D18S872基因座在汉、维、蒙古、回族群体中的遗传多态性研究及其应用

目的　调查D18S872基因座在成都汉族 ,新疆维族和蒙古族 ,甘肃回族 4个民族中的遗传多态性 ,获得群体遗传学基本数据。　方法　等位基因分型标准物制备采用分子克隆技术 ,样本基因分型采用PCR和PAG垂直电泳技术、银染显色方法。　结果　获得D18S872基因座等位基因分型标准物及该基因座在 4个群体中的遗传学数据。　结论　结果表明D18S872基因座在法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定中有一定的应用价值。     

猪囊虫抗原基因TS21的真核表达

构建了猪囊虫抗原基因TS2 1的VR10 2 0真核表达载体 ,以菌落原位杂交法筛选获得正确插入的重组质粒 ,用RNA印迹 (Northernblotting)和ELISA检测插入片段的转录及其翻译表达产物。结果 ,VTS2 1在真核细胞中能够转录TS2 1基因的mRNA ;兔抗猪囊虫超免疫血清可识别其蛋白表达产物 ,表明VTS2 1能正确表达猪囊虫抗原蛋白     

胸膜肺炎放线杆菌APXⅡA基因的克隆及序列测定

用PCR法从胸膜肺炎放线杆菌 (APP) 7型的DNA提取物中扩增出大小为 2 873bp的APXⅡA基因片段 ;将PCR产物重组到质粒载体 pMD 18 T中 ,并对重组质粒进行酶切分析及序列测定。结果表明 ,克隆片段为完整的目的基因 ,该片段的核苷酸序列与国外分离株M 30 6 0 2的同源性达 99.7%。

新城疫病毒V4株L基因的克隆与序列分析

设计了 2对引物V4L1、V4L2和V4L3、V4L4 ,用RT PCR法对新城疫病毒 (NDV )V4克隆株的L基因进行了分段克隆。用V4L1、V4L2扩增出约 4 .1kb的V 4LA片段 ,用V4L3、V4L4扩增出约 3.5kb的V 4LB片段 ,分别对克隆出的 2个片段进行序列测定 ,并用DNAsis软件比较分析后进行拼接 ,得到长约 7.2kb、包含有NDVV4克隆株L基因全长的核苷酸序列。NDVV4克隆株L基因mRNA全长为 6 70 4bp ,拥有 1个 6 6 15bp的开放阅读框 ,推测其编码的氨基酸数为 22 0 4个。氨基酸同源性分析表明 :V4克隆株与HB92V4株L基因的同源性为 99.0 % ,与LaSota、B1、B1T(美国Takaaki分离株 )、BeaudetteC、Clone30、F4 8E9、SF0 2和ZJ1株的同源性为 94 .1%～96 .5 %。     

丰田零库存管理对我国企业库存管理优化的启示

零库存管理对丰田公司经营的成功发挥了重要作用,对我国现代化企业经营也具有较强的借鉴意义.鉴于我国企业对库存管理存在的认识误区,基于对丰田零库存管理的内涵及应用效果的分析,提出我国企业应学习丰田库存管理的先进经验,避免对零库存管理的认识误区,进一步转变观念、建立新型库存管理模式的观点,并在此基础上针对我国制造业企业在借鉴丰田零库存管理方面提出对策建议.     

伪狂犬病病毒闽A株糖蛋白gD基因去信号肽片段在大肠埃希氏菌中的表达

应用PCR方法从包含伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)Fa株糖蛋白gD基因的重组质粒pB13中扩增出糖蛋白gD基因去信号肽片段,将其克隆到大肠埃希氏菌表达载体pThiohisA中。测序结果表明,糖蛋白gD基因去信号肽片段长1 155 bp,与PRV Fa株糖蛋白gD基因完全一致。经1mmol/L IPTG诱导后,重组质粒pThiohisA-gD在大肠埃希氏菌XL1-blue、Top10、DE3和DH5α中均得到表达,其中在宿主菌XL1-blue中表达量最高。Western-blotting结果显示,大肠埃希氏菌XL1-blue表达的糖蛋白gD具有免疫原性。     

Transportation Access,Rental Vouchers,and Neighborhood Satisfaction: Evidence From the Moving to Opportunity Experiment

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program is designed in part to expand the neighborhood choices of assisted households, thereby enabling assisted households to find a living environment that simultaneously meets their housing and neighborhood preferences. While several studies have examined the impact of rental subsidies on neighborhood satisfaction, few have examined whether access to adequate transportation enables HCV recipients to locate housing in more desirable locations. This article relies on data from the Moving to Opportunity experiment to examine the impact of transportation access, rental housing vouchers, and geographic constraints on neighborhood satisfaction. We find that access to both vehicles and public transit positively influences neighborhood satisfaction, and the influence of vehicle access varies with transit proximity. These findings point to the importance of transportation in helping low-income assisted renter households locate housing in more desirable neighborhoods.     

基于ITS2条形码序列对新型“香料”毒品植物成分的研究

目的应用DNA条形码片段ITS2对新型毒品样品中的植物成分进行分析。方法提取可疑毒品样本"spike99","K2","7号"中的植物基因组DNA,用ITS2通用引物进行扩增,对扩增产物进行测序,对序列校对拼接,应用BLAST方法在NCBI数据库中比对。结果 "spike 99"、"7号"各得到1条ITS2基因序列,"K2"得到2条ITS2基因序列,分别与紫花苜蓿、大麻、啤酒花、黄蜀葵的ITS2基因序列的同源性为100%。结论应用条形码技术可以成功分析新型毒品中的植物种属,为案件中植物样本的种属鉴定提供方法。     

Congressional Activism in the Foreign Policy Arena: A Case Study of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide

This article analyzes congressional activism during an international crisis. Using the 1994 Rwandan genocide as a case, this study explores executive–congressional relations during a time when immediate policy responses are needed. A content analysis of policy statements made during committees, on the House floor, and on the Senate floor is used to investigate the specific policy ideas proposed by members of Congress. The models presented pay particular attention to the actions of Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) members, in relation to other more common predictors of congressional activism. In addition to the results for CBC members, other conclusions indicate that foreign policy leaders in Congress are international affairs policy experts without serious concerns of being defeated in their next election.
