在社会研究中只有建立＂问题意识＂,才能遏制低水平重复研究的不良学术风气;社会研究中的＂问题＂应该是现有＂知识库存＂不能解决或解答的问题,在社会研究中,＂解决问题＂也是问题,而不仅是技术或数学上的问题;提出问题的逻辑过程是研究领域→研究主题→研究问题;＂问题意识＂是理论对于问题的能动的阐释;问题的提出和问题意识的建立要以科学怀疑为前提,并取决于研究者的知识结构;对已有研究的文献分析是提出问题和建立问题意识的基础。     

论中国社会权司法保障的路径及其限度

确定社会权的司法保障路径及其限度必须以社会权的基本效力为基础。在中国，通过司法保障社会权应当坚持以法律诉讼为原则，宪法诉讼为例外。同时，就保障程度而言，其只有在国家尊重和保护义务层面才具有完全的可诉性，而在国家给付义务层面其仅仅具有“最低限度”的可诉性。     

对我国社会生产根本目的的思考

社会生产一般目的是满足人及其需要。我国社会生产与生产根本目的之间存在一定程度偏离。原因是:理论局限、指导失误、分配不合理、调控乏力、依赖外需、公民社会不成熟、劳动力市场供大于求等。因此,创新理论、端正思想、调节分配、加强调控、经济转型、培育公民社会、完善劳动力市场,是纠正上述偏差的基本对策。

稳定是一种有序状态,既有工具价值,亦具目的价值.维护稳定的根本途径在于建构社会秩序的合法性、有效性和道德性,增进人们对社会秩序的自愿认同.现代化转型中的国家,应突出追求稳定的目的价值,增强政府的社会控制能力,注重政府行为的社会效果,缓和矛盾、减少冲突,在稳定的环境中推进改革发展,此乃维护稳定的权宜之计.这种权宜之计的界限在于既要维系基本的秩序,守住生存发展的底线,又要保障必要的活力,防止政府权威的滥用.     

The pedagogy of listening

A great deal of participatory development literature emphasises the bottom-up production of citizen’s voices and their incorporation into policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Rarely do we hear of emphases on the question of listening, much as there exists a body of knowledge on integrating what experts consider to be the views and opinions of local people in the creation of socio-economic policies. This viewpoint outlines the kind of listening that builds on three key issues that emanate from Paulo Freire’s idea of listening as both a virtue and practice of tolerance. The major contention is that as development practitioners, we need to build our abilities and capacities to practise all the three forms of listening if we are to work with others in designing and implementing policies that improve lives and communities.     

对“消灭前科”呼吁的思考

在我国，理论界众多学者强烈呼吁建立前科消灭制度，实践中也有地方进行了尝试。然而，尽管轻刑化是我国未来刑罚立法的必然趋势，但由于国情的不同，当前建立类似于前科消灭制度的轻刑化制度的时机还不成熟。而且，前科并不是刑满释放者再社会化的唯一障碍，前科消灭还会与档案的真实性本质发生冲突。

本文对经典作家提出的"社会革命的时代"这一历史概念进行了理论思考,界定了"社会革命"和"政治革命"的区别,阐明了社会革命的动力及社会革命时代的特征.这将有助于我们加强对人类社会发展过程中一些重要阶段的理解,弄清过渡时期的社会特征,判断过渡时期的未来归属,进一步推动社会革命的尽早结束.     

Chaebol and the Turn to Services: The Rise of a Korean Service Economy and the Dynamics of Self-Employment and Wage Work

ABSTRACT

This article examines the growing insecurity for the Korean self-employed who were once responsible for a large proportion of domestic service operations. Since the 1980s, changing regional and domestic economic circumstances, the restructuring of regional and chaebol manufacturing operations and liberalisation of the domestic service economy had led to enterprise diversification into the distributive sectors and the systematisation of the domestic service economy. Conducting a historical analysis of service sector development and decomposing the Korean Economically Active Population survey (1989–2011), this article charts the process of Korea’s distributive sector development and its effect on the self-employed. It argues that chaebol systematisation of Korea’s service sector consolidated the domestic economy after 1997 and exerted pressure on the country’s self-employed. Large businesses formalised the service sector, displaced the self-employed, and instead generated mostly non-regular wage work, proletarianising a significant segment of the service workforce.
