乳牛衣原体性流产的病原鉴定及免疫原性研究

对采自甘肃、陕西和宁夏奶牛场的发生不明原因流产乳牛病料进行了间接血凝试验(IHA)、PCR、病原分离鉴定和MOMP基因检测,证实病原为鹦鹉热衣原体(Chlamydia psittaci)。对分离株SX5和NX进行毒力稳定性和免疫原性测定,用鸡胚连传20代,SX5和NX株的毒力比较稳定,毒力效价分别为10-11ELD50和10-10ELD50;用这2株菌对小鼠和牛做免疫效力试验,结果显示,免疫鼠5/5和5/5保护,对照鼠0/5保护;免疫牛3/3和3/3保护,对照牛0/3保护。表明,SX5和NX株具有良好的免疫原性,可以作为疫苗研制的候选菌株。     

The Power of Mass Mobilisation: Argentina's Struggle for the Legalisation of Abortion

The mass pro-abortion mobilisation which took place in 2018 has been arguably the most successful attempt in Argentina's history at altering the existing legal framework regulating access to voluntary termination of pregnancy. Never before has any legislative project legalising abortion reached the upper chamber of the Congress. Could this result be attributed to the support it received from a mass social movement? What are the limitations of mass mobilisations when a structural change to a long-lasting narrative is required? In order to address these questions, the issue of abortion will be examined through the perspective of power-making and counterpower-making strategies.

欧洲所有国家都有关于规范辅助生殖的全面立法计划。欧洲国家的立法机构在调整辅助生殖的过程中在个人生育权与负责任的生殖实践和养育子女有关的信念之间寻求平衡。欧洲关于辅助生殖的立法分为宽容型、谨慎型和禁止型。意大利和西班牙作为具有天主教悠久历史的两个国家,在调整辅助生殖立法方面走上了两个截然相反的道路。医师团体、女权主义者、堕胎问题对于欧洲国家辅助生殖立法进程起到了重要作用。     

The Long Road to Abortion Rights in Argentina (1983–2020)

This article traces the process towards the legalisation of abortion in Argentina, which led to a radical shift in body rights after a century. This change was possible due to the strategies of extended feminist grassroots mobilisations to build support among actors outside and inside institutions. In particular they found allied legislators who created the institutional conditions for change, including the president's support. During the 1990s an embryonic reproductive rights movement emerged under the influence of transnational activism while conditions for success were provided by grassroots mobilisation in the new millennium. Feminist landmarks like Ni Una Menos and Marea Verde provide evidence of the centrality of social mobilisation for institutional reforms.     

乳牛流产胎儿中新孢子虫的鉴定

在血清学调查的基础上,进行了流产胎牛体内新孢子虫的鉴定。取新孢子虫血清抗体阳性乳牛的流产胎牛的脑、心、肺、脾、肝等组织进行病理学检查,经HE染色观察到脑组织中存在类似于新孢子虫包囊样结构,经免疫组织化学染色排除刚地弓形虫包囊的存在,确认该包囊为新孢子虫包囊。同时提取流产胎牛脑组织DNA,应用新孢子虫特异性引物Np6/Np21进行PCR扩增,扩增出的特异性目的条带的序列与新孢子虫标准株Nc-1的gene 5序列的一致性为98%。首次证实我国大陆流产胎牛脑组织中存在新孢子虫。     

物权法对取得时效制度的舍弃

取得时效制度是民法上极为古老的私法制度之一,同时它又是时效制度的重要组成部分,现行大陆法系国家的民法中大都确立了取得时效制度。然我国物权法却并未规定该制度。通过一系列的论证表明在我国物权法确实有规定取得时效的必要性,现今亟需解决的是在缺失该制度前提下司法实践中相关问题如何解决。     

论外伤性流产的法医学鉴定

《人体轻伤鉴定标准（试行）》第四十二务规定：损伤致孕妇难免流产属轻伤。实践中常常有孕妇外伤后流产要求法医学鉴定,应通过确证被鉴定人伤前是否妊娠、审查病历资料全面了解伤者情况进行鉴定。     

补肾安胎冲剂对复发性自然流产小鼠蜕膜组织超微结构的影响

目的 观察补肾安胎冲剂对复发性自然流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA）小鼠蜕膜组织血管、细胞形态及血管内皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法 采用DBA/2×CBA小鼠,按照Clark经典方法复制RSA小鼠模型。按妊娠顺序将小鼠随机分为正常妊娠组,模型组,西药组,补肾安胎冲剂高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,分别进行药物干预。光镜下观察蜕膜组织的血管和细胞形态,电镜下观察血管内皮细胞超微结构。结果 光镜下见模型组血管数量减少,蜕膜细胞胞浆明显水肿,部分核消失,细胞核固缩;补肾安胎冲剂高剂量组血管丰富且管壁完整,由多个血管内皮细胞环绕而成,小部分蜕膜细胞水肿,细胞核基本无坏死;补肾安胎冲剂中、低剂量组血管数量少于补肾安胎冲剂高剂量组,血管内皮细胞排列不整齐,部分蜕膜细胞胞浆水肿,空泡变,少数细胞核消失。电镜下见模型组血管壁不完整,血管内皮细胞结构不完整,细胞核呈梭形,粗面内质网、核糖体减少,部分线粒体已破坏;补肾安胎冲剂高剂量组血管壁完整,血管内皮细胞结构完整,核膜完整;胞浆中可见丰富粗面内质网及核糖体,线粒体结构完整、无肿胀变性,染色质分布均匀;补肾安胎冲剂中、低剂量组血管壁完整,部分血管内皮细胞肿胀,核膜完整,胞浆中粗面内质网扩张,核糖体轻度减少,部分线粒体肿胀、空泡变。结论 RSA模型小鼠存在母胎界面血管生成的障碍,补肾安胎冲剂可以修复RSA小鼠蜕膜组织中破坏的细胞结构,改善血管生成和细胞器完整度,发挥安胎作用。     

Norwegian Politics of Abortion: Perspectives, Arguments, and Values

Grid-group cultural theory is applied to an empirical analysis of five debates on abortion in the Norwegian Parliament between 1992 and 1996. Policy arguments concerning selective abortion and abortion in general are compared. In the cultural–theoretical literature, restrictive policy arguments towards abortion have been connected to the hierarchical cultural bias, whereas permissive policy arguments have been associated with egalitarian and individualistic worldviews. The empirical analysis, however, shows that there are various different connections between abortion policy arguments and cultural biases. The possibly contradictory situation that arises when parties switch between cultural biases is discussed, and the article concludes that grid-group cultural theory proves useful in relating the various abortion policy arguments to broader worldviews that transcend this particular policy issue.
