我国外汇储备增长的影响因素与实证检验

近年来,我国外汇储备呈现快速增长态势。本文从分析我国外汇储备快速增长的原因出发,利用协整分析方法对影响我国外汇储备的因素进行实证研究。结果表明,影响我国外汇储备的因素主要包括汇率、国内生产总值、外贸开放度等,而外资开放度和外债余额对外汇储备的影响不显著。     

Fagerholm Goes Oprah: Minor Literature,Global Market,and Gender in Literary Exchange

Abstract

In this article, I study the journey of the Finland-Swedish author Monika Fagerholm’s (b. 1961) novel The American Girl to the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine. This event, here called “Fagerholm goes Oprah”, offers an illustrative example of the global movements of literature today, and of the ongoing negotiation of relations between local and global, the Nordic countries and the USA, minor literature and the global market. The article describes the different phases of the transmission of this novel, studies the means by which a novel from a minor body of literature transgresses its geo-linguistic position and, in this specific case, demonstrates the role of gender. In this way, the novel not only creates fictive, transnational spaces for its female characters and readers, but it also enters and contributes to a network of female agents in widely different geographical and cultural contexts. The event “Fagerholm goes Oprah” is a sign of the ongoing globalization of the literary field, but its reception also reveals the presence of an opposing tendency: the continuing significance of localization in literary exchange. All in all, the novel and its reception illustrate the many strategies used to create a connection between two different cultures, and also display the importance of various cultural currents in the transmission of the novel, such as feminism and Nordic Noir.     

Norway as an Example in the UK Women’s Suffrage Campaign

This article analyses the character and meanings of references to Norwegian experiences in the UK women’s suffrage campaign. It argues that the references to Norway served two main purposes. Firstly, they served as evidence of all the good things that would happen as a result of women gaining the vote, such as wage equality and social reform. Secondly, they played a significant part in establishing a counter-narrative to the anti-suffragist warnings of all the terrible things that would follow women’s suffrage. The study also discusses the limitations of political exchange and shows how different political contexts came into play in the debates on the validity of the Norwegian example.

“世界文学”与“民族文学”是相反相成的概念 ,互证对方的合理性。“世界文学”不仅是对“民族文学”的否定 ,而且是对自身的否定 ,只要与“民族文学”相对立 ,就被抽取具体内容而被普遍化、抽象化 ;倘具体化 ,就会转化为最高级的“民族文学” ,这隐含了对其他民族文学的遮蔽。从“世界文学”命题切入 ,可以揭示西方文论的遮蔽性。中国文论成为世界性文论的路径不仅是吸收、拿来 ,更是推出、拿去。     

准确把握农地流转中集体组织与农户间的委托代理关系

在当前的农地流转制度与实践中,农村集体组织与农户间构成了一种委托代理关系。但由于农地产权不清晰、农地流转市场不健全、农村集体组织的不完善导致无法建立有效的激励机制、监督机制和制约机制,使得委托代理关系低效。要建立高效的委托代理制度安排,就必须清晰界定农地产权,建立健全农地市场,改革规范集体组织。

东西文化在交流过程中存在着误读与冲突,这种误读和冲突从正反两方面影响着全球化语境下的文化交流.全球化语境下,人类需要对东西文明的双重超越,使各种文明"磨合"成一个既存在丰富的内部差异又是统一和谐的有机整体.     

论民事举证制度的完善

行为责任和结果责任共同构成举证责任的完整涵义 ,其中结果责任属于实质性涵义 ,反映了举证责任的本质 ;举证时限与证据交换的内容完善了法院在审前程序的功能 ;法院调查收集证据的范围与条件厘定了当事人和法院权利和职责各自行使的边界。《证据规定》无疑完善了民事举证制度 ,但在许多内容上构成对现行民诉法的突破 ,使两者间存在着矛盾与冲突 ,为此应由全国人大常委会作出相应的修改与补充 ,以解决《证据规定》与民诉法的协调与效力问题。     

Myths and numbers on whistleblower rewards

Whistleblower rewards have been used extensively in the United States to limit procurement fraud and tax evasion, and since the financial crisis their use has been extended to fight financial fraud. There is currently debate over their introduction in Europe, but authorities there appear considerably less enthusiastic than their American counterparts. While it is important that these tools are scrutinized in a lively democratic debate, much has been written – even by important institutional players – that has no empirical backing or openly contrasts the available evidence from independent research. In this paper we review some of the most debated issues regarding the potential benefits and costs of financial incentives for whistleblowers, while trying to separate existing evidence from conjectures with no empirical support, and myths in contrast to available evidence.
