亲职教育与未成年人被害预防探析

亲职教育即研究如何教育父母,从而使他们更好地教育孩子以促进孩子们健康成长和顺利社会化的一门学问。从易被害时空、犯罪人与被害人的互动及被害后果等方面做好亲职教育工作,有利于提升未成年人被害预防的意识和能力。应从加强亲职教育的专门立法、提高家长亲职教育意识、建立亲职教育的专门指导机构、扩充亲职教育的内容及丰富亲职教育的实施方式等方面着手,充分发挥亲职教育在未成年人被害预防方面的功能。     

Giving Silence a Chance: The Importance of Life Stories for Research on Refugees

In order to capture refugees’ experiences and narrativesit is necessary to create space within research to be able tonotice the untold within the interviews. This article focuseson the ways that Iranian women refugees (in the Netherlandsand the United States) narrate their experiences of the pastand the present or stay silent when the experiences are toodifficult to talk about. Including the moments of silence withinthe process of analysing the stories has helped the researcherto discover different layers within the interviews. The mainargument of this article is that the combination of the lifestories method and the comparative nature of the research haveespecially helped to find out about the different ways in whichthe past is positioned within the present narratives. The lifestories in particular have created the necessary space to listento the often untold stories of refugees. This has enabled theresearcher to go beyond the expressed words in order to understanddifferent layers of expression within the narratives.

徽商妇是对应徽商集团的另一个群体,是明清时期最大的区域性留守群体。徽州竹枝词真实而诗化地再现了徽州妇生活和情感的历史场景。徽商妇并非"个体"而是一个有着数十万人的群体,究竟是什么魔力能让一个大规模的群体在数百年间如此笃守所谓的封建礼教而付出巨大的牺牲?仍值得反思。     

网络传播淫秽电子信息犯罪的治理对策

从2004年7月起，全国公安机关开展了打击淫秽网站的专项斗争。网络传播淫秽电子信息的犯罪，俗祢“网络贩黄”，是近年来通过互联网实施的破坏社会人伦传统和性道德风尚，特别是严重危害未成年人身。健康的犯罪。对此类犯罪的治理，应采取严厉打击淫秽网站、加强相应的道德引导和法专制教育、切实加强网络管理与监控、切断非法利益生成链条等综合性治理时策。

生存理性主导下的创业实践--以广州城乡结合部的成衣社区为例

我国大规模的跨地区人口流动持续了20多年.在这庞大的流动人群内部,已开始出现社会分化,部分外出务工者开始选择异地创业来代替打工.但是,由于各种歧视性的制度限制,那些外来的小老板们时刻面临着因破产而无法在创业地生存下去的压力.他们的创业实践因而表现出特定的计算模式和经营方式,包括采用无条件压缩生活开支、使用无偿家庭劳动力、自我剥削和割喉式竞争等办法.这些实践表明,生存理性主导下的创业,具有自身的逻辑和特点,利润最大化的经济逻辑难以诠释这类经济行为.     

The ‘beyond parental control’ label in Nigeria

Recent reports in Nigeria indicate a geometric rise in incarcerated adolescents, with an overwhelming majority of this increase being attributed to adolescents being declared ‘beyond parental control’. There is a nagging suspicion that the Nigerian juvenile justice system has over criminalised adolescents by declaring them ‘beyond control’ when behavioural problems have actually resulted from child abuse/neglect and family disruption. A study was undertaken in a juvenile justice institution in Nigeria to assess the adequacy of pre-incarceration parental care among adolescents that had been declared as ‘beyond parental control’. The study included 75 adolescent boys that had been declared as ‘beyond parental control’ and a comparison group of 144 matched school going boys. It examined self-reports received from the adolescent boys regarding their pre-incarceration family life and social circumstances, as well as the behavioural problems they had experienced. The findings indicate that adolescent boys who were declared as ‘beyond parental control’ had a significantly higher lifetime history of behavioural problems than the comparison group, and they also had significantly higher indicators of pre-incarceration child abuse/neglect and problems with stability and consistency of primary support. These findings pose questions regarding the presumption of adequate parental care prior to the declaration of ‘beyond parental control’. It also raises questions about child rights protection and juvenile justice reform in Nigeria.     

中国城市社区居家养老服务模式比较研究——基于南京、大连、宁波、上海和兰州的分析

目前中国已进入老龄化社会,养老成为了一个社会问题。家庭养老和机构养老等方式已经不能满足老年人日益增长的需求,社区居家养老呈现了一定的优势。南京、大连、上海、宁波、兰州五个城市都在社区中开展了居家养老服务,但运行模式不尽相同,政府、社区、社会组织也有着不同的定位和分工。居家养老服务供给模式主要有三种:政府主办、层级联动,政府主导、中介运作,政府购买、民间组织承办。每种模式都各有利弊,只有明确参与各方的定位,动员社会力量参与,才能保证社区居家养老服务的效率和质量。     

‘There is such a shelter in each other’: women looking for homes in Zadie Smith's White Teeth,On Beauty and NW

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on the different ways in which home is experienced by the female characters of the diaspora in Zadie Smith's White Teeth (2000), On Beauty (2006) and NW (2013). In On Beauty, one of the characters declares: ‘There is such a shelter in each other’ (93). This implies that the sense of home may not be tied to a place, but to the intimacy of relationships. In these novels, Zadie Smith portrays women whose feelings of belonging to a place are threatened, due to their geographical displacements or to their complex transcultural identities. Using Deleuze and Guattari's concepts of territorialization and reterritorialization, I’ll explore how concepts of home and diaspora are reconfigured in Smith's novels.
