向善养育是培养青少年在日常生活中有自觉的择善去恶的能力。“善”不但是人们共同和谐生活,谋求发展的理性的共同的要求,还具有丰富的时代内涵和国情特征。向善养育更多的表现在丰富具体的日常生活中。指导和丰富他们道德实践活动有着重要的现实意义。针对当代青少年的特点和反映出来的问题,向善道德选择的养育应把握三个重点:道德认知养育的重点———基础性、实践性、包容性;道德情感培养的重点———真实性、亲和性、渗透性;道德修养的重点———节制、忍耐和自我牺牲。

本文试图从中国革命战争的战略态势角度考察在新民主主义革命的历史进程中，党及其领导下的革命力量从失败和挫折走向胜利的转折点。指出红军长征胜利后党面临着巨大的危险与挑战。然而她依托最后的一块根据地，依靠正确的政治路线和斗争策略成功地摆脱了危机，走进力量大发展的历史时期。     

Terrorism and Profiling

A key problem for counterterrorism is how large numbers of individuals can be screened most efficiently to discover terrorists. This question arises at security checkpoints of all kinds, from roadblocks to airline security counters. Some argue that certain categories of individuals, for instance, young Muslim men in the airline context, should be screened more heavily than others. Others deride this as racial profiling, and argue that any such scheme would be easily evaded. I examine a model of searching for terrorists among a population divided into categories that vary in their potential reliability or ease of recruitment as agents of terrorist attacks. The equilibria in the model feature profiling, in that different categories are searched with different intensities. Practical difficulties in implementing a rational profiling scheme are discussed.     

Paranoia with a purpose: conspiracy theory and political coalitions in Kyrgyzstan

This article considers the political uses of conspiracy theories (CTs). It is widely accepted that post-Soviet citizens are prone to believe CTs, but there has been little research about the conditions under which politicians endorse conspiracy narratives and why those narratives sometimes become hegemonic. I argue that in times of high uncertainty, CTs have properties that are useful in providing political elites with a focal point for coordination in the absence of other bases for coalition formation. I demonstrate this logic by analyzing the politics surrounding the construction and spread of a conspiracy narrative following violence in Kyrgyzstan in 2010. Politicians with different interpretations of the event coalesced around a contrived conspiratorial narrative, and used it to paper over differences as they formed a ruling coalition. This argument has implications for how to understand the appearance and durability of conspiracy claims in states where political formations are fluid.     

我国刑事自诉制度的完善

我国刑事自诉制度存在着诸多难以厘清头绪的问题,立法目的并未明显实现。究其原因,主要是许多法律价值和理念之间存在难以统一的关系,有关方面在进行制度设计时却不愿对难以统一的法律价值和理念进行取舍,以致一方面把大量没有相应情由的案件设定为自诉案件并允许调解、和解和反诉,而另一方面又通过设立极高的证据要求来限制在事实上可以成为自诉案件的案件。只有不再把"有证据证明的轻微刑事案件"作为自诉案件,该制度存在的问题才可能得到彻底解决,因此应对自诉案件的适用范围进行减缩,使之仅有"告诉才处理"和"公诉转自诉"的案件,同时再降低自诉案件立案和开庭审理的证据条件或要求。
