From Emigrant to Immigrant Society

Abstract

As the host of complex factors that give rise to forced and voluntary migration change over time, the history of migration in any one country also changes. This paper is concerned with the processes of transition and change in migration patterns in the Republic of Ireland over the past fifteen years, as Ireland has moved from being a country of net emigration to one of net immigration. More specifically this paper considers the manner in which, as immigration acquires a negative label through reactive state policies enabled legislative provisions both migrant and local population groups focus on resource-based tensions. As a result, a complex set of barriers emerges to inhibit the formation (by migrants) of extensive social networks within Irish society and ultimately to restrict general social interaction and integration. This paper considers the manner in which, migrant interaction with the host society becomes more limited and of less relevance to the individual when social interaction takes place in the context of a heightened sense of difference and of barriers between local and migrant groups. As a consequence, the barriers and boundaries between the immigrant and the local population are further reinforced.     

媒体与司法之间的良性互动

舆论监督对司法独立的影响分为两步：一是新闻媒体通过报道或是对案件的评价让公众了解案件的前因后果;二是公众依据所收到的报道对这类事件产生看法和意见。在这两个阶段中,媒体不仅扮演着媒介的角色,也扮演着＂引导者＂的角色。在媒体的＂引导＂下,公众的情绪就构成社会舆论,它会直接影响执法者对案件的审判,从而影响司法独立。     

Trajectory Reconstruction Through Analysis of Trace Evidence in Bullet–Intermediate Target Interaction by SEM/EDX

Abstract:  A young male was shot to death by a police officer with a Chinese Type 64 7.62 mm pistol when he was dealing with an aggravated assault arising from a traffic accident. By using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM/EDX), trace deposits on the discharged bullet and the intermediate target, i.e., a concrete telegraph pole at the scene, were identified to be from each other. The result demonstrated the bullet causing the death ricocheted from the concrete telegraph pole before striking the victim, thus indicating the incident was accidental. The case report illustrates the evidential value of trace materials derived, respectively, from discharged bullets and intermediate targets in bullet–intermediate target interaction for trajectory reconstruction. In addition, it indicates that the SEM/EDX method with its nondestructive nature, compared to other methods, may be more helpful in certain situations in determining the origins of trace evidentially valuable deposits on substrates.     

论行政体制改革与宪政的互动

行政体制改革与宪政的互动是二者关系的实质体现,它一方面要求宪政必须为行政体制改革的启动和展开提供基本框架,进而指引和规范行政体制改革;另一方面,行政体制改革也必须张扬宪政的价值诉求,实践宪政的制度安排,从而促进宪政的发展与完善.两者的相得益彰需要经济体制、政治体制、社会体制、财政体制的配套改革以形成整体合力支撑.     

市场调节与政府管制之联系与互动的思考——解决就业歧视问题中的经济法路径分析

经济法是伴随国家（政府）对社会经济生活适度干预而形成的法律部门。经济法体现着公私法相融合、国家渗透市场等理念,自其诞生之日起,便与国家和市场有着紧密的关系。经济法也正是基于市场失灵与政府缺陷的两重原因,确立了自己调整社会经济关系的逻辑基点和路径选择。现今社会中劳动力市场就业歧视的问题也正体现了市场调节失灵和政府管制缺陷的两难境地。如何反对就业歧视应得到经济法的关注,运用现代经济法的“市场调节（失灵）——政府管制（缺陷）”路径对其进行分析具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。     

Private authority and public policy interactions in global context: Governance spheres for problem solving

Private organizations play a growing role in governing global issues alongside traditional public actors such as states, international organizations, and subnational governments. What do we know about how private authority and public policy interact? What are the implications of answering this question for understanding support for, and effects of, policy development generally? The purpose of this article is to reflect on these questions by introducing, and reviewing, a special issue that challenges explicit claims, and implicit methodologies, that treat private and public governance realms as distinct and/or static. We do so by advancing a theoretical and conceptual framework with which to explore how the contributions to this special issue enhance an understanding about governance interactions across a range of empirical, sectoral, and regional domains. We specifically introduce the concept of governance spheres to capture the proliferation of issue domains denoted by highly fluid interactions across public and private governance boundaries.     

亚太大国“伙伴关系”的互动性和不对称性

冷战后亚太中美俄日四大国为了在未来世界多极格局中取得有利位置,纷纷建立各种形式的伙伴关系,四大国之间伙伴关系的建立、固然有其国家利益基础,但也有大国关系互动的影响。由于各种伙伴关系建立的利益基础和所要实现的战略目标的差异,四大国之间建立的六对伙伴关系是不对称的,这种不对称既体现出目前伙伴关系发展的不成熟,也表明亚太大国之间存在严重分岐与障碍,并有可能影响亚太局势的稳定发展。     

教师的心理情感因素与英语教学

情感教育是素质教育的重要内容和有力手段 ,情感因素对教学的重要影响已日益为人所共识 ,而情感因素在外语教学中的作用尤为突出。在英语课堂上 ,教师情感起主导作用 ,直接影响着学生的情感。探讨英语教学中教师的心理情感因素 ,有利于全面提高英语教师的素质 ,提高英语教学质量 ,并有助于改变教育“重智轻情”的状况。     

互联网时代“00后”大学生社会心态建设研究

多元文化交融的互联网时代,形塑了多元的社会心态。当代高校为了更好地贯彻落实“立德树人”的教育方针,大学生的社会心态建设是思想政治教育中的重要问题。“00后”大学生作为“数字原生代”,需要教育工作者在互联网时代找到他们存在的地方,厘清影响其价值观和心态的多元文化,和他们一起建构能够顺应时代要求的生活和价值,建设有利于社会发展的社会心态。思想政治教育工作者要以肯定引导、去标签化、多主体参与为导向,加强网络思想政治教育工作,以更好地与“00”后大学生实现同频共振。     

家庭教养方式研究进程透视

家庭教养方式是儿童社会化的重要因素，受到国内外心理学家的重视。该文综述了中外心理学家在儿童社会化研究中对家庭教养方式研究的成果，概括了近20年来，中国学者在家庭教养方式研究中呈现的诸如教养方式与儿童社会关系的探讨从宏观系统走向微观、具体，进一步探究教养方式的内在结构，尝试从更多方面寻找教养方式的影响因素等特点。家庭教养方式研究成果的取得，受到三方面因素的推动，首先，它与人类对自身探究的好奇心分不开。其次，它与儿童发展观念及理论的进展所产生的影响分不开。再次，它与心理学研究的现场化，研究手段的综合化、数学化所带来的影响分不开。
