嗜肾型鸡传染性支气管炎W93株活疫苗的研究及其S1基因的克隆与序列测定

利用鸡胚分离法由发生肾病变型传染性支气管炎 (IB)的病鸡分离到嗜肾型传染性支气管炎病毒 (NIBV)W株 ;再通过SPF鸡胚连续传代 ,获得了NIBV疫苗毒株W93;继而借助RT PCR法扩增了其S1基因 ,并测定了S1基因的核苷酸序列 ,分析了与相关毒株间的同源性。结果显示 ,W93株在鸡胚中的病毒产量达 10 7.8EID50 /0 .1mL ,适用于所有日龄的雏鸡 ;W93S1基因的核苷酸序列与马萨诸塞型的M4 1株、H52 株和H12 0 株的同源性很高 ,分别为 96 .9%、96 .8%和 97.1%。表明 ,W93可作为制备IB弱毒疫苗的毒株

Eine im Abschlusszeitpunkt wirksame Mietzins- und Wertsicherungsvereinbarung bleibt weiter wirksam. Dieser Weitergeltung alter zinsrechtlicher Bestimmungen steht § 16 Abs 9 MRG nicht entgegen. Eine in einem Hauptmietvertrag vor dem 1. 1. 1982 und somit vor Inkrafttreten des MRG geschlossene zul?ssige Wertsicherungsvereinbarung bleibt wirksam und ist nicht auf ein überschreiten der Angemessenheitsgrenze des § 16 Abs 1 MRG hin überprüfbar.

The bugle of justice: the romantic socialism of William Morris and George Orwell

This essay considers three possible applications of the concept of justice to the work of William Morris and George Orwell. It begins with a brief look at the treatment of criminals in Morris's utopian writing: a specific issue which anticipates some of the points of the modern restorative justice model. The bulk of the essay is devoted to the elaboration of four interconnected elements of the utopia of romantic socialism in Morris and Orwell: elements that provide the positive building blocks of the just society of human well‐being. The roles of the past, of nationality, of the natural environment, and of the demechanization of labor in the creation of the community of the future are considered. The final section, by drawing on several other specimens of socialist utopianism, examines the insufficiency of emotional ethical responses to injustice in producing a convincing version of ideal arrangements, and thereby highlights the value of the romantic visions of Morris and Orwell.

The report of the McKay Commission on the Consequences of Devolution for the House of Commons is reviewed. The Commission, which contained experts on parliamentary procedure, raised a number of important and difficult questions; the answers are less impressive than the questions. In view of the difficulties of any scheme, including that proposed by the Commission, for what is popularly known as “English Votes on English Laws,” policymakers should revisit one of the options that was specifically ruled out of McKay's terms of reference. This would be a reduction in the numbers, but not the powers, of MPs from Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland in the way that applied to Northern Ireland between 1922 and 1979.     

A Problem Postponed: Britain and the Future of Austria-Hungary, 1914-18

Imperial security and the need to contain Germany drove British policy towards Austria-Hungary during the First World War more than its view of the Dual Monarchy itself, and shifts in the course of that policy reflected the changing fortunes of war. Given its strategic interests, Britain had less scope to sustain Austria as a great power than Paul W. Schroeder has argued. Those priorities also limited the role of specialists like R.W. Seton-Watson and Sir Lewis Namier to advising on the implementation of policies made by the war cabinet rather than shaping decisions themselves. Development of wartime policy towards Austria cast the priority Britain placed on Central and Eastern Europe into sharp relief, helping to explain trends in its approach to the region through the 1940s.
