2012年俄罗斯国内形势和对外关系的若干特点

2012年是普京"王者归来"的第一年,俄罗斯国内形势的主要特点是保持政治和经济稳定,进行适当变革,但仍存在一些不稳定因素。对外关系波澜不惊,与美欧关系基本停滞,在亚太、欧亚地区稳中有进,同时也存在诸多不确定因素。     

共和国外交60年

1949年10月1日,中华人民共和国庄严宣告成立,结束了旧中国一百多年来的屈辱外交,开创了中国外交的新纪元。新中国成立初期,我国政府从当时东西方两个阵营严重对峙的实际情况出发,作出了"另起炉灶""打扫干净屋子再请客"和"一边倒"的重大外交决策。从新中国正式与苏联建立外交关系到首次以五大国之一的地位参加日内瓦会议,从与印度和缅甸共同倡导和平共处五项原则到万隆会议上提出"求同存异"的方针,新中国以崭新的面貌和独立的姿态登上国际舞台。

第一次接受外国大使递交国书 在新中国宣布成立的第二天，苏联副外长葛罗米柯受政府委托致电周恩来，表示愿与新中国建立外交关系，互派使节。     

中国与古巴建交经过
