和谐之音：抗战时期的延安日本工农学校

日本工农学校,1940年10月成立于宝塔山西麓。其办学宗旨为宣扬中国共产党俘虏政策之精神,改造渐多之日军战俘。学校通过行动感化、理论讲述、生活照顾等方式对日本战俘进行再教育并使之转化。在清除法西斯主义毒害之后,他们或加入八路军,或服务于反战组织,其中许多人在战后也一直为中日友好做贡献。

Das Grundrecht auf den Schutz des Briefgeheimnisses verbietet nicht nur staatliche Eingriffe, sondern verlangt dem Staat von heute auch ein vielf?ltiges Engagement zu dessen Umsetzung im Verh?ltnis Privater zueinander ab. Dies einmal mit Blick auf die Beseitigung des Postmonopols und den Wettbewerb zwischen mehreren Anbietern einerseits, die Entwicklung neuer Informationstechniken andererseits, aber auch die Verdichtung spezifischer Problemlagen "dritterseits" wie überalterung der Bev?lkerung und die Aufl?sung herk?mmlicher Familienstrukturen (Briefverkehr ?lterer Menschen, zwischen Kindern und nicht obsorgeberechtigten Elternteilen, aber auch zwischen Kindern und Gro?eltern und angesichts des weiteren Steigens des Lebensalters auch Urgro?eltern).     

Characterization of 26 miniSTR loci for improved analysis of degraded DNA samples

An additional 20 novel mini-short tandem repeat (miniSTR) loci have been developed and characterized beyond the six previously developed by our laboratory for a total of 26 non-CODIS miniSTR markers. These new markers produce short PCR products in the target range of 50-150 base pairs (bp) by moving the primer sequences as close as possible-often directly next to the identified repeat region. These candidate loci were initially screened based on their small amplicon sizes and locations on chromosomes currently unoccupied by the 13 CODIS STR loci or at least 50 Mb away from them on the same chromosome. They were sequenced and evaluated across more than 600 samples, and their population statistics were determined. The heterozygosities of the new loci were compared with those of the 13 CODIS loci and all were found to be comparable. Only five of the new loci had lower values than the CODIS loci; however, all of these were much smaller in size. This data suggests that these 26 miniSTR loci will serve as useful complements to the CODIS loci to aid in the forensic analysis of degraded DNA, as well as missing persons work and parentage testing with limited next-of-kin reference samples.     

Grundbücherliche Anmerkung der schriftlichen WE-Zusage setzt beglaubigte Unterfertigung durch den WE-Organisator/Liegenschaftseigentümer voraus

An die schriftliche WE-Zusage des WE-Organisators an den WE-Bewerber gem § 2 Abs 6 Satz 1 WEG 2002 sind nach hA "keine allzu strengen Anforderungen" zu stellen. Ebenso wie § 24a Abs 2 WEG 1975 iVm § 53 Abs 3 (analog) GBG verlangt auch § 40 Abs 2 WEG 2002 für den Grundbuchsantrag, gerichtet auf Anmerkung der Zusage der WE-Begründung, die gerichtlich oder notariell beglaubigte Unterschrift des WE-Organisators; falls dieser nicht Liegenschaftseigentümer ist, die beglaubigte Unterfertigung durch Letzteren. Der nach § 37 Abs 1 und § 40 Abs 2, 1. Satz, WEG 2002 verbesserte Interessenausgleich zwischen dem (den) WE-Organisator(en) und den WE-Bewerbern verst?rkt die Begründung des Beglaubigungserfordernisses.     

Politics and Corporate‐Sector Environmentally Significant Actions: The Effects of Political Partisanship on U.S. Utilities Energy Efficiency Policies

This study assesses the direct, indirect, and total impacts of political partisanship on state‐level utilities' investment in energy efficiency. This subject is of utmost importance because energy efficiency improvement has become a linchpin in worldwide efforts to combat climate change and other environmental challenges. Analysis of data on 51 electric utilities nested within 31 U.S. states indicates that political partisanship influences utilities' energy efficiency policies. There is strong evidence that electric utilities in states dominated by the Republican Party are less likely to invest in energy efficiency than those in states governed by the Democratic Party. This finding suggests that political partisanship may be shaping the policy and regulatory frameworks put in place by state governments to incentivize or compel the participation of private‐sector entities' in environmental management and/or resource conservation.     

人皮肤组织刺、切创后IL-8表达的免疫组织化学研究

为探讨人皮肤刺、切创后白细胞介素 8(interleukin 8,IL 8)在推断皮肤损伤时间中的应用价值 ,本研究应用免疫组化技术对 5 2例不同损伤时间人体皮肤刺、切创组织中IL 8的表达进行了研究。伤后 4h的损伤皮肤组织中可见部分的多核粒细胞表达IL 8。伤后 12～ 2 4h ,大部分浸润的多核粒细胞及部分单核细胞为IL 8阳性。随伤后时间延长 ,IL 8阳性细胞以单核及成纤维细胞为主。伤后 4～ 6h的皮肤中 ,IL 8阳性细胞比率较低 ,为 16 0±10 1%。伤后 1～ 4d达高峰 ,为 5 9 6± 8 7%。其后逐渐减少。本研究结果表明 ,IL 8的表达可用于皮肤刺、切创后损伤时间的推断。     

中医药干预874例晚期非小细胞肺癌的生存分析

目的 分析晚期非小细胞肺癌（non small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）患者生存期的影响因素,观察中医药干预对晚期NSCLC的疗效。方法 回顾性分析874例接受中医药治疗的晚期NSCLC患者的临床资料,分别采用Kaplan Meier法和COX回归模型对晚期NSCLC患者生存期的影响因素进行单因素分析和多因素分析,并建立COX比例风险模型,并对接受靶向治疗的晚期NSCLC患者分别进行分层分析。结果 ①874例晚期NSCLC患者的中位生存期（median survival time,MST）为24.0个月,1年生存率为75.0%,2年生存率为49.0%,3年生存率为33.0%,5年生存率为16.0%。②单因素分析结果显示,患者的性别、确诊时的体力状态评分（performance status,PS）、年龄、病理类型、临床分期、吸烟史、化学治疗、放射治疗、靶向治疗、中医证型、中医特色外治法、口服中成药时间、中药静脉制剂疗程、干预措施为预后的影响因素（P＜0.05）。③多因素COX回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、临床分期、放射治疗、病理类型、干预措施、口服中成药时间、中药静脉制剂疗程、PS、中医辨证分型是影响晚期NSCLC预后的独立危险因素。结论 ①中医药干预可延长晚期NSCLC患者的生存期。②晚期NSCLC患者中,女性、年轻、临床分期早、肺腺癌、PS低、脾肾两虚的患者生存期优于其他患者。③接受放射治疗、使用口服中成药、长期接受中药静脉制剂治疗且长期接受中医辨证治疗,可以延长晚期NSCLC肺癌的生存期。     

桃红四物汤含药血清对缺糖缺氧损伤PC12细胞的保护作用

目的 探讨桃红四物汤含药血清对缺糖缺氧（oxygen glucose deprivation,OGD）损伤的PC12细胞的保护作用及其机制。 方法 采用连二亚硫酸钠（Na2S2O4）联合低糖培养基建立体外OGD致PC12细胞损伤模型;分别给予不同浓度的桃红四物汤含药血清,以MTT法检测细胞存活率,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化;检测乳酸脱氢酶（lactate dehydrogenase,LDH）和超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide dismutase,SOD）活性及丙二醛（malondialdehyde,MDA）含量;观察Hoechst33258染色后的细胞形态学变化;Western blot法检测给药后细胞Caspase-3蛋白的表达。 结果 与空白血清对照组相比,经OGD损伤后,细胞活力显著降低,桃红四物汤含药血清可减轻PC12细胞形态损伤,显著提高SOD活力,降低MDA和LDH含量,降低Caspase-3蛋白表达;Hoechst 33258染色结果表明桃红四物汤含药血清能降低OGD诱导的细胞凋亡。 结论 桃红四物汤含药血清对OGD诱导的PC12细胞损伤具有保护作用,其机制与提高SOD活力和降低MDA含量有关。
