佤族女性问题研究文献评述

佤族是生活在我国西南边疆的古老民族,也是云南省特有的15个少数民族之一。佤族妇女在佤族社会的进步和发展过程中扮演了极其重要的角色。国内对佤族女性的研究大多集中在1990年代,研究者大多为女性,研究的内容主要包括佤族女性的社会地位、佤族婚俗、佤族的生育文化等。整体来看,佤族女性问题研究已取得了一定成就,但研究的范围还比较狭窄。     

Challenges to Property Rate Administration in the Offinso South Municipality,Ghana

Decentralized governments in Ghana have not been able to realize optimum benefits from their property tax potentials. The paper investigates the administration of property taxation in Ghana using the Offinso South Municipality (OSM) as a study area. Questionnaires were relied on to garner data from property owners in the municipality. It observed that low coverage and collection ratios, inadequate collection modes, and negative public perceptions have worked against the administration of property tax in the OSM. The paper suggests a complete overhaul of the property rate regime in the OSM if the buoyancy of property tax revenue is to be realized. It argues that the rating authority should purge the system of perceived corruptions. It suggests a revamp of the property rate collection means in order to slump rent seeking behavior of the mobile property rate collectors.     

2011年韩国经济展望

韩国经济预计在2010年取得5.9%的增长率的基础上,2011年有望取得3.8%的经济增长。但是,由于中国和美国的经济复苏势头有回落的趋势,欧洲的财政危机仍有可能持续,使得韩国主要产业的出口和投资增幅预计都将回落,民间消费也因政策效果和资产效果的萎缩等原因很难期待继续保持上升势头。因此,韩国经济要在2011年复苏到金融危机以前的水平比较困难,这就要求韩国政府在制订经济刺激计划退出战略时更加慎重。     

论警察的培训对象分类和管事培训分级——基于对国家公安部“提高见警率和管事率”警务部署的思考

分析见警率和管事率,在960多万陆地和300多万海洋见警区域范围不变的前提下,警察数量、勤务时间和空间位移速度等,是影响见警率的主要因素;有事无人管、有事管不好和管事效率问题等,是影响管事率的主要因素。见警和管事是紧密联系、严格区别的两个概念。见到的警并非一定管事的警,管事的警也并非一定管好事的警;见警是管事的基础,但随着高新技术运用于警务技术的速度加快,管事无需见警的警务比重将会变得越来越大;培训见警具备要求他们管好所管事情的能力,是直接关系有效管事率和警察自身伤害事故率的重大课题。无论科技如何发展,提高见警率、管事率都以警察数量规模为前提或基础。     

Monetary and Exchange Rate Policy in Colombia: Effects on the Real Exchange Rate in the 1990s

This article examines the causes and effects of the real exchange rate appreciation in Colombia during the 1990s. The substantial appreciation of the real exchange rate during the 1990s was an important factor contributing to the economic crisis of 1998-2000. While a number of Colombian economists have argued that the real appreciation was an equilibrating response to real shocks, such as rising fiscal deficits, petroleum discoveries, and increased productivity, this paper argues that nominal variables (including the nominal exchange rate, monetary policy and capital flows) also played an important role. These transitory shocks caused the real exchange rate to overshoot its long-run equilibrium, contributing to the recent economic crisis and the necessity for the large nominal depreciation of the peso in 1998-99.     

Impact of plastic wrapping on carcass decomposition and arthropod colonisation in northern Africa during spring

The effect of plastic wrapping on decomposition rate and carrion fauna of rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus L.) was examined in spring in a semi-urban area in North Algeria. All decomposition stages were observed in all carcasses, with the same durations in the control but different durations in the wrapped carcasses. Decomposition of the carcasses in the plastic wrapping was significantly slower than that of the exposed ones. A total of 12,516 specimens, belonging to 36 families and 69 species, were morphologically identified. Thirteen species of forensic relevance were also identified at the molecular level using the cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) barcode region, and the sequences were submitted to online databases. Wrapping had a significant effect on species composition (χ² = 569.269, df = 55, p < 0.001). Higher species richness, abundance, and diversity were found in the control group. No significant difference in species abundance was observed between the treatments. The plastic wrap did not influence the accessibility of carcasses to insects, nor did it delay the arrival of necrophagous flies. This study provides basic information on the decomposition and arthropod colonisation of wrapped remains and contributes to the literature on North African carrion fauna.     

正交试验法优选芦根中低聚糖及单糖的提取工艺

目的:优选芦根中低聚糖及单糖的提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,以提取浸膏中低聚糖及单糖的量为指标进行试验.结果:最佳提取工艺为:用12倍量的800 ml/L乙醇,每次3 h,提取3次.结论:该工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高.     

Severe Sexual Sadism—An Underdiagnosed Disorder? Evidence from a Sample of Forensic Inpatients

Abstract:  Severe sexual sadism is a disorder of sexual preference that focuses on humiliation and subjugation of the victim, sometimes causing grievous injury or death. Sexual sadists pose a particular risk. However, the diagnosis as such is unreliable and prevalence estimates vary. In a sample of male high-security forensic inpatients who had committed sexual offenses, we found two-thirds of sexual sadists had not been identified as such prior to commitment. Possible reasons for missing the diagnosis are many fold. Present data support the notion that unrecognized sexual sadists more closely resembled non-sadistic sex offenders than accurately diagnosed sadists. In particular, initially unrecognized sexual sadists had less severe previous convictions, less vocational training, and experienced a less supportive upbringing than their correctly identified sadistic counterparts. The latter, in contrast, more often reached media coverage through their offense(s). We conclude that severe sexual sadism is likely an underdiagnosed, yet forensically highly relevant disorder.     

广东海洋大学图书馆利用率的提高

分析了广东海洋大学图书馆利用率低的主要原因,着重从加强管理、增强服务意识和资源共享等方面探讨了提高图书馆利用率的相关途径,提出了图书馆如何最大限度满足读者需要以提高图书馆利用率的具体措施。     

体表创伤与愈合后瘢痕长度的临床法医学意义

探讨体表创口与愈后瘢痕的关系。比较创口愈合成为瘢痕的收缩率。由于现有伤残鉴定标准中未就体表创口或瘢痕的长度测量的换算作出任何规定，所以某些体表损伤的伤残评定可能有欠公允。有必要就此提出相应解决办法，供同行探讨。
