后危机时代商业银行信用风险管理研究——基于风险一收益均衡控制视角

后危机时代经济运行态势的不确定性对银行业的信用风险管理体系提出了新的挑战。商业银行要主动研究新能源、新技术、新产业市场拓展问题，培育新兴信贷市场，加快信贷结构调整来应对信贷大投放后的信贷业务持续发展，并研究在经济周期下行压力下企业及其关联方风险承受能力的状况，提升信贷风险识别和风险计量水平，创新信贷定价模式，优化经济资本配置。     

Argentine Nacionalismo before Perón: The Case of the Alianza de la Juventud Nacionalista, 1937–c. 1943

As the 1930s moved towards their close, a new generation of young men began to dominate the political wing of a generally more radical and assertive Argentine Nacionalismo, replacing the old guard that had found its inspiration in General José F. Uriburu and the regime he had led between September 1930 and February 1932. The Alianza de la Juventud Nacionalista, set up in September 1937, was the most important nacionalista faction of the period. It shared with other nacionalista factions the rejection of liberalism, parliamentary democracy and communism, but in contrast to the elitist and anti-popular orientation of earlier organisations, it aggressively tried to enlist popular support by portraying itself as a group genuinely concerned about the needs of the masses. The Alianza also distanced itself from the glorification of nineteenth-century Argentina, another hallmark of previous groups. Although it failed in its efforts to build up a significant following, the analysis nevertheless demonstrates that the organisation can be described as a genuinely fascist movement.

政治演进的基本历程可以归结为：由“权力本位”向“权利本位”的范式转换。先验的权利论证方法站在权利政治的基本立场上，通过追思“人应该享有什么权利”，形而上地来论证权利的存在。独立战争的胜利是一个继往开来的权利事件，它不仅圆满了一个“权利政治化”过程，而且开启了一场更为持久的“政治权利化”历程。自然法学说在北美的兴起并非偶然，而是历史与逻辑的必然统一。自然权利观，作为北美人们对于“权利”的基本认识与体悟，构成了权利政治的逻辑前提。权利政治肇始于自然法和自然权利的政治实践。

Toxicological analysis after asphyxial suicide with helium and a plastic bag

A 23-year-old man was found on a raised hide in lying position, the head wrapped in a plastic bag connected with a helium gas cylinder by a polypropylene tube. The autopsy did not show any specific findings nor did the routine toxicological analysis reveal significant information regarding the cause of death (BAC 0.9 mg/g, diphenhydramine 0.81 μg/ml in heart serum). For the detection of helium in the lungs, gas samples from both lungs were collected by a method ensuring minimal dilution. Gas analyses were performed using a GC–MS with a split–splitless injector and a headspace syringe. As carrier gas the commonly used helium was replaced by nitrogen. Helium was found in clearly elevated concentrations in gas samples from both lungs. Therefore, suffocation by breathing helium enriched, and thus oxygen deficient atmosphere, can strongly be assumed as the cause of death.

抗战文化遗存是城市不该忘却的记忆,也是城市最有价值的文化资源之一。随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,抗日战争时期城市原有的文化遗存正面临着被毁坏甚至消失的问题,抗战文化遗存的保护和利用滞后的现状,亟待引起有关部门的重视,亟待出台文化遗存保护利用规划以及行之有效的保护措施。

刘少奇同志在工人运动、白区工作、党的建设和社会主义建设事业上的卓越建树和丰功伟绩有口皆碑,但对于他的军事思想、军事实践活动及其军事贡献却知之者不多。他在开创华北敌后抗日根据地,开辟华中敌后抗战新局面,倡导和推广地道战、地雷战以及抗战胜利后提出的一系列军事战略方针都充分反映了他作为一个军事家的眼光、才能和魄力。
