英美文学教学在英语专业学生课外学习空间的拓展

英美文学课是我国高校英文专业的主干课程之一,但是课时少,任务重。英美文学教学应以学生为中心,把教学内容由课内向课外延伸,构建课内课外立体交叉的学习模式,如阅读佳作、撰写论文、改编名著、观看电影、表演戏剧、聆听讲座、自主训练等,培养学生对文学的兴趣,提高学生的人文素质和实践操作能力是英美文学教学在英语专业学生课外学习空间拓展的有效途径。     

纽约市不动产征收中的听证程序

集中土地进行公共项目的开发是公共利益和经济发展的必需,但又极大地威胁着私人财产权的安全。纽约市的征收程序设置了大量的听证程序,一个公共项目经过至少3-4次的公众听证会,每个决策和建议机构充分听取被征收人和公众的意见后,才会被决策。听证程序给予公民表达意愿的机会,牵制了征收权的滥用,增加了政府行政的透明度,减少了民众与政府的摩擦,从而达到平衡征收权和私人财产权的目的。     

企业集群发育形成过程中的创业机制分析

在探讨创业机制内涵的基础上,分析企业集群中的创业机制,从微观角度分析创业机制在企业集群发育、成长、升级过程中的作用,指出企业集群战略的基点和要旨是建立完善有效的创业机制。     

Fight or flight: Integral emotions and violent intentions

The effect of proximate emotions on risk perceptions is of central importance to criminal decision‐making theory, but has been understudied. We investigate the role of two integral (situational specific) emotional responses, anger and fear, in a decision‐making context regarding the choice to commit assault. We draw on dual‐process models of information processing and appraisal theory to propose a theoretical model in which integral emotions influence decisions and behavior. Using data from an experiment embedded in a survey to a nationwide sample of adults (N = 804), we test the interrelated roles of anger, fear, and traditional rational choice considerations on the intention to commit assault. We find a strong direct association between emotions and intentions to commit assault. Additionally, anger and fear moderate the effect of cognitive deliberations on behavioral intentions and provide a lens through which to evaluate a criminogenic opportunity.

李慧娟事件包括司法过程和民主过程两个方面。司法审查的正当性理论可分为高级法理论和民主理论两类。中国司法审查正当性的论证存在发达的行政集权、民主共和制不发达等一系列困难 ,在行政分权局面不可能很快来临的情况下 ,我国建立违宪审查制度应该考虑其他途径的可能性     

The National Renewable Energy Target: An Example of Post‐Machiavellian Policy‐Making?

Since the election of the Rudd Government in 2007 intergovernmental relations have been a major feature of the political agenda. A ‘new federalism’ approach introduced a re‐invigorated Council of Australian Governments (COAG) focused on developing national policies that reflect coordinated and cooperative policy‐making processes. The establishment of COAG working groups provided the means for developing policies that reflect new levels of agreement between jurisdictions and a common approach to reform. The development of the 20% Renewable Energy Target has been one of the first initiatives of this new approach to policy‐making. This research analyses the process behind the development of the target and places it within the context of the post‐Machiavellian approach, and looks at the implications for future intergovernmental relations.     

多媒体课堂环境的语境特征

语境是话语产生的环境,而话语是课堂教学语境的基本单位。本文探讨多媒体技术对于课堂环境下信息传递的影响,通过对比传统课堂与多媒体课堂的语境特征,提出在多媒体课堂环境下应该注意培养学生的哪些能力。     

The advocacy coalition framework in Japan: Contributions to policy process studies and the challenges involved

The advocacy coalition framework (ACF), a unified framework for understanding the policy process, has been applied in various countries and regions; however, there are few contributions from Japan, despite seemingly favorable conditions for applying it. An exploration of what hinders ACF applications in Japan is worthwhile for developing the ACF as a framework for comparative policy process studies across various social and political settings. Therefore, this study aims to systematically review previous Japanese ACF studies. Our review found that Japanese ACF studies are fewer in number, have less coverage of policy fields, and have less methodological diversity and transparency than international trends. While most of the Japanese ACF studies supported the basic hypotheses of the ACF, we found a need to refine some hypotheses and research methods of the ACF studies. We also discuss the background factors in the inactivity of ACF studies in Japan and suggest solutions for it.     

谈司法鉴定办理程序的几个问题

目前,关于司法鉴定的委托及受理等程序方面存在着诸多需要改进完善、加强规范管理的地方。文章结合司法实践,对司法鉴定的启动、材料提供以及鉴定文书的发送、告知等几个方面存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。
