社会过激事件的场域理论研究

社会阶层的隔距已经影响到中国社会的整合,成为阻碍中国经济社会持续发展的障碍。促进社会公正与和谐,不仅是政府的任务,更需要民间的参与。政府和社会的全体成员皆有义务发展融洽的场域与惯习,消除不同社会群体彼此间的隔阂,为赢得相互尊重与弥合隔距做一些努力。     

关于高校突发事件的防范与处理

校园突发事件关系到社会、学校和学生家庭的稳定与幸福．必须引起各方面的高度重视。通过及时总结经验、不断完善和健全防控机制与组织机构、加强对学生的教育和预防工作,就可以减少甚至消除校园安全事故。     

计算机网络犯罪规制中的“未经授权”与“超越授权”——中美比较研究

件和基础是行为人未经授权或超越授权访问计算机网络。中美两国在规制计算机网络犯罪的访问行为上都有关于“未经授权”和“超越授权”的规定,对比两国立法和司法条文以及法院判解,我国规定的“未经授权”和“超越授权”只是概念式存在,司法解释没有予以定义,司法实践也未形成明确认定标准。科学借鉴美国立法和司法经验,结合中国实际完善我国规定的“未经授权”与“超越授权”:以程序编码设限作为判断计算机访问未经授权的标准;“超越授权”是指行为人在获得授权使用计算机时,利用这一授权使用的机会去获取计算机信息系统中的数据或控制计算机信息系统,但行为人的数据获取或控制行为并没有得到授权。     

Dynamics of protest and electoral politics in the Great Recession

This article links the consequences of the Great Recession on protest and electoral politics. It innovates by combining the literature on economic voting with social movement research and by presenting the first integrated, large-scale empirical analysis of protest mobilisation and electoral outcomes in Europe. The economic voting literature offers important insights on how and under what conditions economic crises play out in the short-run. However, it tends to ignore the closely connected dynamics of opposition in the two arenas and the role of protests in politicising economic grievances. More specifically, it is argued that economic protests act as a ‘signalling mechanism’ by attributing blame to decision makers and by highlighting the political dimension of deteriorating economic conditions. Ultimately, massive protest mobilisation should, thus, amplify the impact of economic hardship on the electoral losses of incumbents and mainstream parties more generally. The empirical analysis to study this relationship relies on an original semi-automated protest event dataset combined with an updated dataset of electoral outcomes in 30 European countries from 2000 to 2015. The results indicate that the dynamics of economic protests and electoral punishment are closely related and point to a destabilisation of European party systems during the Great Recession.

互联网极大地激发了公众讨论、参与和监督政治活动的积极性,网络群体性事件也成为这一领域的特殊表现形式,形成了基于社会舆论对政治系统的压力,促使其接受网络舆论并作出反应。积极探索网络群体性事件的规律和特征,能够促使政府构建科学的应对策略。     

Preinvestment Negotiation Characteristics and Dismissal in Venture Capital-Backed Firms

In this study, we investigated idiosyncratic preinvestment process characteristics that influence the dismissal of management team members of venture capital-backed firms in the postinvestment phase by analyzing sixty-three portfolio firms. We considered two salient perspectives within the literature on governance of interfirm relationships: contractual and relational governance, which are related to positional and collaborative negotiation styles. Our findings indicate that positional bargaining in the preinvestment phase may be a reliable indicator that there is a greater risk that new venture team members will be dismissed when things get tough in the post-investment period.

警察在处置突发性事件时,常常使用行政强制措施。本文对使用行政强制措施的原则以及常用行政强制措施,如现场管制、强行带离现场、强行驱散、立即拘留、紧急征用、强行遣送等的合理使用进行了系统的论述。     

群体性事件中的对话研究

在目前利益多元、矛盾激烈、诉求途径有限的情况下,在矛盾双方或多方之间展开对话是寻求根本解决群体性事件办法的必经之路。而对话的本质是沟通、协商和理解。展开对话就是给予双方沟通的渠道,通过协商达到最小损害的结果。对话以合法、诚实、互信、守信为原则,以理性、合法、不超越底线为条件。不同的事件需要不同的对话主体,不同的对话主体会产生不同的对话效果。在群体性事件处置中,对话具有多种功能和类型,应当根据实际情况,巧妙地运用对话,以实现妥善处置群体性事件的效果。     

美国安全管理体系中的风险管理及启示

"9·11"事件发生后,美国政府为堵塞安全漏洞,防止恐怖袭击,在安全管理领域内广泛、深入地推行风险管理方法.经过一年实践,不仅达到了预期的反恐目标,而且在安全生产、抑制犯罪,增加公众安全感方面也收到良好的社会效果,对我国相关领域的安全管理工作有重要启示.
