启迪智慧塑造心灵--关于大学生思想政治工作的思考

经济体制的改革使中国政治、经济、文化等诸多方面发生了巨大的变化,市场经济的等价交换原则和效率优先原则不仅改变着人们传统的思维方式和评价标准,同时,也改变着人们的人生观和价值观.当代大学生正是在这样的环境下成长,因此,加强大学生思想政治工作是高等院校十分迫切的任务.     

浅析马克思历史分析方法的中国化体现

从抽象上升到具体的方法、逻辑与历史相统一的方法等作为科学的历史分析方法，不仅在马克思的《经济学手稿（1857～1858年）》及其以后的《资本论》等政治经济学著作中得到充分的应用及体现，而且在指导马克思主义中国化的进程中也发挥着重要作用，这在马克思主义中国化的理论成果中有鲜明的体现，它是一个开放的、与时俱进的方法论体系。     

Why China Will Grow Rich Before It Grows Old

正THE announcement of the relaxation of China’s one child policy created great discussion in China and internationally.But its significance was widely misunderstood.Contrary to myth,the increase in China’s labor supply plays little role in China’s rapid economic growth.In reality,96 percent of China’s economic growth comes from factors other than a rising labor supply.Therefore,there is no reason why China’s economy should slow significantly because China’s working age population stopped growing in 2012.The mistaken view,sometimes expressed,that China will grow old before it becomes rich is therefore the reverse of the reality:China will grow rich before it grows old.To demonstrate clearly why,first the facts will be stated and then their implications analysed.     

Asylum seekers,citizenship and reality TV in the Netherlands: quizzing refugees in jeopardy

This article interrogates a Dutch jeopardy style TV show, Weg van Nederland, featuring young, well-educated asylum seekers about to be deported. The TV program, devised in collaboration with the advocacy group ‘Defense for Children,’ performed the paradoxes resulting from the ‘inclusive exclusion’ of asylum seekers. Yet, its strategy of inscribing the contestants into the space of citizenship by highlighting their ‘rootedness’ through the quiz format also lent support to the exclusivist, essentialist understanding of national belonging that is produced in contemporary Dutch citizenship and integration law. Moreover, the show's focus on successful, thoroughly integrated and career driven young adults, while pragmatic from the perspective of the show's (limited) political objectives, also reproduced the preferred template of neoliberal citizenship, which drives the European migration regime and its policy of selective in/exclusion. These contradictions expose the possibilities, as well as the limitations, of humanitarian appeals working within the contemporary media regime, including reality TV, which imposes its own generic terms (and ideological inflections) on the justice claims launched within its public arena.     

回归真实：民事诉讼法的真谛——对《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》的批判

证据问题是民事审判改革的核心。《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》的出台极大地推动了司法改革的进行,但其所确立的证据规则不但加重了审判权缺位和失范的趋向,更背离了发现真实的诉讼真谛。检讨我国的证据理念,重塑证据规则,实现真实的回归,才能引导民事审判改革不断前进。     

‘Language of lies’: Urgent issues and prospects in verbal lie detection research

Since its introduction into the field of deception detection, the verbal channel has become a rapidly growing area of research. The basic assumption is that liars differ from truth tellers in their verbal behaviour, making it possible to classify them by inspecting their verbal accounts. However, as noted in conferences and in private communication between researchers, the field of verbal lie detection faces several challenges that merit focused attention. The first author therefore proposed a workshop with the mission of promoting solutions for urgent issues in the field. Nine researchers and three practitioners with experience in credibility assessments gathered for 3 days of discussion at Bar-Ilan University (Israel) in the first international verbal lie detection workshop. The primary session of the workshop took place the morning of the first day. In this session, each of the participants had up to 10 min to deliver a brief message, using just one slide. Researchers were asked to answer the question: ‘In your view, what is the most urgent, unsolved question/issue in verbal lie detection?’ Similarly, practitioners were asked: ‘As a practitioner, what question/issue do you wish verbal lie detection research would address?’ The issues raised served as the basis for the discussions that were held throughout the workshop. The current paper first presents the urgent, unsolved issues raised by the workshop group members in the main session, followed by a message to researchers in the field, designed to deliver the insights, decisions, and conclusions resulting from the discussions.

科学实在论的范式转换:从"描述"到"建构"

建构实在论的提出使科学实在论出现了新的进展"建构"代替了"描述".建构实在论提出了两个实在概念即"环境"和"现实",并从语言、本体、实践三个维度提出"拓展"这个方法论核心,从而建立起一种新的认识论框架.在这一框架下所界定的"建构"、"实在"和"拓展"等关键概念昭示着科学实在论的范式转换.     

中国政府未来发展趋势:e化政府

21世纪是资讯时代,e化政府已经成为21世纪政府发展的方向。从世界范围看,e化政府发展非常迅速。中国政府在电子政务建设过程中存在着基础建设不足,重"电子"轻"政务",公务员缺乏培训,相关法律法规未配套,公开性与官僚主义的文化相矛盾等五大困境。这些困境说明,中国电子政务建设,需要应对来自多领域、多层次的挑战。

伊拉克战争预示着战争正在告别传统进入"后现代",它以新的作战理念与游戏规则为军事新闻传播活动带来不同往昔的影响军事新闻传播是以"事实第一性"还是"利益第一性"为原则?军事新闻的正义诉求与大众媒介的娱乐化消解构成何种关系?当国家利益在力量游戏中被合法化后,新闻自由以何种形式实现?这些不能不引起人们的深入思考.
