中国法学教育正面临发展的十字路口,如何抉择将直接决定中国法学发展的命运,以及中国法制的进程。中国法学教育普遍存在总体定位不清且独立发展程度不够,职业技巧培训不足,优秀教材为数不多,司法伦理教育缺位等问题。法学教育科学化是时代的迫切要求,法学教育的发展需要运用正确的认识论与方法论,学术自由是法学教育科学化的保障。建设性改革的基本思路是:调整、改革现行法学课程结构,构建实用型法学教学体系。 相似文献

This article analyses the revision of the Argentine intellectual tradition demonstrated in the magazine Punto de vista throughout its first nineteen issues, published during the last Argentine dictatorship (1976–1983). From Sarmiento and the generation of 1837 to Borges and the Sur generation, the reassessment of Argentine intellectuals' legacies set out by editors of Punto de vista was an explicit attempt to insert the magazine into a recognised intellectual lineage. Black Canadians share many aspects of the historical experiences of African Americans, but there are also important differences. One similarity between these two groups is the persistent academic underachievement of Black adolescents. Although this is a subject of widespread concern in both countries, it has received little empirical scrutiny in Canada. We address this shortcoming by examining the academic and achievement-related beliefs of Black high school students in two Canadian cities, Toronto and Halifax. Despite significant regional differences most participants believed that schooling could lead to success for them. Females’ attitudes and beliefs regarding education were more positive than those of males. Perceived parental values and support were strong predictors of participants’ attitudes and school marks; socioeconomic status (SES) and perceived peer support were non-significant correlates of academic outcomes. We discuss the results in terms of the germane US research, and highlight the implications of the findings for understanding diversity among Black Canadian youth.Received PhD from the University of Toronto. The aim of this study was to examine the roles of sense of belonging and gender in the academic outcomes of urban, Latino
adolescents. It was expected that sense of belonging would play a different role in males' and females' academic adjustment.
Participants (N = 143) included mostly Mexican and Puerto Rican seniors from a large, urban high school. The academic outcomes assessed were
grade point average, absenteeism, motivation, effort, and educational aspirations and expectations. As hypothesized, females
consistently had more positive academic outcomes than males. Sense of school belonging significantly predicted academic outcomes,
including academic motivation, effort, and absenteeism. Regression analyses did not show that gender explained differences
in the relationship between sense of belonging and academic outcomes. Implications and future directions for research on urban

ABSTRACTIn 1949, illiteracy among both Uyghurs and Tibetans was similar to that throughout China and estimated as higher than 90%. Since then, the rate of illiteracy in Xinjiang has shrunk considerably, while in Tibet it has remained the highest in China. This gap can explain the difference between the small volume of literature published annually in Tibet and the extensive literature that appears yearly in Xinjiang. A major reason for the high literacy rate and the emergence of a thriving modern literature in Xinjiang is the system of modern education that developed in the region at the start of the twentieth century. In contrast, in Tibet, the religious conservatism of the Buddhist elite prevented the introduction of modern education in order to retain local cultures. The comparison of the influences of modern education on the creation of literary traditions allows us to examine the continuity of Uyghur and Tibetan cultures in the context of contemporary China. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Little is known about principals’ perceptions and their links to how school safety practices operate. Using data from School Survey on Crime and Safety from 2,009 public schools in the US, the current study examines the extent to which principals/administrators’ perceptions of academic climate and crime risk are related to school practices regarding safety and discipline. Results show that principals’ perceptions directly relate to school safety practices when controlling for school characteristics, and also explain how selected school characteristics relate to safety practices.Overall, the present study highlights the importance of principals’ perceptions of crime risk and academic climate in school safety practices. Policy implications and potential limitations of the study are discussed. 相似文献
