近年来,随着我国现代化水平的提高,交通事故、食品安全事故等现代文明副产品也随即增多.如何进行有效的损害赔偿是一个既关乎被侵权人权益保护,又关乎侵权行为自身法发展的问题.在英美侵权行为法发展的历程中,也面临过同样的问题,因而从比较法的角度重新审视英美侵权行为法发展过程中的损害赔偿社会化问题,无疑将对中国侵权行为法的发展有所借鉴.     

家族企业家行为对企业社会化的影响研究

家族企业是否社会化以及家族企业社会化采取什么路径和方式，在很大程度上取决于企业家自身的行为。而企业家的行为受到许多因素的影响，主要包括感觉、直觉、思维、情感、能力或技能、知识与教育、经验或经历、继承资源、发展资源等9种因素，它们共同影响着家族企业家行为，并决定了家族企业社会化的程度。通过建立家族企业家行为的模糊抉择模型，并利用模糊评价法对调查结果进行分析验证，可以得到与现实情况比较一致的结论。

城市出租屋与流动人口管理是一项复杂的社会工程，其需要社会各种力量与资源的整合。建立一套与动态环境及社会主义市场经济体制相适应的流动人口管理制度和管理机制是必要的。引入市场机制，实行出租屋和流动人口的社会化、产业化、法制化和科技化管理新思路。     

我国农民工就业歧视问题的心理学解释

农民工在城市就业所遭遇的歧视可以从心理学的角度进行剖析。歧视源于偏见,偏见产生的原因在于社会群体的利害冲突、社会化、个体人格和心理因素,偏见会产生预言的自我实现和疏离。要想消除偏见必须消除刻板印象、增加平等的接触并树立共同命运的意识,而且要制定有助于消除偏见的社会规范。     

Preferential Selection Independent of Race and Gender: Effects on Self-Evaluations and Newcomer Information-Seeking Behaviors

The current study investigated the effects of an experimentally imposed program of preferential selection on beneficiary self-evaluations and newcomer information-seeking behavior. One hundred-twenty undergraduates were randomly assigned to a classification condition (in which they were informed that they tended to think in either an analytical or abstract manner) and collaborated on a task in groups of three. A fourth participant was introduced into each of these 40 extant groups under either a condition of preferential selection or not. Preferentially selected newcomers were shown to have more positive self-evaluations than their nonpreferentially selected counterparts. The presence or absence of a similar (in terms of thinking style) incumbent moderated the effect of being preferentially selected on the use of specific information-seeking behaviors.

民事诉讼调解社会化的理论根据是＂司法权的社会性＂,民事诉讼调解社会化为司法权的社会性在市民社会形成过程中的妥当回归提供了可行途径。民事诉讼调解社会化有效地回应了社会力量参与司法的正当诉求,可为法院参与创新社会管理提供宽大的现实舞台。现行《宪法》第123条和第126条能够为民事审判权行使方式的二元化提供合理的解释空间,民事诉讼调解社会化在宪法框架内具有正当性根据。民事诉讼调解社会化不能坐等司法权的强大,其在相势展开的同时应坚持循序渐进原则和有效性标准。     

高校公共安全服务社会化探讨

当前,高校公共安全服务面临着日益增长的需求与政府有效供给不足的问题。本文着重探讨高校公共安全服务社会化之必要性、理论依据及实现模式,提出在高校建立校园警察与保安服务相结合的公共安全服务社会化之路。     

Personal History Dynamics of Dating Violence Among Israeli Students

The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between dating violence and childhood experiences of aggression. The study specifically examines which of the following four variables is most strongly linked with the probability of partner assault in a current relationship: violence socialization, sexual abuse history, parental neglect, or childhood deviant behavior. Four hundred sixty-five Israeli undergraduate students participated in the study. The revised Conflict Tactics Scale (CTS2) was used to measure current violence. Personal history variables were taken from a large-scale questionnaire, the Personal and Relationships Profile (PRP). The results indicate that after controlling for the effect of other historical and demographic variables, the only historical factor which is significantly associated with partner assault is childhood deviant behavior. However, hierarchical regression analysis reveals that childhood deviant behavior is best explained by the three other types of childhood experiences, in addition to gender (male), nationality (non-Jewish) and religiousness (non-religious). We also found that while the probability of violence increases the longer the relationship lasts, it decreases in marital relationships and cohabitation. The implications of the findings are discussed.
