浅析物权的消灭

物权的消灭在《物权法》体系中有着不可忽视的重要地位.我国《物权法》虽然规定了物权的变动,但是对物权的消灭却未有完善、全面的规定,致使国家大量资源闲置,无法得到有效利用.通过对物权的消灭进行研究,以期探究物权的消灭对中国物权法体系结构的重要意义.

思想政治工作"与时俱进"原则的精髓就是解放思想、实事求是,就是从群众中来,到群众中去.它既是马克思主义的思想路线和科学方法论的核心,也是思想政治工作必须把握好的基本原则.要在思想政治工作实践中真正贯彻好"与时俱进"原则,关键要在理论和实践上做到以下"四个适当"一、思想政治工作的定位要适当,对思想政治工作地位和作用的理解要"适当",这是贯彻好思想政治工作"与时俱进"原则的前提;二、思想政治工作在举措上要"适当",即政策对路,措施得力,落到实处,要"管用".这是贯彻好思想政治工作"与时俱进"原则的关键环节;三、先导性是思想政治工作把握度量、体现"适当"的基本要求,也是贯彻"与时俱进"原则的重要内容;四、思想政治工作在覆盖范围上的适当性要求.顺应思想政治工作的时代性要求,建立健全覆盖全社会的思想政治工作网络,是在实践中贯彻好"与时俱进"原则的题中应有之意.     

References for determining the time of death by potassium in vitreous humor

The different statements concerning the slope and intercept of the regression line and the 95% limits of confidence are the reason that potassium in vitreous humor is not used (at least in Germany) as an aid in estimating the time of death. The relationship between the concentration of potassium and the time of death is mainly influenced by antemortem electrolyte imbalances caused by disease and/or duration of terminal episode. The influence of terminal episode is best identified by its duration (Adelson et al., J. Forensic Sci., 8 (1963) 503–514). In order to have a method suitable for every case and to be as precise as possible we looked therefore for parameters in vitreous humor which were stable postmortem and indicating antemortem electrolyte imbalance. Urea is such a parameter, being stable postmortem (Coe, Am. J. Clin. Pathol., 51 (1969) 741–750) and useful as a marker of antemortem electrolyte imbalance. Our investigations on potassium in vitreous humor, including sudden and hospital deaths after chronic lingering disease, revealed 95% limits of confidence of ±34 h up to 120 h postmortem. Reviewing only cases with urea less than 100 mg/dl the 95% limits of confidence could be reduced to ±22 h. Considering the duration of terminal episode (<6 h) the precision was ±20 h. In this way our modified procedure is suitable for every case with the resulting precision of estimation being determined only by the duration of the terminal episode and urea concentration.

Economic voting in a crisis: The Irish election of 2011

The paper explores a question raised by the 2011 Irish election, which saw an almost unprecedented decline in support for a major governing party after an economic collapse that necessitated an ECB/IMF ‘bailout’. This seems a classic case of ‘economic voting’ in which a government is punished for incompetent performance. How did the government lose this support: gradually, as successive economic indicators appeared negative, or dramatically, following major shocks? The evidence points to losses at two critical junctures. This is consistent with an interpretation of the link between economics and politics that allows for qualitative judgements by voters in assigning credit and blame for economic performance.

Forecasting the 2015 British election through party popularity functions

To forecast the May 7, 2015 British General Election, we develop party popularity models based on Continuous Monitoring Survey (CMS) data from April 2004 to February 2015. Our models predict party vote shares three months prior to the election, using previous support levels, national economic evaluations, macro-partisanship and political measures. Our Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) methodology allows us to predict support for the Tories, Labour, Liberal Democrats and “other” parties, separately, yet simultaneously, by constraining total support for all parties to 100%. Our model, estimated with data from February 2015, predicts that Labour will win the highest vote share in Great Britain, but that no party will win a majority of seats in parliament.
