金融危机下浙江大学生创业活动及对策研究

在知识经济和经济全球化兴起的背景下,大学生成为创业创新主体的必然。目前浙江大学生创业模式主要有从打工做起型、依托公司客户关系型、模拟孵化型、电子商务型等四种。总体而言,浙江大学生的创业率还较低,主要是受政府在大学生创业机制建设中的缺位、创业服务体系不健全、创业教育理念与机制缺失、创业能力和创业观念等因素的制约。     

Influence of Family,Agency, and Caseworker Dynamics on Caregivers' Satisfaction With Their Child Protective Services Experience

Numerous child protective services (CPS) agencies have adopted differential responses as a system reform hypothesized to facilitate family engagement. This research tests a conceptual framework developed to examine dynamics between caregiver, agency, and caseworker factors that are assumed to impact caregiver engagement. Data from a randomized control study and structural equation modeling methods were used to explore the influence of these factors on caregiver satisfaction with their CPS experience. The results indicate that receipt of alternative response, caregivers' ratings of their caseworker's interaction style, and caregivers' positive emotional response influenced satisfaction with their intervention experience, while negative emotional responses did not.     

First‐Hand Experience and Second‐Hand Information: Changing Trust across Three Levels of Government

Little is known about how different sources of information drive citizen trust in government. To address that gap this article compares disaster evacuees to observers, noting how trust differs as attention to media coverage increases. First‐hand experience supplies information to update trust through biological and personal processes and performance assessments, while secondary sources provide information about other people's experiences, filtered through lenses that take an active role in crafting information. These two types of information have varying effects depending on the level of government being trusted. Using surveys administered a year after Hurricane Katrina, I find that Katrina evacuees have the highest trust in federal government, until they start paying attention to media coverage, and that attention to coverage has the most dramatic effect on these evacuees compared to all other groups. I also find that increasing attention to second‐hand information corresponds with higher trust in local officials, and that this effect decreases as the level of government increases. It appears media coverage creates a comparison in the mind of hurricane evacuees, causing them to update their performance assessments based on comparing their own experience to that which they observe, thereby updating their political trust.     

农民市民化──和谐社会发展之必然

由于各方面的原因,长期以来我国把“公民”人为地分成了“农民”和“市民”两部分,这种做法严重地阻碍着我国“三农”问题的解决及经济的发展。为了解决这一矛盾,必须对农民进行市民化改造,在我国农民市民化进程中实施“三步走”的解决思路,并根据每一阶段的不同特点从原则、理念和制度完善进行不同的法律设计,从而为农民市民化的解决提供可资借鉴的进路。     

中国艾滋病立法成效 问题及对策

中国的艾滋病立法已走过17年的艰难历程。17年来,中国艾滋病立法从拒绝到承认,从分散到系统,从惩罚到关怀,取得了一定成效,形成了一个比较广泛的初步立法框架。但也存在诸多问题与不足,根本原因是文化上的禁忌与认识上的差异所致。艾滋病立法是一项庞大的系统工程,现阶段可行的立法建议为:抓紧起草《艾滋病防治法》及时修改有关法律法规或规章;及时出台艾滋病法规和规章及《艾滋病防治管理条例》,加大地方性立法的力度,逐步健全地方立法体系。     

论《治安管理处罚法》在立法技术上的改进

《中华人民共和国立法法》的出台使我国立法上了一个新的台阶,然而,该法并没有对立法技术问题作出专门规定,这便导致我国一系列行政法文件在立法技术上存在缺陷,进而不同程度地降低了法律文件的质量。《治安管理处罚法》作为一部重要的行政法文件在立法技术上较《治安管理处罚条例》大有改进,主要表现在:合理处理与相邻法的关系;适当处置立法授权;酌情控制法规援用;严格规范法律用语;准确厘定调整对象;相对周延规制主体;明确框定裁量幅度;分层设置程序规则;全面拓宽救济路径。     

正常人听性脑干电反应测试及其客观听阀研究

本文对50例听力正常人的ABR测试结果进行了分析，并结合纯音测听对客观听阈值作出估价。结果表明，各波潜伏期，峰间期在正常范围占受试者总数的96％；纯音0．5K～2KHZ平均听阈，3KHZ听阈与ABR波V反应阈比较相差15分贝。用波V反应阈估价0．5K～2KHZ听力状况，可根据不同年龄酌减10～20分贝，使检测结果更加接近生活语言实际听力阈值。     

反相高效液相色谱法同时测定人血清中氯丙嗪与氯扎平的浓度

作者建立了同时测定人血清中氯丙嗪与氯扎平浓度的反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法。以利眠宁为内标,用环己烷—乙醚(1:1)混合溶剂提取血清中氯丙嗪和氯扎平。高浓度中毒者血清(>1ug/ml)则用乙腈沉淀后直接进行色谱测定。血清中氯丙嗪、氯扎平的方法回收率乎均各为98.5±4.0(SD)%,CV4.2%;99.9±4.1(SD)%,CV4.1%。两药在血清中的最低检测浓度为10ng/ml。本法应用于临床氯丙嗪、氯扎平合用药物的血浓度监测及司法中毒案例的分析,结果满意。     

A fatal poisoning with LSD

Radioimmunoassay, high-performance liquid chromatography and capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to detect and measure LSD in the first reported case of fatal poisoning by LSD. The levels found in ante-mortem serum and plasma and in post-mortem blood, liver blood and stomach contents are given.
