全面深化改革的动力体系分析

改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择。改革只有进行时,没有完成时,全面深化改革是当代中国的必然选择。当前我国改革已经进入攻坚期和深水区,如何激发全社会的力量继续推进改革尤为重要。因果链条上促进社会发展的因素错综复杂,改革的动力不可能是单一的,而应该是一个多层次的动力系统。从全面深化改革的内部根本和直接推动力、理论对实践的指导动力、实践主体动力、上层建筑的反推动力四个层面对改革的动力体系进行系统的分析,对于处理当下多方面的矛盾和问题,集中各方力量全面深化改革有着极大的时代价值和实践意义。     

世界历史本科专业发展规划的思考——以安徽师范大学为例

安徽师范大学世界史学科曾经取得过辉煌成就,如今面临新一轮发展机遇。学校应该理清专业发展思路,整合校内资源,凝练世界历史专业发展方向,打造强大学科团队,探索多渠道专业人才培养模式新路径。     

Fighting for Fame: The ‘Heroines of Pervyse’ and the Disputed Construction of a Public Image

Abstract: This investigative analysis bases itself on an array of documentary material from the archives of the Imperial War Museum in its effort to recover the intricate story behind the two British volunteer nurses who made their name during the First World War with the first-aid station they set up in Pervyse, a mere stone's throw away from the Belgian firing line. The essay juxtaposes a variety of documentary sources—the unpublished diaries of the two women, Geraldine Mitton's reconstruction of the story out of the nurses' journals and letters in The Cellar-House of Pervyse (1916), and two photograph albums, ‘The Women of Pervyse’, bequeathed to the Imperial War Museum—in a quest to understand how the two nurses came to acquire their status of national heroines. Sifting through the source material, this investigation reveals the numerous inconsistencies and gaps that exist between the published and the unpublished accounts of the dressing station, whose true genesis is obscured by several competing narratives. A close reading of Mitton's account and the photographic portraitures discloses that neither of these documents ought to be taken at their face value. They need to be understood as valuable tools in the nurses' own battle for authority, public recognition and their opportunity to feature as genuine protagonists in the arena of war.

伴随着我国各项改革的深入和社会转型,国家发生了许多深刻的变化,取得了巨大的成就,同时也滋生了许多社会不和谐因素,比如歧视和污名问题.改革开放既为中国第三部门创造了巨大的发展空间,也使污名和歧视问题日益严峻,导致改革面临重重困境.针对这一问题的研究有助于社会发展和经济发展的顺利进行.在对这一群体构建支持网络的过程中,明显地显现政府失灵和市场失灵,而新兴的第三部门介入该领域成为必要和可能.欲将第三部门与污名和歧视问题结合起来,以第三部门发展所取得的成就为突破口来寻求该问题的解决不失为一种新的途径.通过对目前该领域中第三部门的经验获得、问题所在、未来发展和建议意见等方面的探讨,旨在促进我国歧视和污名现象的减弱和第三部门的完善与发展.     

自我拯救：世界历史进程中个人认同的重构

当今世界历史的进程引起了个人认同的诸多危机,重构个人认同应立足于个人现实生活的整体,创建个人认同的＂内生＂模式。这既要求个人在现实生活进行自我提高和完善,也要求个人处理好自我与他者的关系,在维护公共利益的前提下,尊重个体的多元和生活方式的自主,从而构建一种开放式的社会互动机制。在这个过程中,个人应坚持独立自主、共存共赢、理想和现实统一等原则。

试论我国加入WTO对公安工作的影响及其对策

通过了解WTO组织及其原则规定,分析加入WTO后我国政府承诺的削减关税、开放服务贸易、扩大知识产权保护范围、放宽引进外资限制、开放文化经营领域、开放旅游市场、开放农产品市场等七个方面将对公安工作带来的影响,提出了提高认识、熟悉规则;加紧准备、优化警力、装备、信息资源配置;加大对跨境犯罪和经济领域犯罪的预防和打击力度的对策。

从多元矛盾组合论出发，通过梳理人类社会面临的风险，胡国亨立足风险论视角，提出“大孔子学说”作为纾解智性风险的文化策略，是一个有价值的创见，对于重新审视智性与人类风险的关系具有重要意义。     

Twentieth Century Benchmark Dates in International Relations: The Three World Wars in Historical Perspective *

This paper builds on the author’s earlier work on benchmark dates in International Relations. The Introduction summarises this work and explains how this paper extends the analysis from suggestions made, but not developed, in earlier publications. The second section looks in detail at 20 th century benchmark dates centred on the three world wars (First, Second and Cold). It argues that the changes clustered around the Second World War are both deeper and more extensive than those clustered around either the First World War or the Cold War. The third section uses these insights to open-up a macro-historical perspective on the 20 th century, demonstrating the ways in which choices in relation to both time and scale affect the construction of macro-historical perspectives. The fourth section demonstrates the advantages of a two-century perspective on the 20 th century. Here, and in the conclusion, we argue that the key issues that underpinned world politics in the 20 th century are best seen as the downstream consequences of the dynamics and challenges ushered in by the 19 th century “global transformation.”
