两组治疗后FOIS评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗组FOIS评分升高值显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后吞食稀钡、浓钡、糊钡、包钡的VFSS评分均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;且治疗组治疗后吞食稀钡、浓钡、糊钡的VFSS评分升高值显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针刺阿呛组穴联合康复训练可以在一定程度上改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能。
